Except across the street on a vacant lot there are tall trees obstructing the view. So I inquired with the City to obtain a permit. That was four years ago. After a "Geotechnical Survey", "Soil Compaction Analysis, a certified arborist's (Arbor Care) plan, and many thousands of dollars, Arbor Care cut down two 100ft tall trees leaving the stumps and logs to become "Nursery Logs" that protect and nurture new growth. Arbor Care worked well with the City and the plan was completed exactly as I had pictured.

Life got in the way and we failed to keep them trimmed, resulting in some 20-YO trees with a general lifespan of 20 years or so years and a very shallow root system towering well over our 2-story home and the neighbors". They said this was just a standard job to them, but I was in awe of the skill it took to somehow carefully and safely remove these huge bushy giants situated in such a precarious tight space. They arrive before dawn and stay until dark. We and our neighbors are now safe in a storm, and they even included the grinding of all of the stumps to the point that you can hardly tell these trees were ever here. I just wanted to write a quick review to say "Thank You, Titan Tree Care." They stand by their word and work and provide an excellent service at a very fair price.

They had been doing a lot of work in our neighborhood in the aftermath of the wind storm of 2024 so we ask them to take out a large tree in our backyard that was leaning toward our neighbor's house. Dorian gave us a quick estimate that was a little lower than we expected/feared and he squeezed us into the schedule to get it done the next day. They are friendly, easy to work with, very careful in their work, and do a great job of cleaning up after the job is done. For the price, we figured they were not grinding the stump based on our experience with other services, but they spent quite a bit of time grinding down the stump and a lot of the big roots that ran out from it. We highly recommend Titan.

We appreciated that they made sure our septic system was not impacted by heavy equipment. They were efficient and professional as they removed a few trees and did a nice job cleaning up the worksite. Per our request, they turned a Douglas fir into a snag for a wildlife habitat feature and chipped onsite so we now have wonderful mulch for our fruit trees and landscaping. I am a tree lover and highly value important wildlife habitat. I was reluctant to remove any trees for years but finally decided to take out a few since we live in a log home and had several trees very close to the house. I wanted to reduce risks from wind and fire. They made the process as easy for me as possible. I am happy with the results & the new wildlife snag. Thank you!

Alex the owner personally met with us on Monday, started the project on Wednesday, and completed everything by Thursday. The scope was extensive: redoing the entire front and back lawn, removing weeds and dead grass, clearing out bushes and rocks so they could lay down mulch, and installing quality edging prior to the mulch. They cleaned up meticulously and left the property cleaner than when they arrived. The work ethic of the crew was stellar--focused, nonstop, and clearly going above and beyond what was expected. Owner came and looked , said he would be back that week to address the issue and never heard from him again. He apologized for being double booked and showed up later that day. Adam had very good information for me regarding the job and gave me a really good verbal quote saying he would email me the written quote. Never did. After a few days I called the company and had to leave a message asking them to please send me the quote, but they never did. Guess they don't need the work. Very disappointing. I hope they do good work when they do manage to show up.
