Saved the day. Coming back from lake Roosevelt our truck had a major brake down. Called our roadside assistance and they ordered a tow company. J&S responded within an hour with a flatbed truck. We had our dog with us and the driver (Craig?) was fine with her. We had to go all the way to Mesa from Globe. Perfect response and driver. Thank you for saving our day read more

I'll begin with the word EXCELLENT! I called AAA was promised a tow at the hour mark. I got a call 5 min later from the tow truck driver Ron that he would be there in less than 30 min. I was in a town I hadn't recalled the name and he told me exactly where I was per the AAA app. He was kind polite and calmed me immediately. We got some snacks and drinks AB's waited. He got there earlier than he thought. He loaded the car and we got on our way. He drove with care, he was professional, he was the kindest tow truck driver I have ever had and sadly, I've had many lol. I was with my daughter who just thought the world of him. The professionalism was clear and present. Now my silliness in a post. I'm a big girl , I'm 60 and since I've had so many drivers I've added to my bucket list riding in my car while it's being towed!! He said yes but he needed to add extra straps!! My daughter and I rode on top, laughed , enjoyed our snacks and drinks, made a video because I was so stinking happy. He said if I called his number while he was driving if the ride got too crazy he would stop. I knew that my wife was following us at the halfway point back home and when we got closer to home she pulled in front of him. I called him to let him know to follow the truck. The min I called he pulled over. I apologized and told him I just called to tell you to follow the truck. He said oh ok. He got us home safely. I'm telling you, I couldn't have been any happier lol. He made an old lady happy, my daughter and had spent our entire day just taking pics of the beautiful weather and scenery. You might call this a fail because I needed a tow truck but because of his kindness, care and professionalism I was beyond happy. End of story, my car needed spark plugs and the wires under changed. Easy fix my son completed the next day and life goes on. Give these people your business if you want to be treated with care. read more

I think there may only be one towing company in Globe. So if you break down, J&S will likely be the ones who save you. On a recent trip up to Show Low, we conked out about 17 miles north of Globe in our Ford F350. We called AAA and J&S were the ones who came. I have mixed feelings about our experience, hence the 3 stars. First, they took forever to get there (17 miles, 2 HOURS) and were actually later than the ETA that AAA provided which was 1 hour. Lucky for us, we had made it to a nice large turn out and it was a pretty mild day temp wise. When we called AAA we were very clear that we had 2 dogs and 2 adults that needed to ride with the driver (must be dog friendly were my words) and J&S is not, they will make your dogs ride in the back of the truck. The driver told me that they were not told we had dogs, but when I called AAA that evening to work through the challenges we experienced, they were adamant they had and were looking right at the case. My husband and the dogs had to ride up in the cab of the truck on the bed of the tow. The positives were the driver was really nice, and he had his kid helping him that day... sweet kid. He had to tow us 100 miles to Oracle so at least it was nice chatting with someone interesting to kill the time. Bottom line, they are a tow service giving decent service -- nothing more, nothing less -- they will get you where you need to go safely. read more

The owner of this business is very unprofessional and is not available during the hours per his contract. Today is Saturday and he is suppose to be available u til noon in which he hasn't answered all morning ..I am sure it is all about more money ey to him but to the community this is a huge inconvenience and a violation of his contract. I want to thank J&S Towing for outstanding and fast service. My husband and Dog were stranded on the 60 in a very dangerous area without cell service and were almost hit several times. The driver, Ron showed up within minutes of my call for help. He hooked up our truck and took them safely all the way home to Mesa. I am very grateful for his professionalism and experience in getting our vehicle back home in a timely manner. read more

Tony from J&S Towing was so helpful! We had an accident on 84 and needed to be towed and a new tire. He was calm and helpful. Guided us to a tire place and made sure we were taken care off - he even gave my daughters (who were a bit shaken from the incident) a ring made of a dollar bill. It made them smile and calm down. Thank you Tony! read more

I just used J&S towing service today thru AAA and was delighted with the response time, professionalism and courtesy of the company and in particular the driver named James. He was quick in loading and unloading my vehicle and in explaining what was being done or my options. He was courteous and friendly and made an otherwise unpleasant experience of a breakdown tolerable. Kudos to J & S Towing and to James for great service in my time of need! Bill T. read more
