Hotel only provided a $10 refund to M/C, and Hotels.com issued a $90CDN future purchase credit after ~2hrs of arguing with CSRs and Supervisors. Quality Inn, I now see this location as supplying less than quality services and mgmt! Hotels.com, needs to up its standards, too. read more
