The Charles Chacon team is exactly what they says they are...real-estate professionals. They were a team who we knew would have our back throughout the whole process of selling our home and finding another home that matched our needs and wants for our family. From Day 1 of searching for a new home they went above and beyond to make a viewing happen right away. Even if it was going to the same house more than 5 times. Once we got to the point where we were going to put an offer they provided much needed advice for every possible thing that could happen in this current real estate market. But at the end they made us feel confident that they would support us no matter what we decided to offer. Throughout the buying process they were in constant communication with the sellers agent to ensure that the whole process went smoothly. This communication included negotiating on our behalf for some additional credits at closing due to some expenses we would have to cover after the purchase. We got the floor plan we had been hoping for and couldn't of done it without the help of Brian and all the members of the Chacon Team! Thank you! read more

The Charles Chacon team helped us sell our home quickly that we didn't have to worry about the potential of paying two mortgages! Their team worked together to come up with the best pricing point to sell our home with much research of comparable homes. The pictures they took for our home and the 3d walk-through helped our home shine and highlight all the things we loved about our home. This knowledge and expertise helped our home get an offer we wanted when it was only on the coming soon and had not officially been on the market. Whenever there was any potential concerns with the buyers you would find the Chacon team 3 steps ahead of the game. They were always thinking of all the various strategies they could use to solve any potential problems or hiccups. We could always count on them to get back to us in a timely manner so we were in the loop of everything that was going on behind the scenes with the buyers agent. We could not have imagined going with any other real-estate team for the selling of our first home. They made something bittersweet into something sweet. Thank you! read more

My brothers & I enjoyed working with CJ Chacon. He was effective in showing the house for sale, resulting in a good number of interested clients. We are impressed at CJ's promptness in returning our phone calls, answering our questions & giving us the best advice in showcasing the house. He was adept & caring at being liaison bet us & buyers, while putting us First as his clients, but also prudently attentive to the concerns of the other party, finally helping us graduate to a win-win sale. CJ also demonstrated a certain humility at learning New things & resolving unexpected situations, esp when we were faced with a surprising probate situation. He doggedly persisted with us for several months, occasionally spending personal time with our lawyer & doing the legwork in expediting real-estate documents in court. THANK YOU CJ. You are undaunted, unwaveringly patient & made us feel like we were your only client's- that we are being heard & taken care of. THANKs again, CJ. read more

CJ was very skilled in all steps from listing to closing. When I had questions, if he didn't know the answer, he took the time to get it. His answers were very helpful as my wife and I moved through the entire process. Having lived in this house as the only owners for over 45 years, there was a lot to learn about changes in selling a property. We made it clear what we were unwilling to do in the way of improvements and CJ accepted our position without any resistance. He was very effective in his approach to listing the property, scheduling an open house and coordinating with other local realtors to make sure there were many potential buyers who would come and look at the house. Offers came in quickly and a suitable offer was accepted without the buyers making excessive requests. We were happy with the end result and the prompt close of escrow. read more

Five Stars - Exceptional Realtor Team! CJ and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient--our home sold in record time! CJ kept us informed at every step and made what could've been a stressful process feel seamless and smooth. Our sale wasn't without its complications, including a solar panel lease, but CJ handled every detail with confidence and care. He came prepared with comps for the area, helped us settle on a competitive price, and his negotiation skills really paid off--we walked away with a deal we felt great about. If you're looking for someone who knows the market, communicates clearly, and gets results, CJ and his team are it. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future real estate needs. read more

Great Experience with Charles Chacon Realty Group! CJ Chacon represented both the buyer and seller. He was generous with his time, reviewing all electronic documents with the elderly sellers who were not computer savvy. He also represented the sellers in the purchase of their new home, making sure they were cared for and informed, every step of the way. As the buyers, we were pleased with CJ's frequent updates on the purchase of our new home. From home inspection to hiring a moving company, CJ was with us every step of the way! We appreciated his caring demeanor, job knowledge and experience. Thank you so much CJ and the Charles Chacon Realty Group! read more

My husband and I worked with CJ Chacon while buying our new home. From the beginning he was fully invested in what we wanted and needed. CJ took the time to understand our situation and helped us every step of the way. He understood our busy lives so instead of trying to call us multiple times, he would make a video explaining everything and we would watch it whenever we had time. That was so helpful! He was always prompt answering our calls and text messages, and he was very knowledgeable of all things real estate and also the area we were looking at. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. read more

CJ and the team and Charles Chacon Realty Group were referred to my wife and I by a family member. We were thrilled with the realty group's performance throughout the arduous process of finding a desirable home as first time home buyers in a highly competitive sellers market. We had worked with several other realtors and did not have much luck. We provided Brian our narrow search criteria, so when the right house popped up he was quick to be there for the open house with us despite being out of his local area. Throughout the entire process he was knowledgable beyond his years and helped to ensure we were represented appropriately and honestly. We would definitely recommend working with Brian and his team at Chacon Realty. read more
