I am pretty torn writing this, because I was a regular customer of Tierra Eco Cleaning for nearly 4…read moreyears. Throughout the 4 years, they did a good job, when they came. They are pretty unreliable and even after repeated requests to give me a 2-3 day heads up before they came through the years, they would continue to send me confirmations the evening before an 8am call time. I let it go and continued to use them after so many years because I genuinely liked Rosa and her team, and thought they did a good job 90% of the time. It became super inconvenient since I started to work from home over COVID-19. Rosa became SUPER unresponsive to texts. Before she would at least answer me a couple days after I texted her to schedule, now, after COVID-19, she only responds a month later for an appointment for the next morning. I don't understand how anyone can schedule with her consistently because of these communication issues. I tried addressing it with her multiple times and even said if you just schedule me every month on the same day, that would even work better so I can know when they are coming ahead of time. She responded right away after this last message and said she would look at her schedule the next day and work on the communication issue. She hasn't followed up with her schedule and it has been several months now. So needless to say, she lost a monthly customer. I also referred a few friends to her and embarrassingly, she no showed on them! Not worth the time, stress, or hassle in trying to get her to come.

I can honestly say that this was the best cleaning job I've ever had done, and I've had 7 other…read morecleaners here in the last several years (it is NOT easy to find a quality cleaner, my home/office requires a 'white-glove' clean as i have to keep it spotless for clients- Rosa and her daughters totally delivered and then some). Also Rosa just has a great, comfortable 'vibe', her daughters are adorable and all 3 did an IMPECCABLE job. In fact, they even vacuumed completely under the bed. I did not expect that as its a large bed and no other cleaner has done that (nor did I ask). Rosa says that she enjoys cleaning- I believe this to be true. She obviously takes great pride in her work and is most pleasant to be around. They also did that fancy thing with folding the toilet paper like they do in upscale hotels (it was a nice touch!), not to mention she showed up exactly on time. I'm not a real stickler for that but definitely took notice. Rosa and her girls get my highest possible recommendation. And honestly I'm relieved because I tried 4 other cleaners from this site, 3 of which left much to be desired (i had to finish the cleaning) and the 4th did a very good job but then blew off our second appointment. You would be very hard pressed to find a better housecleaning team than Tierra Eco Cleaning Service, and her price for the level of quality provided simply cannot be beat. Need I say more?

Stay away from this lady. After hearing all these, she agreed to 150$ based on my cleaning requirements. Finally she showed up on the day i requested and said wanted to take a look. I said yes and showed my apartment within a moment she said it will take 250$ and i was like very much disappointed. I kinda sensed this lady is very unprofessional and kinda money minded since the beginning based on the conversation i had. But still i believed her and thought to give more tip if she cleans it properly. Her idea was like people will still be okay if she increases the price to 100$ extra at the last minute as we will not be having any choice. Criminal minded. I said Good bye and Thank you.

It was a two-person crew who did a decent job with getting the grease residue out of the kitchen and most of the calcium rings out of the toilets. That's about where the positive ends. I had my personal cleaning supplies used and taken (whatever they didn't want was placed in black bag given back to me at the end), range knobs were destroyed because they were placed in the dishwasher, a few blind sets were broken (string knocked off track) during dusting (they smack blinds with a duster), and various spots were missed (doors, baseboards, windows/sills). I guess it's my fault for not checking the work before forking over the cash as they quickly ran out the door.

Very professional and efficient. My place has never looked shinier!…read more I was able to reach them easily (I left them a voicemail and they called me back within an hour) and we were able to work out a schedule that worked for me. They came out on quick notice and showed up right on time. When they arrived, they asked me what areas I wanted them to concentrate on. I let them know to use their best professional judgement but the worst problem areas for me are dusting and mopping. They nodded and went to work right away. Now everywhere I looked, there's not a dust left and everything is spotless! They even got behind this little area between my bed and window that I wondered if they'd notice. They were also very considerate of how much noise they made as I had been working from home at that time and made sure to put back my things to their original places after lifting them to dust. Price was also more than reasonable and I was not locked into a long term cleaning plan. Very highly recommended. I have used cleaners regularly and not all of them are created equal. Some of them has more skill than others. Delacruz has them in spades so they can clean the shiniest in the shortest amount of time. I'm almost afraid to leave this review because they are just so good that they will get booked very quickly and I won't be able to get on their schedule anymore. They did such a thorough job though and more than my expectations that of course I can't be selfish like that :)
