Needed a new car key FOB programmed and duplicates of house and mailbox keys made. Called Quality Key Service and the locksmith answered the phone, arranged to meet me locally in Boerne, arrived on time and got everything completed for me. He tested my old FOB's removable metal key (the one that is hidden inside for backup access to your car if the battery on the FOB goes dead), and it wasn't even the correct one for my car (the locksmith said it was likely the wholesaler just used a FOB from some other car and programmed it to mine before selling the car at auction), so he cut me a new one for my old FOB right on the spot. Great customer service by a guy with 25+ years experience!! Highly recommend. (NOTE: when the keys for the house and mail box didn't come out to 100% to his satisfaction, he didn't charge me for them. He was pretty sure they would work... and in fact they did! Integrity, efficiency, friendly and a professional. Call this guy first and save yourself from getting scammed by other mobile locksmiths.) I had to get one car fob programmed and another car fob replacement/programming. He asked when providing a quote a picture. He was quick and responsive giving me clear expectations and comfort on what I was about to have done. It also made it really nice that he was mobile and came to my home. Dave is a knowledgeable, licensed, professional, honest and fair provider. He quoted me a price when I called, unlike some of the scammers I talked to who advertise $15 service calls, but won't quote a final price "until the look at the job", then try to gouge when they are on site. Dave provided two "chipped" auto keys for just a bit more than Walmart wanted for 1- which ended up not working. He also reprogrammed my two remote fobs.
