So the manager (Chase) told me they would gladly take payment the Friday before the appointment or the morning of the appointment. My appointment was scheduled for Monday morning. Friday came and NO call! I called them several times but no one picked up! So I decided to wait until Monday because the manager clearly stated someone would call for payment. Monday came...NO ONE CALLED but i spent 2 hours of my morning calling from 7 - 9 am attempting to reach someone. FINALLY, at 10am someone answered the phone. I told them of this situation and was told " too bad, the schedule is already booked' then she proceeded to give me an attitude stating 'they have a procedure and they didn't take payment'. Apparently she doesn't have ears because I explained 10 times that the manager approved payment the morning of but no one called...so i continued calling for 2 hours! Again, all she wanted to do was tell me about procedure and give me an attitude. WHAT RIGHT DOES SHE HAVE WHEN THE MANAGER APPROVED THIS?????!!!!! How dare she "blame" me when I would have never scheduled the appointment if the manager didn't say it was OK! Then, she hung up on me! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS???!!! DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GIVEN AN ATTITUDE AND TREATED POORLY. I will NEVER call this business again and I will NEVER recommend their services to anyone!

The plumbing is actually pretty, and yard was left clean and level for landscaping. Highly recommend Eric and his crew. Had a pool and backyard remodeled and the quality of the work is very poor. The tile work looks…read morelike it was done by children, and the turf grass was installed incorrectly causing water to back up in the yard. The retaining wall is not done correctly with gaps causing the rock that was placed behind the wall to come through. Ocean Blue Pool and Spa LLC hired an engineer to inspect the wall and I assume it shows the retaining wall and the drainage are faulty, and that is why they stopped answering calls. This company does not guarantee their work, and now I need to redo almost everything in the yard. Ocean Blue Pool and Spa LLC, in Rock Hill, SC did terrible work in my yard. Use at your own risk.
