Amy and her crew are by far the best I've ever encountered. And my wife's inheritance included a complicated stock situation which Amy was able to navigate with ease. Highly recommended.

Emails have gone days without any replies. I don't care if they didn't do my taxes as I will have to pay the past due and penalties now as it is. I would have liked to have my taxes done, but without any replies, not sure what to do now. Bottom line? Do not use this business. First time using them, and it has been a total failure and probably costing me thousands in past due penalties. This has been frustrating and stressful.

Even though we paid extra for the "Platinum Package" on their services, we ended up having to correct the issues with the IRS ourselves. We paid EXTRA and STILL had to fix it ourselves. Here we are in 2025, and I'm getting notices from the IRS saying that our 2021 taxes were wrong as well, and we owe more. Frankly, I've gotten better service from HR Block than I got from a "professional" accountant. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. NEVER GOING BACK, NEVER RECOMMENDING EVER.

I had to ask where the opportunities that my wife and I were to look for in our taxes, as I want to take advantage of tax codes. I had 1 conversation with Mr. Hartmann hoping to forge a relationship moving forward, but they were just interested in my $$$$$$. I would not spend .07 cents on this in the future. Amid this COVID and all the stresses and problems that causes, there hasn't been a blip in the service. My Father was a CPA and I have always done my own taxes. But with my business and my personal returns getting more complicated I felt it was time to have some other eyes take a look. There were so many things that I was unfamiliar with. Luda saved me $20,000 in taxes the first year and with changes going on we met virtually just a few days ago and she has shown me what steps to take to help with what I am doing in the future. Again, more things I was unfamiliar with as far as putting money into SEP/IRA plans and what you can do as a self employed person. Luda is very knowledgeable and keeps up with what is going on. One of my favorite things is the newsletter she sends out periodically to clients letting us know what is going on. This year it discussed the PPP loan program. Kept me informed all along the way. Thank you!!

The personal returns were not straightforward - as the year included a sold house, a 1031 exchange, and property purchases in several other states. It was straightforward to get her team the documents they needed, and after an initial meeting where she got to know the lay of my finances, the process was very hands off for me (except for the numerous questions that I asked out of curiosity, which Ludmila was always able to thoroughly answer and advise me on). Needless to say, I'll be a client again this year.

I also left messages specifically requesting a call back from Brent himself. It is now December, and I still have not heard a single update. That is considered the gold standard in accounting. Even with Forbush's significantly above market fee, I was comfortable. However, my work was delegated to an overworked newby, whom I suspect was not even a CPA. When I received an unexpected and unexplained refund check from the IRS, I brought it to his attention. He didn't know what to do, so he did nothing. The result of this inaction was an eventual penalty by the IRS. I finally obtained Brent Forbush's personal intercision with the IRS, but it was to no avail, even though the mistake was really made by the IRS. I did not get what I paid for and I have now taken my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this firm for individual tax preparation.
