Alright so a fresh review…read more I had some payment issues where I was supposed to receive a notice in December of 2019 about increased HOA fees, but I did not. For some reason, my HOA sent me this notice April 2020, along with my two payment coupon books on the 1st of June. So I went to Paylease and made the update to my autopay amount to adjust for the increase claimed in the coupon books that came with the letter. To my surprise, I then received a letter November 2020 from Weldon Brown stating I had $400 in late fees on top of being $390 delinquent. After calling Terri, the CFO/financial manager, I found out that I had been $30 short per month since December of 2019. I explained to her my side of the story, and without hesitation, she told me that she'd transfer the amount over to the new management company. What I am most impressed about this situation is that I behaved very rashly, but they were quite patient with me. I was fuming. A demand for $400 was a lot of money to suddenly show up in my mail box. This was the first letter I'd received notifying me of my delinquent payment after months. And I didn't have all the information at the time to understand that this wasn't their fault. They didn't need to transfer that $400 over to the new management company. They probably had every legal right to keep it, but they made an ethical move and dealt with me kindly. What they did shows me that they are a fair organization despite the type of people they deal with, and have excellent values befitting an organization which manages other people's money. That's rare to find.

The Management is Very approachable and responsive to your issues.( our refrigerator had a bad fan motor and we were quickly given a brand new replacement) The Neighbors are generally very friendly Although a bit of a walk, I can always find a parking space Washer and dryers are generally available with a handy App for funding and availability Exterior upkeep and maintenance is done daily ( with a good maintenance crew) Cons No washer and dryer in units ( we currently spend 120$ a month for 6 loads a week No dishwasher Construction ( currently piping project will require us to move out for several days ), our building 803 Magnolia is scheduled soon ( temporary housing will be paid by management) But Now the reason for 2 stars Roaches , yes unfortunately we are killing 1 about every two weeks ( we lived in a condo in west Corona for 3 years before moving here and didn't have a single roach) We keep our apartment clean and do not know where they are coming from ( I can only assume neighbors that hoard/ and or are not keeping their units clean?) Hopefully in the future this will be resolved Also when someone burns food on their stove there will be an extremely loud whole building alarm go off ( has happened twice since living here) And Smokers, this is supposed to be a non smoking community But the smokers who live here seem to try to sneak a cigarette periodically .My biggest fear is if someone falls asleep while smoking it then becomes a real fire

Absolutely unacceptable experience with this property management company…read more We were explicitly told both through Zillow and text that our credit was acceptable and that we were approved for the home to rent. Based on that we submitted all requested financial documents and pay stubs etc and moved forward in good faith. Then without authorization they ran our credit and suddenly claimed our score was nearly 150 points lower and the owner no longer wants to rent to us. I actually went and paid for my full credit not even close to what Tammi said the score was so she definitely is lying to us. It gets worse they have refused to provide a copy of the report despite multiple requests. In fact communication has completely stopped no responses or explanations just silence. Meanwhile I already paid a deposit for movers , started calling utility companies to get everything switched as I was led to believe I was moving into this new home as I was told via text a lease was being drafted up and I had the ok to go ahead and get a cashiers check. The property suddenly went back onto Zillow with updated photos like nothing happened. This process was misleading and so very unprofessional and honestly a complete waste of time and money. I have screenshots documenting everything as I have gone ahead and reported her to the California Department of Real Estate.
