Not a good experience. I was harassed by a young employee who falsely accused me of being on my phone shortly before closing--just because I was wearing an earpiece. Even after I showed him I wasn't on the phone, he continued to raise his voice at me. The manager eventually came out, and the employee tried to act like he was apologizing--but by then, I was already upset. Needless to say I left pissed off.. I drove past four other businesses to support this place and be loyal, and this is how I was treated? Completely disrespectful. I will not be returning. read more

I used to love shopping at Quality Roots in Berkeley and visited often due to its proximity to my home. Over the past two weeks, I purchased three vaporizers from them, spending my hard-earned money each time. Unfortunately, each vaporizer had issues: * The first one completely stopped working on the second day. * Assuming it was just a one-off defect, I returned to buy a different brand, but that one wouldn't produce any smoke. * Finally, I purchased a vaporizer I usually like, but again, on the second day, it stopped working. It wasn't clogged, had a full charge, and still wouldn't work. When I called, I was told to bring it back whenever I had the chance--no mention of a 24- or 48-hour return window. However, when I returned the next morning, the budtender told me I needed to have come within 24 hours and have my receipt. He didn't even check my purchase history before denying my request. I then spoke with the assistant manager, Landon, who sees me frequently, but he also showed no compassion or understanding. He mentioned I had a 48-hour window, checked my history, and said I was just out of it. He offered me a new one at only $5 off. After spending $75 on three separate occasions and receiving faulty products each time, it was disappointing to be treated like this. There are several other dispensaries nearby, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere due to the poor customer service and the low quality of products sold here. Nothing like a good dispensary run. In Detroit for some business and had to stop in. Love how clean and organized the facility was. The check in process was great! We were greeted at the front and welcomed in with a 10% first timers discount. My bud tender was Jayzee, he told me all about the deals and also added some humor to my visit. Prices were the bomb!! They do not offer sale prices on merchandise ordered for pickup on their website--a complete waste of time. The manager treated me like a jerk. The first time I had a broken cart was from here, a waste of $60.00. I am a Berkley resident that will no longer visit this establishment and will tell all my friends to do the same. Where do I start, first off went in to get a deal they didn't wanna honor, and as this guy is trying to grab my stuff I have to tell him where they are at because apparently he can't read their on signs marking items. Then he adds it all up wrong, didn't do another deal they had posted, fixed it then on the other item that was on sale they marked at full price, so now I'm on my third try I got rosin marked on their on dam 710 sale, he puts the wrong price and then i literally point to the paper with the deal he looks at it 4 times can't find it as I'm pointing at it. So he says it's not on sale and gives me attitude so I had to pull my phone out and then he can magically read? Please hire better staff, I liked this place till recently, literally wasted 20 mins in line so finally just walked out. Beware, they don't accept digital ID's even though it is a valid state issued form of identification. They didn't even attempt to scan it, even though it would've gone through perfectly. There are no laws or regulations currently in place in Michigan that prevent the use of digital ID's. I understand it's a newer thing that's more prominent in other states, but if the people here would've actually taken a second to look at our ID's they would've seen that it has all the required information to purchase marijuana and would've scanned just like the physical card. read more

Place says they accept card but do not have an option to swipe your card inside the actual location (Berkley). Terrible customer service & they did not try to accommodate me at all, since the ATM machine only reads chip card. I was a first time customer and was very displeased with my first initial visit I will not be returning and if you are looking for a new dispensary to give your business to; I suggest looking elsewhere. read more
