Diagnosed my problem with my coils and evaporator. (Even repaired the damage the previous guy made to the Freon). Parts ordered and got me temporarily back to temp until he could install them when they came in. Put a thermostat he could monitor from his phone in to make sure he could validate everything was running correctly. Texted me to show me the progress made and everything is back to normal. Travis said he'd relay the inquiry to the "Office". After the technician left my property, I promptly, same day, inquired about a surge protector. A couple of weeks went by; after the install and I got several text messages requesting a google review . . . So here it is. GREAT Job on the installers part....Different story for the "Team" sitting on their duffs, in the office, enjoying the air conditioning, Your review: F A I L. After finally speaking with a real person, in the office of Ambient Edge, who didn't hesitate to inform me that 90% of their mini-split customers opt for a surge protector, I asked for a quote to get my surge protector installation. I've basically been "Ghosted" for over a month now, so without any other "Ambient Edge" options, I CALLED AN ELECTRICIAN, who IMMEDIATELY SCHEDULED my service request. Today, I'm happy to report, I HAVE A WHOLE HOME SURGE PROTECTOR. A really really simple job that can be accomplished, literally in minutes, but Ambient Edge "Office Guys" apparently aren't capable of handling this "Service after the sale" . . . Thus the four star vs five star review. He's scheduled a camera inspection of our vent stack for tomorrow. I might add that I called for an appointment this morning and they were here this afternoon! To top it off, the camera technician will be here tomorrow! That's pretty unbeatable! Highly recommend Ambient Edge! However, when the technician arrived at my house, they quoted $550 for the exact same issue I had already described over the phone. If I had been told upfront that the repair could cost this much, I would not have scheduled the appointment. Because I declined the repair, they still charged me a $100 inspection fee. This experience was very disappointing due to the lack of transparency about the pricing. Clear and honest estimates should be provided before sending a technician so customers can make an informed decision. For your information, I did called GE before calling these tech, the extended warranty is $350 to cover everything. My GE washer is front load purchased by 2022.

Their communication was excellent from start to finish. They called right away, followed up with a message confirming the appointment, and even texted me the morning of the service to let me know the technician's ETA. Plamen showed up on time, was personable and professional, and quickly fixed the issue. I also really appreciated that he was straightforward and did not turn a simple repair into something that does not need to be fixed. Overall, a great experience with this company.

6/18/2025 - Response to Plamen:…read more After your long reply, my question remains the same: After the HVAC guys cleaned my vent - twice - there was still blockage INSIDE the bottom of the dryer. Why didn't you take my dryer apart and clean it? The only thing you did was unhook the flex hose to check the airflow. You didn't check anything else. You didn't even look at the lint screen on the back of the drum. If you had, you would have seen that it was blocked, too (see photo). Yes, vent blockage was what caused the initial error code. The error code didn't go away after the vent cleaning because of all the debris in the bottom of my dryer. The LG repairman explained where the debris came from, and he said it was burned. He also said any dryer repair person could have, and should have cleaned the dryer. He didn't "have" to replace my heating element, but he said, "I wouldn't be able to sleep tonight if I didn't." The fact remains that I paid you for doing nothing. Update 6/16/2025 LG Repair just left my house. A d80 error doesn't only mean it's a vent blockage, it also means there can be air blockage inside the dryer. That was the case with my dryer. There was so much lint in my heating element, it had burned, and the heating element had to be replaced. (Please see photos.) I think this is something you should have been able take care of while you were here. You have my Zelle info, and I would appreciate a refund. Original Review: I wish I had had a better experience with Revolff. Unfortunately, I still have the problem I called them about. My LG dryer has the dreaded d80 error code. I had my HVAC company clean my vents, but I still had the d80 error code afterward. So I called Revolff. Plamen came the same day. Very pleasant guy. After a quick inspection, he said the problem was my dryer vent. I told him I'd just had them cleaned the day before. He said I should call them back. He charged for the service call and left. I called HVAC, and they came back the next day. They cleaned my vents from the roof down, then from the wall vent upward. I still had the error code. I called Revolff and told the woman I still had the error code, and that the HVAC company said the problem was in my dryer. She said she would talk to Plamen and would call me right back. That was last week, and still no call back. I expected better service than this. Revolff's Reply: When Dryer was tested without being plugged into the wall, there was no error. When Dryer was tested being plugged into the wall, there is an error You don't have issues with your dryer, no matter how many parts can be changed on it that is not issue with the machine.I wish this was a mechanical or electrical issue with your dryer so we can help you on it, but it is not

Pioneer is officially out of business and apparently has been for a couple of months now…read more... Without doing the basic respectful step of telling ANYBODY including their regular customers or announcing anything on their website. This is a year after they sold me on changing how the air in my system is filtered and by telling me that they would come back every summer to change out filters. Thanks guys.

Attention::::law suit pending, contact me to join lawsuit…read more June 2024 the owner of pioneer air came to our home & engagaed in a friendship with my husband based on both being veterans & the service they provided to this great country. My husband connected with pioneer air he hired pioneer air to install a brand new 3 ton unit /installed immediately on a Saturday. We thought all was fine until just 2 months later with a brand new unit ....the AC compressor caught on fire while we were away and could of been a huge disaster but, thank god it only fried our entire new unit. We called and called and called pioneer air after 5 days they answered the phone to lie & tell us the owner was in meetings and would be calling us back....never called ever !!!!!! We then got out 2 independent companies to evaluate the situation, they both confirmed the install was compromised. That's where we are today. Filed complaints with contractors board & will be taking these thieves to court for everything. They took. Do not exploit veterans ::::we need them & we will protect them fiercely.
