Katie (and her Mom) will bend over backwards to get the deal done. They have also become close personal friends of mine over the years. They never fail to jump in and get the deal, every time. There's no such thing as a bump in the road, because it's smooth sailing each time. Michelle sold my first home in Corona 2012 and Katie sold my second home in 2014, Katie and Michelle helped helped me get my Norco in 2014 (and it was a short sale, screamin' deal! with box stalls for my horses etc). In 2018, they helped me sell our small vacation property in Crestline with a very complicated 1031 exchange, and then helped us buy two investment property homes in Joshua Tree/29 Palms the same year. In 2021, they hone of the 29 Palms properties (and another screaming deal that sold in 8 days with the first offer). More recently, this month, we sold our primary home in Norco and moved to NC out of state, which was really sad to leave them and very complicated to do out of state/remotely. But they lifted every burden off me. I would never and will never use another realtor. Luis, spoke with us as we were looking for a new condo for our family of 4. The process started well, professional. We submitted our application. Luis then informed me that my fiancé had filed for Bankruptcy. This was the reason we were denied the condo he was representing. This is completely false and that I, probably "doesn't really know me" which is an attack on my fiancé's character. As if my fiancé is hiding things from me finically. We have been together for 5 years. She has NEVER filed for bankruptcy! EVER. She had only been a victim of identify fraud as discussed, but that is it. We have called him so many times, to get an explanation. He has dogged all calls, never retuned a voice message. This is over 2 months. Very unprofessional. We will be filing a formal complaint against Luis for deformation of character with Keller Williams and other avenues of information that pertains to realtors, this industry. I will not stop until he is formally, publicly reprimanded!! Regards, Tommy
