Meagan came out to assess what needed to be done and, after discussing the details of how they approach problems, take precautions to prevent damage and disease, meticulously clean up after themselves, etc., I hired Second Arborist to take care of our problem trees, a total of seven, and lift the canopy to allow more sunlight to reach our flower beds and lawn, and give everything a nice refresh. Her small team of professionals even ensured we were completely satisfied with their results before leaving. We couldn't be happier with outcome. The crew blocked my driveway while performing work in the neighborhood and showed little regard for common courtesy or respect toward neighboring residents. Before the issue escalated, I politely informed the crew that I would be leaving soon and that they would need to move their vehicle. I initially allowed them additional time to continue working. However, after they ignored my requests made from my front doorway, I was forced to approach Jake and the crew directly to clarify what they were doing was illegal and I need to go to work. Despite my repeated requests, they became argumentative and used profanity toward me, including calling me a "bitch," when I confronted them and insisted that they stop blocking my driveway and move their vehicle immediately. When I arrived home approximately five to six hours later, I discovered several trash bags filled with organic waste left on my side of the alleyway located between their client's residence (my neighbor's property) and my own. The waste appeared to have been left behind by the crew, further demonstrating a lack of professionalism, consideration, and proper cleanup practices. I found the behavior of both Jake and partially the crew to be highly disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Please do your due diligence when hiring so called, "professionals."

I also had them trim out an Ash Tree that was cornering our property with 2 others. Jo'Se Tree Trimming did all the work I expected. In fact, they far exceeded my expectations so much so that I hired them to do additional tree trimming on some other trees. These are the best tree trimmers I've ever hired. Before starting the job, I wanted proof of their insurance and was provided the proof so they are indeed insured. My neighbor, who never hires anyone to cut his many trees, was so impressed with their work that he actually hired Jo'Se Tree Trimming to cut down one of his Ash trees as they were finishing their job with us. We wanted everything hauled away which was part of the estimate and the workers did that and, thoroughly raked the ground to pick up all debris. Everything was very neat and professional. All the workers on site were very respectful and put together as well. We paid with card which added a normal 3.99% fee to process but, if you use Zelle like my neighbor did, there isn't a card processing fee. I requested an emailed receipt which I also received. The email invoice was also professional and put together. I've hired so many different tree cutters over the years, always hiring someone different each time but, because these guys were so good, I'll be using them for any additional work I may need done.
