Air conditioner

Honestly not impressed with this place at all. Didn't look like any of the pictures I had seen. My boyfriend told me (after I got here) that this is the place he had stayed at before and saw roaches everywhere so I got a little grossed out by it all. I went to the nearest Walmart and bought a bug spray for the bed and a bonnet so my hair isn't touching their sheets and I bought another blanket to sleep on. I personally didn't see any bugs IN the room but our room seemed to be the only one that had the air conditioner like this. (I think) The screen looked like it was about to break, it easily could have happened if somebody pushed on it to get in. The bathtub was a nightmare, at first the water wasn't even working then I tried again later and the water wouldn't turn off. I didn't end up showering because of it all. The breakfast isn't good at all either. I wouldn't recommend this place, you definitely could get a nicer hotel for the price they have you paying ! On the plus side, our key stopped working so we went to the front desk and the lady was very sweet and fast with what we needed!

Pros; Spacious room Fridge & micro in room Bed comfy as hell Pool and spa Business center with printing Cons; Janky rooms. Needs upgrade bad. Window AC for real? Customer service - latina gal who works front desk is rude AF. Couldn't tell me where my room was but had plenty of time to play on her phone? Real snotty attitude on check out.

Very basic room. We didn't need anything fancy since we were only there to sleep and shower. We didn't even have time to take advantage of their free breakfast because we always left too early in the mornings. Plenty of parking and front desk lady was friendly. I def recommend staying here if you plan to drive to the Grand Canyon North Rim or Antelope Canyon. This is located right in the middle and is only a 2.5 hour drive or so. It's also about 2-3 hours from Vegas if you fly in like we did.

Fridge and microwave.

Great price for a great room! I would recommend, especially after a long day at zion national park. Beats the other hotels without a doubt!

It's all tiny lighting and I was so frustrated in the evening not being able to see anything in my suitcases. There's a suitcase rack by window over AC unit but it's dark and no lighting in that area. Entire room needs new LED fixtures and bulbs that provide enough light. It's a dark cave every evening. I reserved ahead with points. As a titanium member I would have expected my room to be ready when I arrived and it was not. I had to be given a different room than was blocked out for me. I had 2 nights blocked out same room, 2 reservations as they were paid differently. I should have been upgraded to a double king instead of queen , 4th floor golf course view. We had 2 queens. The room size is good. It's cramped and be careful of the trundle bed pulled out as with limited space it's hard to get around bed hard sharp corner without banging your leg on it. We liked the hotel. Breakfast is dismal. We did not eat there after looking the food.

Staff was super nice and no complaints about the rooms. Walmart and lots of restaurants 3 minutes away and the highway exit only 2 minutes. Really quiet in a non congested location. Awful management. My family came from out of town to celebrate the birthday of the family baby, who…read moreis a student at Utah Tech. We were there for one night with a total of three rooms booked. The manager lives on property, and yelled from their porch at one of our members of the group (about 6 people) for going into another room to see the layout. We were told that the only option would be to gather in the smoking area on the back corner of the property, gathering was not allowed in rooms or parking lot, no matter length of time or number of people. The morning of, the manager came into another room accusing them of smoking marijuana and began searching through the room. It was later found that it was another room and cops were called (by the manager). When cops showed up, the manager began yelling at the cops in parking lot which could be heard through the property. According to the officers, this is a regular occurrence. In the time we were there, we heard the manager yelling at guests, staff/housekeeping, and police officers. The attached screenshot was received when the room was booked, and is obviously inaccurate. Part of our group has stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions due to the cleanliness and close proximity to the school, however after this visit we will be looking into other options.

Located on St. George Blvd, a main drag, it is a modest two story building, with a small but functional parking lot, though a little challenging to get into from the freeway (probably best to make a U-turn once you pass it). Nothing fancy on the outside, but attractive. The woman in the office was nice enough and we were checked in quickly. Happily, we're had an upstairs room over the office and set back from the street. No elevator but the staircase was easy to negotiate. Our room was nice and clean. We had two queens, which we like when traveling. The bathroom and shower were small but the water was hot and the pressure was good. The bathroom fan worked well. The beds were not super comfortable, but good for one night. The AC was great. There is a healthy place to eat right across the street and other eateries within walking distance. Apparently there is a pool but we didn't use it. We will stay here again when passing through.

There are restaurants in every direction and easy to get to. You definitely have to drive...the road isn't really walkable and especially in the dead of summer. There is ample parking all the way around the building and multiple exit doors and elevators at each end. This BW has clearly been renovated. The lobby was impeccably decorated and had an open coffee/tea bar and ice cold water with fruit added. There is also a well stocked market right near the front desk. When we checked in we got the floor I requested and the front desk person told us all about the amenities including a daily free happy hour in the building across from the lobby. We made our way to our room and got settled in. The room felt and smelled clean. The room was just what I wanted with two queen beds and an AC unit that worked to perfection. I love when there are multiple lamps around with different brightness settings including on the nightstand. The room was also equipped with a wet bar with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Bathroom was stocked with loads of towels which is always preferred. We did check out the happy hour which was pretty good and yes included cocktails. If you stay don't skip it! The beds were super comfortable and I slept like a dog on a log. We got up early and departed. Our one night stay was just what we needed! Thank you, BW Abbey Inn!
