Michelle was friendly, informative, and address all my questions. Measurements were done at the house and the installation went smoothly. Their location had several pieces of stone to choose from, many with pleasing colors and patterns. I purchased a master bath vanity using a remnant piece of quarz they had on hand that looked great and blended well with our tile. The cost including installation was quite reasonable. They didn't offer plumbing installation of drains/water/fixtures, but that's OK. They're a stone company focused on delivering a great product installed well, and in that regard they were spot on.

Then, slowly, Andrea stopped coming, stopped supervising and the person who "took over" could not have cared at all about whether a good job was being done. The house was getting dirtier by the week. Then - it became a rolling stop for different people every week. They didn't do what I wanted, spoke no English, and my house was still dirty. I had had a deep cleaning before Andrea started and I wanted the house to stay to that standard (baseboards, dusting, sweeping, washing the floors). Well - that never happened. Had to quit using her - the people didn't clean and when I specifically asked for a special cleaning - she never told her people. Very disappointing. I do not recommend unless you speak fluent Spanish and can get her people to actually clean.
