A shout out to Larry the Pool Guy in Fayetteville Ga…read more Trey, with Larry the Pool Guy maintenance & repair service, performed an excellent job changing the sand and replacing a damaged lateral in my pool sand filter. Larry and Trey made sure the job was complete and addressed all additional issues (minor leaks at the top of sand filter collar and bottom drain cap). They both were friendly, polite, professional and informative. Larry (the owner) answered all my questions and concerns pertaining to current and future pool care. Their pool store is awesome too! Alison and Kenzie go above and beyond to assist me to balance my pool water. Kenzie helped me dilute high CYA in the pool. I have saved money on pool chemicals since I changed my pool company store to Larry the Pool Guy. If you're looking for a great swimming pool service and store then call them. As pool owner for 8 years I highly recommend them.

Had a pump motor issue. Our go to pool pals are Brown's in Dallas. Today I called them up to…read moreprice a new motor and Ethan in repairs is the absolute most professional and helpful customer service person I have encountered in a VERY long time! Not only did he explain what I needed, he offered to explain and assist if I needed anything while replacing the new motor. We decided we would just go ahead and pay the fee to have him replace the parts that are a little touchy; however, he was so accommodating and helped me learn the process right away. We also went ahead and purchased a replacement lateral assembly and sand so I could service the filter as well. I will never use another pool company solely based on the above and beyond attitude of Ethan today. We are so appreciative as we get to spend our last few weeks with our grandson swimming in the pool before he moves to Hawaii with his service parents.

Would not recommend them and especially their customer service. I never leave reviews because I…read moreknow people have bad days but it seems this company always has bad days. Had a part break while trying to sell a hot tub that we still had a warranty on. We call and give them the exact part number and explain what the part is. They call a week later (we expect to let us know it's in) no. They haven't even ordered it yet. We try to explain. Even sent a picture on the original brands website of what it is. Then we call the next week to ask if it got ordered. And they say they'll have to call back. The owner calls back and yells at my mother in law that she will not treat her employees rudely. We were never rude. Maybe a little upset that we still hadn't got our part ordered but never rude. They tell us to go directly to the company of the spa so we do. Got the part the next day and dynasty spas didn't charge, didn't ask for any confirmation of purchase or warranty and even sent an extra part just in case. So definitely would not recommend whiten pools. However. If you need a spa buy directly from dynasty spas. Great company. Also the person from dynasty spas said they didn't even know who whiten pools was lol.

We have had our pool for about 15/20 years and have worked with Brown's Pools for that whole time…read more This year, when Brown's opened the pool, we had massive issues. I think some of the issues was the fact we were the last stop of the day and the crew didn't care...but nonetheless...we called asking for service, help, even just a call back and NOTHING. We have tried for weeks, and it is definitely pool weather now. Still no response, no help. After all these yeas of loyalty, it is really disappointing to see a once trusted provider fail us so completely. Don't trust these people...at all.
