Best pizza I have ever had in my life it was so good I wanted to come back time and time again

I ordered a margarita pizza and a white sauce with spinach slice. They were warmed up quick. I went to pay and did Apple Pay. And afterwards the cashier told me that amount charged wasn't for me. I was confused because why was it on the touch screen. He gave me back the difference in cash. The pizza was good. I really liked the crunch on the spinach pizza. And I think the margarita was perfectly seasoned. The ambiance was alright. They were playing the World Cup, which was cool. read more

Came here for lunch on a Sunday and was not too busy. Ordered 4 different slices to try. The best was the fresh mozzarella which had good flavor. The spinach one was bland--would not recommend. Tried their square slices. The Upside Down and Grandma, both were both really good. The upside down was the star; crispy dough, flavorful sauce, fresh cheese. Friendly ambience, and ample seating to eat in. Okay slice. When in NYC, the saying is to always get pizza, and this was a reasonably cheap place to get it. I was their first customer of the day, so a little bit of a wait. They had some music playing. I got to try their vodka pizza, regular slice. They also have square slices on the menu, but they said the wait for that would be longer. The regular slice comes in a nice portion. It is honestly quite greasy. The sauce is quite sweet (maybe just for the vodka pie, but I'm not sure). Crust is decent, cheese is okay as well but nothing stands out. It is just fairly ordinary, and I did expect more from a reasonably popular NYC pizza place. read more

The Buffalo Chicken, Mushroom pizza and barbeque were solid flavorful options , but the Margherita stole the show. The sauce on the Margherita was the highlight--rich, perfectly seasoned, and generously spread. Unlike the typical cheese-heavy pizzas, this one embraced authentic Italian simplicity: fresh mozzarella, applied sparingly, allowing the sauce to shine. Topped with vibrant, fresh basil, every bite felt balanced and fresh. The crust had that perfect New York-style balance: thin, crisp along the edges, yet chewy enough in the center to hold up under the toppings. It had just the right char from the oven, adding a subtle smoky flavor to each bite. What also stood out to me was the overall quality of the ingredients. The mozzarella was fresh , the toppings complemented the rich sauce. You won't find any greasy, processed flavors here. Prices were reasonable for Manhattan, especially given the quality of the food. A slice costs around $4, which is competitive, if not slightly cheaper than other places nearby. You're definitely getting your money's worth here without the typical tourist trap mark-up. Maybe I caught them at a bad moment, but with all the positive reviews, Quality Pizza let me down during my visit. Quality Pizza looks like your standard slice shop in the city. When you first walk in there are a few long tables with plenty of seating and a large TV on the wall, which during my visit was struggling to play a Premier League match. You make your way to the back were the latest slice offerings are held. They had a good array slices available. More than enough to get your pizza fix. A ordered one cheese and one pepperoni and took a seat in the nearly empty restaurant. After what felt like too long, they brought the pizza too me and I dug in. Boy, I wish i hadn't. They must have left the pizzas in the oven too long because it was burnt, not quite charcoal but more than enough to make eating an unpleasant experience. I got the pepperoni down ok, but the cheese was damn near inedible. Unfortunately, I had a flight to catch and didn't have time to demand restitution. This may have been a one-time fluke, most of the reviews are pretty positive. However, I won't be back. I had never heard of "Quality Pizza"...it's not on any TV shows, Youtube Videos, or Tik Toks(which I rarely use), but their pizza was one of the best out of the 9 pizzerias I tried. Ambiance is simple but clean, eat your slices and leave. $5.50 Spicy Pepperoni Square Slice...this is a nouveaux New York pizza slice with a thicker crispy crust but the inner dough is still soft and chewy, and its covered in pepperoni, great sauce, and cheese. So good! $4.50 Fresh Mozzarella Pizza Slice..pure NY style with that delicious, thin crispy crust, fresh basil and perfect amount of cheese. Simple and delicious! I was out walking in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat. Luckily, I found this restaurant for a slice of pizza. Granted the restaurant has limited seating, I noticed a lot of carry out orders. Out of the 12 pizza options, I selected the Pepperoni slice and a can soda. The prices are reasonable. The staff just had to heat the slice. Within couple of minutes, I was had my slice. I was able to grab one of the tables. There were plenty of various toppings. The pizza was the right size with great seasonings and a crunchy crust. I could tell the pizzeria is newly opened. The restaurant is bright with large windows facing the street. Newly opened 3 weeks ago. Opens late until 12am and Fri-Sat 2am. Great place to grab a pizza, especially past 10pm in the area. The staff is friendly. They have a few tables to eat on. A plain slice is about $4. They have a menu with other items on it, including chicken wings and chicken rolls, as well as dessert such as cheesecake and tiramisu.
