Best pressure cleaning company I've ever worked with. SCOTT, the owner, is courteous, professional, and reliable. He pressure cleaned an area of my home that was very dirty and when he was done, it was sparkling like a diamond! Look no further American pressure Cleaning is the company to go with! read more

I have used American Pressure Cleaning for two jobs and I plan to use them in the future. They have come to clean my sidewalks twice and when they did, they also help helped by cleaning other areas around the home which really made everything look nice. Additionally this most recent time I also had them clean my gutters, which was a tremendous value, especially not having to go to a gutter specialist. Prices are reasonable, and Scheduling is easy. read more

Our experience this company is a scam. They breached their contract. They damaged our landscaping and our home sustained significant damages in many areas. We sued them and were awarded over $5,000. We have a lien on their business executed by the Court. Save your money and your home. read more

Be careful! they'll scammed you! changed the price on in invoice from the original quote. read more

They Scammed me. I hired them to pressure clean and seal my pavers. They pressured cleaned them on 5/31/2022 and charged me for the cleaning plus a deposit for the sealer. It's now been over a month and they have not sealed my pavers or returned any of my calls. read more

Saw a coupon in a local advertising publication and some other companies were desperate for business it seemed and upping price on me. My driveway was really dirty. There price came in lowest with coupon. Glad I found it. Front and back of my home was cleaned. Response was very quick and they did a really good job! Thanks! Chlorine even took care of some weeds in driveway. Spanish Language may be a factor with one but they knew what clean was! I felt bad when one man got stung twice by wasps hiding in a ladder. I know how that hurts. Put cortisone cream on it and off they went. Killed about 14/15 more wasps after they left. Helped remove areas to clean but stings might be reason they left without helping put back. Price was good so no big deal with that. Happy overall with work! read more

I have been a customer of Scott's since 2006. We agreed to clean my roof & remove the mold & mildew from the bottom of my house because I am having it painted this week. The original date was cancelled due to rain. When they came, they cleaned the roof and spent 5 minutes cleaning the mold & mildew from the bottom walls of the house. He charged me $350.00 for that. I have never paid more than $150.00 to have my roof cleaned in all the times that he did it. Now, I am a former customer. Also, his guys didn't speak English. Go elsewhere to have your residence pressure cleaned. read more

Saw negative reviews on here but decided to give them a try anyways. My mistake. They were scheduled 10-12. We had been communicating via text to make sure they were coming because they were already late --but at one point there were no calls or texts being answered anymore. I even called from another number. We sent a final text asking for a refund and they said they will do it Monday. Then proceeded to tell us that they were at the gate for an hour and didn't have the code or last name. Ummmmm IF that was true (which it isn't)... why didn't you call or text when you had been texting us earlier in the day? Also, why didn't you look at the INVOICE YOU SENT... which has the last name right there. We are very easy going people and always understand things happen but DO NOT lie. Also our house is 4 houses down from the gate. Why not walk over to check? So many missed opportunities but the truth is nobody was at that gate. The owner's comment below doesn't recognize my name because I wasn't the one who booked through my name. It was my partner whose name was used under booking..... but I can assure you, we were texting and calling the same number listed on this Yelp page. read more

So to start, this service was an economical choice. When it comes to the cheaper options, there's always a risk of quality being affected in some way. As was the case here. $319 dollars for a pressure clean around the house including the roof, and patio. The cleaning I rate a 6/10 because many areas were missed including the gutter and corner areas of the patio. Secondly, my pool was filthy after they left. As they cleaned all the patio they basically just let all the leaves and dirt fall in the pool. As they came to the back and accessed the hose they broke the fence door on both sides bringing in their machines and pulling out the hose for accessibility. They did not put my patio furniture back in place after moving some around. Overall, it was a quick job with careless thought. Sure everyone wants a good deal. Just be ready for whats to come if you're not paying attention. Will not be using this company ever again. M. Ibarra read more

My personal experience was not very professional with Scott as he changed the price on me at the very last minute. I received a written quote and we agreed upon the price and date. I took the morning off work to wait for Scott to show up. At 7:40am on the day of our appointment, Scott messages me that the price will increase by $75. I cancelled the appointment as this did not feel very ethical to me and was concerned I would get charged even more once they were on site. When you have an agreed quote, it's not very professional to make changes on the same day. I lost a day of work and had to find another company to do the job. Be careful and make sure you get a written and agreed price before doing any business here. read more

I was a loyal customer until last month. I have been using this company for years, every year consistently I never had a problem in fact, I was very satisfied until last month that an irresponsible employee from their company cracked one window and broke in pieces a side of my backayard tiles and he never reported to CARLOS or the owner. I have been harassing CARLOS for a month now, to send someone to fix my tiles (the window he told me to get a quote but if they haven't even fixed the tiles no hope that they would fix my window). He has been playing games with me like if I am a child, he continuously says that they would go, I wait for them and they don't show up or call. And the only time that they showed up, CARLOS doesn't tell me a time frame after I asked him twice to confirm the time (like If I don't have anything to do other than wait for them in the porch) and when they showed up I wasn't available to receive them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM, ESPECIALLY WITH CARLOS, SO UNRELIABLE AND IRRESPONSIBLE. But the funny part is that he does have time to call to remind me about my yearly service and have various time and appointments available right away, but when I need them to go back I have to beg for them to go back to fix something that they broke. Also, something interesting that I found out, that their address listed here is not their real address. The city of plantation does not have them registered in their data system. They have written in their van that they are licensed but they are not licensed as pressure cleaning company according to Carlos they are licensed as painting company, no idea why would they have that in their pressure cleaning van, but again, I have my doubts since CARLOS IS A LIAR! bottom line... DONT USE THIS COMPANY, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT! read more

Needed a pool patio pressure cleaning job done. Upon initial contact, left a voice mail and owner returned my call immediately. I texted pictures of the pool patio and received a quote. Job was done in a timely fashion matter. Fast, efficient and polite service. I plan on calling them for my roof pressure clean soon. read more

Scott at American pressure cleaning does a great job at a fair price. Is reliable and professional

Scott was highly professional and did a fantastic job on my Aunts driveway. I didn't even have to be there in order for him to get the job done bright and early. He showed up, sent me pictures of the completed job through text, and I payed him later that day remotely at my convenience. As a local realtor I will be recommending his services to my clients. read more

I spoke to Scott who was extremely helpful. He gave me a quote and completed the job in less than 3 days. Additionally, he sent photos of the sidewalk after the cleaning. Thanks so much for the fantastic service ! read more

Spoke to Carlos. Very Professional. Gave me the best price out of searching through six companies for comparison shopping. Arrived on time, did a fantastic job and followed up afterward. Did my roof, whole house and driveway. Can't get better than this. I prepared my house for pressure cleaning, They are not movers, that is my job to have the area ready to go from them. They were very polite and did their part quickly and professionally. Thanks Carlos. Recommending to all the neighbors. read more

I talked to Carlos. He was suppose to come out on the 16th @ 2 pm a pressure clean my house and my neighbors. When he didn't show I called him and he said it was next Tuesday @ 2 pm. So next Tuesday came and he didn't show this time he did not return my calls. I called this number to make sure it was the same American Pressure Cleaning and he did not return my call but Carlos called me yesterday and said you were scheduled for the 7 th. I said that is not when you said he said but that is when I have you written down for. I got someone else to pressure clean our houses and this company in my eyes is a typical Florida company that does not care. read more

I'm more than pleased with the work this company provides. They having been providing me with great service for 3 years. Carlos reaches out to remind me that my home is due for a cleaning and comes and works his magic. He's friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Their services are affordable and fair and their work is amazing. I highly recommend this company for pressure cleaning services. You won't be sorry. read more

I called the company and they came, but not the person I spoke with, the people who arrived could not speak English and left when finished without telling us. Carlos called and asked for a credit card number I told him the drive was still bad, he offered to send them back for another $20.00 I agreed. I gave the guys a check, and was told I would receive the invoice I needed for the HOA by email. I never received it and he wouldn't pick up the phone. I have called numerous times and he does not pick up. The drive is still a mess. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

Great job. Scott and Victor were a pleasure to deal with and they do quality work. I'll definitely use this firm again.

This company is terrible and I would not recommend them. They quoted me a price 3 separate times. Each time it was reduced. When the workers got here they charged me another $20 to do my patio. I spoke with Carlos from the company who was extremely condescending to me and his workers calling them stupid idiots for giving me the wrong quote and that it would come out of their pay. I decided to pay the middle quote for $220 so the worker wasn't affected and he then said f you! What a horrible experience. This company sucks! Don't believe the positive reviews. read more

I have to say I was more than happy with Scott and the great work that was done on my roof. I called on Tuesday and the roof was looking fabulous by Thursday. The five star review is definitely deserved. read more

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Carlos agreed to do the entire rear patio for $41.50. That includes the screen room. When it came time to clean the screen room they wouldn't do it. They wanted me to move the patio furniture. No way. That's why I am willing to pay for a service. Spoke to Carlos again after the incomplete job. He didn't want his 2 young workers to injure themselves. Understandable, but shouldn't they be covered by workman's comp? Perhaps they are off-the-books workers. read more

Unreliable (did not show up once at all, and considerably late a second time). Unprofessional ( did not leave documentation of company's proposal, or quoted fee). After assuring me job would be done one week later he then tells me he decided not to do the job...even though he strung me along and prevented me from further soliciting another contractor. He was unable to take down- or remember my 7 character email address to send the info and hung up. He was most rude and unprofessional and I would suggest any potential customer steer real clear of Scott L. No way to conduct business and lacking in integrity and honesty. Dr. J. I had Scott pressure clean the outside of my house, pool deck, and driveway and not only did he call me back from my initial inquiry within a few hours, he got me a quote that same night and completed the work within 3 days of my initial call. Had an appointment scheduled for Friday spoke with them in the morning they said they were coming. Moved all the furniture from the patio. They never showed up and wouldn't return my calls and messages. Finally I called from a different phone he picked up then. Made up some BS and then said he wanted to reschedule for a week and a half later. Done waste your time unless you have a lot to kill. read more

American Pressure Cleaning was supposed to come to pressure clean my roof on Sat. Carlos advised he would have someone at my house on 2/27/16 between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. No one showed up. No calls, texts, smoke signals. Nothing. My call did not get returned until Monday. Two days later. Carlos advised me that he could not get anybody there on Saturday because they usually do not offer Sat. appointments. This bit of information would have been useful before the appointment not two days after. Also, a heads up courtesy call would have been the professional thing to do. While Carlos acknowledged the missed appointment and offered to send someone during the week, he was totally indifferent and unapologetic to having missed the appointment and/or wasting my time. read more

I give them ONE star because there are not negative stars. They came in to clean my roof, broke dozens of tiles, and left. My roof started leaking so I contacted them. They called me and say that because of the holidays they were busy (yes, this was in november 2011). Open a case with BBB which they never responded, they never answer my calls...if they are insured as they claim to be, I dont understand what the big deal is...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO AVOID PROBLEMS...the only person rain this business 5 stars must be their cousin... read more
