I'm happy I found Bubble Truck Window Cleaning to clean the interior and exterior of my windows. Don't let the fun name fool you, because they are very serious and professional when it comes to making sure your windows are clean. They first do a walk through and call out concerns that they cannot resolve, such as broken seals or chemical stains. This helps level set expectations. Then they start. My house is 2,500 sq ft... they finished in about 90 minutes from arrival. The windows were left clean and the surrounding areas clean as well... nothing near the windows damaged or moved in wrong places. They also offer recurring customers discounts including off season discounts. Their truck is super fun and gets the attention of neighbors. I'm sure other reviews allude to how they do that... but I won't so it can be a fun surprise. It got the attention of a few other neighbors who are now looking to set up an appointment. Setting up an appointment is easy. Online or by phone. You'll get reminders once the appointment is made by their automated system. Paying is as simple as providing a credit card or cash.

I cannot believe what an incredible job they did on cleaning our roof and gutters! We are underneath many large trees and the roof was full of pine needles and small branches. The gutters were jammed with a few years of needles, branches and pinecones. Salmon Bay came out and literally made our roof and gutters shine like new! There was a lot of debris that they disposed of. The most amazing part was that they FULLY cleaned up the entire area on the ground and hosed the house off as well. When they left there was not one extra pine needle to see! As well, on the invoice they provided before and after photos. I will DEFINITELY hire them for any need that they provide. Excellent company. Thanks Alan!

I have a metal roof and gutters with gutter guards. They company that used to do an excellent job on my roof (I'll call them "JB") is a janitorial firm that appears to no longer do roofs. I called AA based on reviews and explained that my roof was quite dirty with pollen and was clear with them it was metal. They said they would come and blow the roof off and see what else could be done. They did NOT come right out and say they could not clean up pollen. They quoted me a price lower than the previous company had been charging, so I scheduled the work about three weeks out. The tech came out late in the afternoon, spent a LOT of time looking around and talking to the office and then told me that they could only blow debris off. To do a wash would take two people a full day and cost around $2,000. Sorry, that's NOT going to happen! I said go ahead and blow the roof off, there was plenty of Douglas fir cones and other debris that needed to come off anyway. The work was fine for what it was, though there's still a mess of pollen up there. I would have preferred that they just say "we don't clean metal roofs because you won't be happy with the results."

We had another company do our windows a couple of years ago and though they were ok, it was the usual method. Also they pulled a screen out of it's frame. In addition to the usual on the inside of the windows, they use a special super filtered water to rinse the exterior of the windows. We felt the windows stayed cleaner longer as there was absolutely no residue left. My very picky wife said the windows look beautiful. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

They lived up to their promise of quality and far exceeded our expectations. I looked at the details of their website a few days after they washed our windows. The website is well-designed, full of examples, and enthusiastic. The description of their high quality is not an exaggeration. Don't need window washing?
