Pros; Spacious room Fridge & micro in room Bed comfy as hell Pool and spa Business center with printing Cons; Janky rooms. Needs upgrade bad. Window AC for real? Customer service - latina gal who works front desk is rude AF. Couldn't tell me where my room was but had plenty of time to play on her phone? Real snotty attitude on check out.

Stayed here for 3 days and wasn't that satisfied. The room was dirty and had stained rugs and bed sheets. Was in a rush for a tournament game and the card reader for my door was broken so couldn't get into room. But in the end it was a Good place for a cheap hotel just old and needs remodeled

Very basic room. We didn't need anything fancy since we were only there to sleep and shower. We didn't even have time to take advantage of their free breakfast because we always left too early in the mornings. Plenty of parking and front desk lady was friendly. I def recommend staying here if you plan to drive to the Grand Canyon North Rim or Antelope Canyon. This is located right in the middle and is only a 2.5 hour drive or so. It's also about 2-3 hours from Vegas if you fly in like we did.

    Fridge and microwave.

It's all tiny lighting and I was so frustrated in the evening not being able to see anything in my suitcases. There's a suitcase rack by window over AC unit but it's dark and no lighting in that area. Entire room needs new LED fixtures and bulbs that provide enough light. It's a dark cave every evening. I reserved ahead with points. As a titanium member I would have expected my room to be ready when I arrived and it was not. I had to be given a different room than was blocked out for me. I had 2 nights blocked out same room, 2 reservations as they were paid differently. I should have been upgraded to a double king instead of queen , 4th floor golf course view. We had 2 queens. The room size is good. It's cramped and be careful of the trundle bed pulled out as with limited space it's hard to get around bed hard sharp corner without banging your leg on it. We liked the hotel. Breakfast is dismal. We did not eat there after looking the food.

So...I decided to go with my old faithful La Quinta...and let me tell you...this place is good! Lots of spaces in the lobby to hang out. It has a pool and a well stocked little snack store. The staff is nice. They have a breakfast and you know it looked typical. Breakfast ends at 10 but it was nearly check out time (11am) and the food was still out at around 10:30. I asked if I was able to eat since it was still set up and the staff was cleaning up. Everything looked so fresh. I have to say this was the BEST breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. I mean, if I had gone to a breakfast restaurant that was sit down and I was served this plate. I would've happily paid for it. The potatoes were nice and spicy but not hot, the eggs were seasoned. The muffin wasn't dried out at all. There was also sausage bacon, a waffle station, bagels, biscuits, bread to toast, selection of juices and coffees. There was cereal. It was just really good. My room was clean and smelled good. I was having a really bad vacation my car broke down in the middle of nowhere. Anyway my situation requires me to stay another night overnight in St. George next week so I will absolutely be staying here...it was the breakfast that really sealed the deal. I was going to give this a five anyway even without the breakfast included, but that put it over the top. When I got to the front desk, the lady who was working, asked me if I had any special requests and I said yes I would like a room that doesn't have anyone next-door to it and close to an elevator and she was so accommodating and she found me the perfect room. I was checked in around 9pm.

Located on St. George Blvd, a main drag, it is a modest two story building, with a small but functional parking lot, though a little challenging to get into from the freeway (probably best to make a U-turn once you pass it). Nothing fancy on the outside, but attractive. The woman in the office was nice enough and we were checked in quickly. Happily, we're had an upstairs room over the office and set back from the street. No elevator but the staircase was easy to negotiate. Our room was nice and clean. We had two queens, which we like when traveling. The bathroom and shower were small but the water was hot and the pressure was good. The bathroom fan worked well. The beds were not super comfortable, but good for one night. The AC was great. There is a healthy place to eat right across the street and other eateries within walking distance. Apparently there is a pool but we didn't use it. We will stay here again when passing through.

There are restaurants in every direction and easy to get to. You definitely have to drive...the road isn't really walkable and especially in the dead of summer. There is ample parking all the way around the building and multiple exit doors and elevators at each end. This BW has clearly been renovated. The lobby was impeccably decorated and had an open coffee/tea bar and ice cold water with fruit added. There is also a well stocked market right near the front desk. When we checked in we got the floor I requested and the front desk person told us all about the amenities including a daily free happy hour in the building across from the lobby. We made our way to our room and got settled in. The room felt and smelled clean. The room was just what I wanted with two queen beds and an AC unit that worked to perfection. I love when there are multiple lamps around with different brightness settings including on the nightstand. The room was also equipped with a wet bar with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom was stocked with loads of towels which is always preferred. We did check out the happy hour which was pretty good and yes included cocktails. If you stay don't skip it!
