I had to have some warranty work to be done and they had no issues in helping me get this taken care of. I had bought ball joints from Napa auto and they went bad in less than a year. They did the job and even made sure the old parts were put in the boxes for me to return without a mess. The process for the work was very affordable and wow cheaper than most garage. The service requested for was to the point. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone. They will go over the moon to make sure it is done to the recommended spect.

I'll begin with the word EXCELLENT! I called AAA was promised a tow at the hour mark. I got a call…read more5 min later from the tow truck driver Ron that he would be there in less than 30 min. I was in a town I hadn't recalled the name and he told me exactly where I was per the AAA app. He was kind polite and calmed me immediately. We got some snacks and drinks AB's waited. He got there earlier than he thought. He loaded the car and we got on our way. He drove with care, he was professional, he was the kindest tow truck driver I have ever had and sadly, I've had many lol. I was with my daughter who just thought the world of him. The professionalism was clear and present. Now my silliness in a post. I'm a big girl , I'm 60 and since I've had so many drivers I've added to my bucket list riding in my car while it's being towed!! He said yes but he needed to add extra straps!! My daughter and I rode on top, laughed , enjoyed our snacks and drinks, made a video because I was so stinking happy. He said if I called his number while he was driving if the ride got too crazy he would stop. I knew that my wife was following us at the halfway point back home and when we got closer to home she pulled in front of him. I called him to let him know to follow the truck. The min I called he pulled over. I apologized and told him I just called to tell you to follow the truck. He said oh ok. He got us home safely. I'm telling you, I couldn't have been any happier lol. He made an old lady happy, my daughter and had spent our entire day just taking pics of the beautiful weather and scenery. You might call this a fail because I needed a tow truck but because of his kindness, care and professionalism I was beyond happy. End of story, my car needed spark plugs and the wires under changed. Easy fix my son completed the next day and life goes on. Give these people your business if you want to be treated with care.
