We stayed at the Quality Inn while driving from New York to Georgia. It was a big mistake. We chose this motel because it was right off of i95 and the total price was only $74. Let me tell you right now this hotel isn't worth $74 a night, it is worth more like $29 a night. As soon as we entered the room there was a damp and cigarette smell. We specifically asked for a non-smoking room however apparently guests don't listen to that rule. It was very hot so we turned on the air conditioner on high cool but it did nothing to cool the room down. The white bed sheets had stains on them, there were used Q-tips, used napkins and beer caps on the floor. It was utterly disgusting to say the least. We complained to the front desk and they were uninterested and unhelpful. They lied about how the room was cleaned before we arrived. Please spend a few more dollars and drive a little further for a much better hotel/motel. There was no quality at this inn. We did not make it through the night. Run away!

Peaceful on an August Friday evening

Room was clean and friendly staff. Fridge, with WiFi included and a pool. For 64$ a night it's great

Room had dead spiders and rolly-pollys in the corners, so clearly it wasn't cleaned properly. Sheets were stained and torn. Lamp shades were even crooked. Breakfast, was pretty much waffles or grits. Nothing compared to other places. I would not recommend this place!!

First when we arrived, we were given a room that was left open. The beds looked slept in and the room was hot. I ran back down stairs a bit shaken because that made me nervous that someone was in there that shouldn't have been. I then was given a few different stories like "oh maybe they forgot to clean or check it", "they were replacing a bed"...etc. Once we got into our new room it had two beds. I booked a king bed but at this point the baby was exhausted and just needed her pack and play set up and to be put to bed. The floors and bathroom were not clean at all. The walls had many dents and paint chips, but those can be fixed easily and weren't an issue. The best I could do was wipe everything down with baby wipes, dry them with the towels provided and hope for the best. The AC took about 2 hours to cool down the room as the fan settings didn't work very well, but once it cooled off we were good. Once it got dark is when the main problem started. Roaches came from all directions. My husband and I took turns staying up so our daughter could sleep in bed with us because one climbed up the leg of her pack and play. When checking out this morning I was asked how my stay was. I said fine and left because I was too exhausted to talk about what happened in a lobby full of people. We simply will not be returning.

My husband was trying to be as friendly and nice as possible, but that didn't seem to positively affect her negative attitude towards us. And they had some kind of weird policy that only one person could be inside the small check-in area at one time, so our 11-year-old son and I had to wait outside in the chilly air, even though the 3 of us were together and fit inside just fine. When we got into our room, our son had to use the bathroom and when he came out and tried to wash his hands in the sink, we noticed the sink was missing its drain plug knob. There was nothing to push down to unplug the sink, so the water wouldn't even drain out & began to fill up the sink. I decided to call and let her know about the issue and found out she was already aware of it, even though she gave us no warning about the issue as we were checking in. Then of course it was late & so she couldn't do anything about it because nobody was available, but she didn't even apologize and said the office was closed and actually hung up on me. If this rudeness is the way they want to run the business, then so be it, but I think it's only fair that I warn others who are considering a stay here.
