I'm old enough to know we repaired tires like this all the time but the modern tire stores just want to sell you a tire. All that is BS. These guys had to work hard to get the large wheel weight out and then they put a boot in. At the same time I have an ATV tire that was low. They put it in the water bucket and it wouldnt show a leak so they broke it down, cleaned the rim and pumped it back up. Then they charged me less than a third of what I was expecting. I have never been there before and I live a long way from there but if I ever am anywhere in the vicinity and need tires I will go there. They are the best.

They did the job and even made sure the old parts were put in the boxes for me to return without a mess. The process for the work was very affordable and wow cheaper than most garage. The service requested for was to the point. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone. They will go over the moon to make sure it is done to the recommended spect.

I discovered, as I was preparing to replace the master cylinder, I had noticed the cover panel under the hood of my Lexus IS250 had a very distinctive crack. When I returned to the shop I mentioned this to the service representative. To shorten the story Big O made it right. They ordered a replacement part. Not only did they compensate me but they did not charge me for the fluid flush. Thank you Big O! I have found that the staff is very customer service oriented.
