This happened to my wife, Vijaya "Maddy". No explanation was given. Multiple attempts to find out why were ignored. If you choose to do business with this agency in any sort of way, beware because they lack ethics, transparency, and professionalism. Pursue at your own risk. To claim no knowledge of her is not a surprise, yet the whole experience has been documented. To make an outright lie that any explanation was given is also no surprise. Again, why do it in the middle of an escrow.? This has been deemed unprofessional by us and many other agencies who have heard this story. I'm just here to share the story and help others make a better decision on who they choose for employment and real estate needs.
