First they told me the room that I was given was un upgradable…read more When I got that room the bolt lock was broken came back down told them this and they upgraded my room when I got upstairs I found that the second lock was broken inform them and they did nothing for the rest of my stay. I have many photographs. The toilet paper rolls weren't working, the desk chair was ripped and looked like it had been pulled out of the trash. My room was not cleaned one day. The shower malfunctioned and basically flooded the bathroom and hallway to the bathroom. There was a hockey team staying on my floor, the kids tried to open my door twice and knocked on it several times I called the front desk to no avail this was at 10:30 at night. They told me the parents were now coming up from The hot tub. When the parents finally arrived they simply dragged chairs out of their rooms into the hallway and continue to talk and party until 12:30 in the morning in the hall until I called again this time they were threatened with the police and finally went into their rooms. I slept five hours that night. I would never recommend this hotel. This was my second stay and second unhappy stay. They offered me a $50 credit.On a six night stay. The people seem nice enough but they are over their heads in trying to keep this hotel running at its peak. I would have left but EVERY HOTEL in orleans was booked. I had no where else to go... When we got there around 12:30, there were a few ppl gambling on slot machines. - After reading a few sketchy reviews on booking.com and not being able to verify the final cost/if they will be open after midnight to accept us I gave them a call at: (819) 281-4515 (they were able to accommodate) - After checkout, they were really confused about us paying (which I did in cash). After finding the receipt, I had to triple check that my Credit Card which was used for damage deposit does not get charged. [Will update this review if I do get charged]

We didn't want to spend lots of $ in Ottawa just like other cities we stopped by. Unfortunately hotel prices were ridiculously high in downtown area. We decided to find a hotel out of town. When i searched for hotels, this one was reasonable and it had ok photos, which showed the place like a cute little boutique hotel. We called for reservation, and spoke to a french lady, who was pretty annoyed to answer our questions. We still booked. Once we get there, it was even bigger disappointment. There were people in the lobby got suprised that we spoke english. Front desk agent was as unfriendly as she was on the phone. We paid before we saw the rooms and it was one of the biggest disappointments of my life once we walked into the room. It totally felt like some cute little animals had their arms open to hug us inside. We took a quick shower (without touching anywhere) and left the place. I hope they get their service better.

When you got up from them the usual noise of springs coming back up wasn't there because it was soooo stiff. The provided soaps were little packets and the contents were so small they were not even suitable for an infant let alone an adult. Luckily there is a dollarrama across the street so we bought our own. The only staff that spoke english was the front desk. The towels are so tiny that the only person that could use them was the three year old. When we asked for more we were told "no anglais" They charged $5 per person for a continental breakfast but fear not there is a McDonalds down the road. And finally we booked online and were quoted $69 per night and $169 total after tax for the two nights. When we arrived we were charged $84 per night plus taxes.
