Companies like this and others don't care about the customer; they care about how much money they make at the end of the month, and if a customer is denied a piece of toast, they don't care. There are people who can't or don't want to eat an full American breakfast. Do you understand? But no, they don't care, and on top of that, they let themselves be pushed around--or not--by a restaurant that's just a drop in the bucket compared to the Hilton's market share. I called the hotel and talked to a manager and she refunded my 7 extra nights but was not able to explain why the extra charges occurred. I didn't think much of it and was just happy my card got refunded. 2 weeks later I had $844 charged to my credit card and called again to inquire about it. The front desk person couldn't look into it but said the manager Gina would look into it for me and return my call. She never returned my calls. I called back 2 days later and the same front desk person answered and remembered me and said Gina would be in at 3pm and also gave me her email address. I asked the front desk person to have Gina call me back when she came to work for the day. I also composed an email to her detailing my issues with my confirmation number and asking her for a call back. My email and calls were never returned. I called back 2 days later and a different guy said he could look into it and said he saw a lot of strange charges but didn't understand them. He said he would get with his manager and call me back later that night. He never called back. I called back again and he said it would have to wait for Gina to call me back. I asked for a copy of the charges to emailed to me and he said he would. He never did. I called today to talk to the GM Brad, the front desk person said he was in but not in his office and offered to send me to his voicemail. I was then transferred to his voicemail and it was full and not able to accept new voicemails. I tried calling the front desk back, but the phone rang for 2 minutes and then hung up on me, I tried again and the same thing happened. I waited 10 minutes and tried calling again, but it still rang for 2 minutes and then hung up on me. At this time the issue is still unresolved.

My husband handles commercial kitchens and ServSafe in the West Central region of MN and will be contacting his connection at the local health department. There also was mold on the shower curtain. The only vent in the bathroom pushes air into the shower, so do not have the AC on when you want to shower. I have pictures to support my claims. When we asked the front desk for different pans his response at 11pm was that housekeeping would bring us pans in the morning. We also did not have forks or spoons. The front desk just kept repeating that housekeeping would bring forks and spoons in the morning. So they frauded us and we couldn't use the kitchen in our room the night of our stay. And there were no clean pans, spoons or forks from housekeeping the next morning. Why would you pay extra for room with a kitchen when you don't have any utensils or pans to use in the kitchen? The microwave had no lights. I guess we were lucky that the Refrigerator worked, even though it also had mold in the drawer. 0/10 would not recommend and am reporting the fraudulent unauthorized charge on our card.
