The tuckpointing seemed to look good right after it was done and I was waiting on the resurfacing material to cure. The resurfacing was spotty and poorly done, so I made contact and the owner said he would be out the following week to follow up. He never made contact again. The job that was done a year ago is starting to come apart. Meaning the tuckpointing is crumbling and the surface crack on the porch slab is starting to separate. I have a connection with one of his family members and this makes me so irritated that he is taking advantage of that so I won't give him a poor review! Started project in 2021, Brad from Peaks met with us, discussed scope of project, and we signed…read morecontract. Peaks started project but when we were concerned with workmanship Peaks stopped work. Called office numerous times and were told need to talk to Brad and get back to us. Over 3 years later and 1500 phone calls to Peaks trying to get answers on when they were going to complete project or refund our money and we would find a new contractor. Peaks never returned calls - always told had to talk to Brad and would get back to you. Put down $20K to start work - only work completed was drywall and trim in one 17 x 1 ft room. Drywall was wavy. Trim person had to fir out drywall in spots to get trim to lay flush - shoddy workmanship. Paid $19K to have all granite replaced in kitchen. Never replaced and would not refund money. Brad agreed to store our stone at his warehouse to keep it out of the way of trades until framing completed and stone could be installed. After numerous attempts to get stone from Brad, finally agreed to give it only if we would sign a fake letter that we owed $9K in storage fees and would not help load over 1000 sq ft in pallets with fork lift, made trades load by hand onto trucks. For any person looking for Peaks to do work - BE FOREWARNED! Brad and his company Peaks are not trustworthy, do not stick to schedule as promised, and ignore clients. He stole our money and refuses to refund. We are currently in litigation with Peaks to return money owed to us. We asked them if we could just get our monies back and move on but Brad stole our money and refuses to answer us. HE IS A SNEAKY LIAR! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I'm sure Brad/Peaks will respond to this with please call our office to reach a settlement but that is a total LIE! He may seem nice and honest but he is NOT! Phil (the owner) and Chris worked very hard and were very conscientious about their work and took great pride in it. And Jeana (the owner) was always there to answer questions. Any issue they encountered, they always had a solution. They went above and beyond fixing the seawall and then were able to fix the deck as well. They wanted to make sure everything was taken care of, and it was. They were polite, hardworking and cleaned up afterwards, even power washing the deck where they had done the work. Our wall is now solid, welded to poles sunk 20 feet deep. Regarding cost: These jobs are expensive, no way around that. I felt what they charged was absolutely fair. And there were no extra add-ons or gotchas at the end. Less expensive than other places and they actually called us back (unlike other companies) when I initially called for a quote. Jeana and Phil came out right away and gave us honest advice and a fair quote. There is no question about whether we will call them again if we have other issues. Absolutely.

Then the employees came out before winter, cut/sawed my concrete and set the posts and installed the gate. Over the winter a post popped due to poor labor and skill and experience.
