Disgusting The entire building stinks There are syringes all over that property both inside and out The staff is stoned as hell Washing machine did not work juice machine did not work Found a syringe in my room that my cat was playing with Decided I would look and found another one underneath the nightstand I overheard more than one employee talking about their "court cases" If you value your money or your sanity, you will not stay here. It's in the top three worst places I have stayed in my life Absolutely filthy and unsafe!!

The "pool" on a 100 degree day!

Apparently you are required to give them a $100 CASH DEPOSIT if you live less than 50 miles away!!! There is NO MENTION of this on their website or on the Priceline website. The place is run down! It's 100 degrees and the pool is out of commission! The staff refuses to take a CREDIT or DEBIT card for incidentals like everyone else!

Hard worker in the nice lobby

This hotel was by far the most pleasant experience I've had in Grants Pass. I couldn't believe the rates were so low and the quality of the place so far exceeded my highest expectations. The workers were very nice and friendly. The quality of customer were excellent. The rooms were nice clean and modern. The breakfast was included and it was top par waffles eggs cereal etc!! Very much worth the visit!!. Jacob helped us out come see him there!!

Who thought this was a good idea?

Short and simple the Grants Pass Quality Inn is rundown and gross. A true get what you paid for situation. I now understand why it was the cheapest option. The first impression was when I opened the door to the lobby and a empty beer can rolled out. The carpet over the concrete outside of the front door is ripped. But the lobby was clean and the guy at the counter nice so I proceeded to check in. I'm a night shift nurse from out of town so I'm really just looking for a good bed to sleep on and a shower to clean up in between shifts. I get to my room and there was an overwhelming strong perfume type smell. The scent was so strong it made my eyes water. There was like a plug in air freshener in the room set to high. I unplugged it and figured I'd be ok after the room aired out. Then as I'm setting my bag down at the desk, I notice a random maybe 8inch painting of a cow hanging low on the wall to the right of the desk, no other decorations on the wall. Look being the picture and it is covering a hole in the wall. The bed looks like something from the 80s and well the mattress was about as comfortable as a bed from the 80s. Against my better judgment and because I am worked 13 hours and was too tired to go elsewhere I decided to sleep here anyway. When I wake up my lungs hurt and I have a headache. I go to take a shower and the shower curtain is barely holding on onto the wall. The bar had been screwed into plastic outlet plates that were screwed into the wall to cover bigger holes. Then there was black colored mold along the ceiling of the shower. Well that was it for me, I paid for two nights, but no way I'm staying here another night. I'll sleep in my car, Then as I'm packing up to leave a huge looking wolf spider walked across the floor. I walk out and get hit with a sting smell of weed. I go downstairs and tell the front desk person that I'm checking out because the room is terrible, he takes my key and doesn't even ask what is wrong with the room. I won't be back, and I warn anyone else to not stay here.

Mold on tub or it looks like it is. The room smelled moldy.

If you see this place run the other way. I booked on hotel tonight and didn't think to check the reviews since we had broken down all day. I was just trying to find a place to spend the night and rest. Got here and they wouldn't honor the amount of guest I had on my app for when I got room. I was told that only two guest. They wouldn't change my reservation to add another guest. They asked me to cancel, which was not allowed on app. They asked to get another room instead of making the change. To speed up the process I just asked for the room. Went up to the room to walk my kids and check the place, it was horrible asked for another room for them. New person at reception was rude. I asked if they could male an exception for me to stay in the room (prior wouldn't budge) said no and was told that if she would catch me sneaking into the hotel room where my boys were that in her words "we were going to have problems". I understand policies but understand exceptions could be made. Slept in the car so my kids could rest for the night. Was not about to pay for another raggedy room. My kids are 16 and 22.

    Bathroom alone is scary.

The room needs new carpeting as does whole facility. Windows not secure. Bathroom is so old it has a "heat lamp" , no fan and no window, which should be against code.

The ironic & criminal "Quality" inn. FRAUDULENT AND GREEDY HOTEL CHAIN. Update 6/27: I will NEVER stay with a Quality Inn again. I wish I could give zero stars. The staff weren't welcoming or friendly. No one introduced themselves or made me feel comfortable. Our room at Quality inn was gross. The "pool" outside is unusable due to debris and sludge, it's more green then blue. And I was only given a half baked apology and $75 off the room for the fecal matter. When they came to clean it up they didn't get all of it and I had to pick it up myself off the floor. Completely disgusting. Come to find out, they charged my credit card an extra $50 today. Don't know why. I will be reporting this. I wish I had slept in my car.

    Worn out

This property is beat up. They advertise breakfast and a pool none of which were provided because of Covid-19 according to the front desk clerk. $80 for a worn out room on a Monday night during a pandemic is just wrong! I wouldn't stay here again if the room were offered free!

Then The Logic Riverside might be exactly what you're looking for. Do you enjoy driving 15 hours straight to end up at a moldy smelling, blood stained sheets, motel 6 vibe hotel? The photos online promised fresh, modern, and welcoming. The reality? Dingy, musty, and crusty. The second we opened the door, we were hit with a mold smell so strong it could've had its own zip code. The carpet was dirty and lumpy, the ceiling sagged like it was giving up, and the patio hadn't been touched in ages--covered in spiderwebs and so slippery (not safe for disabled, elderly, pregnant women, kids, or anyone). Housekeeping? Could be better. Toilet paper roll half-used, dust everywhere, pubes in the tub (yes, really), mold around the shower and stained comforters that looked like a black-mold art project. Nothing says "welcome" like wondering if your sheets are contagious. And the surroundings... let's just say there's a full-on homeless camp right next door. The vibe outside makes you want to lock your car doors every ten seconds, and definitely doesn't scream "safe family getaway." We told the front desk, and while they were nice, offered for us to talk to management. The solutions were laughable: switch to another musty room or take a "discount next time." Next time?! As if anyone is lining up for round two. The only halfway-decent part of the place is the lobby, which lures you in before the bait-and-switch. For the price they charge, this is absolutely not worth it. If you're spending good money and actually care about clean, safe, decent accommodations--skip this place. Unless, of course, you're into mold, mystery stains, and locking your doors on repeat. *EDIT: Response to Evelyn To clarify, I did speak directly with the manager and the only solution offered was a "discount on a future visit." Given the condition of the room and the health/safety concerns I experienced, I did not feel that was an appropriate resolution. The photos I provided were taken in the room I was assigned, and accurately reflect the conditions.

Unlike some of the other reviews, and the pictures that show it, they have upgraded the rooms with flat screen TV and remodeled bathroom (even though there's no countertop, there is a set of shelves that work just as good). My room and bathroom were spotless from what I could see. A very nice place to stay for a few days, if necessary. The Wi-Fi, is free and works well. And, if I remember correctly, it is secured (sorry, but I went about 32 hours without sleep. So, I don't recall exactly, as I didn't use it long). The only problem that I was able to find, is that they don't start serving breakfast until 0800. So early eaters will probably have to go out for breakfast (see my review for the Powderhorn Cafe). And, with the wine classes at they have available, it might make a nice anniversary getaway, too. I'll post pictures later, as I have to transfer them from my laptop to this phone first.

It's a very quaint old school motel oozing character. Margaret, the current owner, told me that the motel was built in the 30s and then the other half was added in the 50s to create the motel's current horseshoe shape. The motel has been updated many times over the years and mixes vintage with modern very easily. There are only 15 rooms, but each one is unique, with some having full kitchens and bedrooms. There are painted murals of vines and such on the walls, and the rooms come with bathroom, shower, kitchen (with eating utensils and plates) fridge, microwave and even a dining table. The bed was comfortable if not a bit too squishy. It's all done in the style of the old motels where you parked in front of your room. Jackie, the check in lady, was helpful and kind and made checking in a breeze. It's located on one of the main streets in Grants Pass and is within walking distance of a bunch of helpful stores and restaurants. With all this charm and very affordable pricing, this is my new go-to motel in the Grants Pass area.

I saw some very positive reviews for The Weasku Inn on the Rogue River, so I booked it. I am SO glad I did! The lodge is nostalgic of days gone by, built in 1924-- so quaint and lovely. On arrival, a warm staff met us and we checked in to a picturesque cabin facing the river. Perfect! King sized SUPER comfy bed stacked high with lovely quilts. The cabin featured a lovely mountain-style, working rock fireplace with a comfy couch facing the fireplace, looking out onto the trees with the river beyond. The cabin had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The Weasku offers "appetizers" in the evening--which really is more like a meal. If you are still hungry after the appetizer hours, which we were not, restaurants for dinner are just a quick 5 minute drive away. There is a bar available to purchase wines, beer and ciders, if you wish, available all day long with complementary coffees and teas, as well. And the FULL breakfast is SO well done; not like those plastic, poorly done "breakfasts" served at many places--THIS is a proper, complete breakfast meal. There is a fire pit for evenings and complementary "s'more"kits are available for toasting on the fire. The Weasku staff were so warm and friendly and all seemed to be pleased to see us! We will most certainly return to this lovely spot. If what you want is a respite from the crazy, a quiet cozy place to relax and comfortable accommodations, you will love The Weasku.
