However, I made the mistake of paying her before our next appointment to allow her time to restyle my hairpiece. I asked her not to cash my check until service was complete. I happened to have my check book that day. Belinda cashed my check immediately. When I returned to retrieve my unstyled hairpiece, she said she'd give me a refund. I'm still waiting. The moral of the story here is...don't pay ahead and don't work with merchants who give you the circular runaround instead of the "refund"promised. They are untrustworthy, at least with money. First Belinda agreed to deposit to my Zelle account. That took a few days not to happen. Then she offered to send me a M.O. She had all the information. After 5 e-mails, including audio messages, and 3 voice messages, I'm still waiting for my "refund". "Circular runaround" is better described as "passive aggressive" response.
