Jeff sent a quote within 24 hours, included his insurance, and reassured me they work over turf all the time. That alone gave me peace of mind. The quote was fair, and the crew came out the very next day. They showed up on time, got straight to work, and every single person was professional. Before anyone looks at the photos I'm posting, I want to point something out. I knew going in that I'd have some cleanup to do afterward. With the amount of work needed, especially grinding down the stump, I wasn't expecting the area to look perfect. They're tree trimmers, removers, arborists, not landscapers. And honestly, considering the work involved, they left the space in great shape. The rest is just me doing the final touches so it looks the way I prefer it. Blame it on my OCD. However, after they ignored my requests made from my front doorway, I was forced to approach Jake and the crew directly to clarify what they were doing was illegal and I need to go to work. Despite my repeated requests, they became argumentative and used profanity toward me, including calling me a "bitch," when I confronted them and insisted that they stop blocking my driveway and move their vehicle immediately. When I arrived home approximately five to six hours later, I discovered several trash bags filled with organic waste left on my side of the alleyway located between their client's residence (my neighbor's property) and my own. The waste appeared to have been left behind by the crew, further demonstrating a lack of professionalism, consideration, and proper cleanup practices.
