In lots of Hilton branded hotels every year. Our experience here was 5 stars - king room with sofa bed for the little one. Clean, well stocked and our ground floor end unit was quiet. $110 makes it a bargain for the quality, food and amenities- Grants Pass is a good stop as junction to the redwoods or continue on I-5. Right off the exit with gas station and In n out burger next door. Very walkable. Our staff was nice and friendly. Am glad they would kick out noisy people if needed as takes a lot to have people kicked out - and noise everyone hates ! We've all been there - nice to know (if true) they'd kick out noisy folks. Don't need a rule to tell you to be quiet and respectful to fellow travelers in a hotel. Great breakfast and out the door refreshed from a good nights sleep on quality mattress. We had a really nice stay here despite the fact we experienced a tsunami warning. The room was nice with a perfect view of the ocean with an enclosed balcony. The pool and spa were really nice as well as the complementary breakfast! We stayed here three nights and four days. The front desk lady was very nice and professional when we had concerns about the incoming tsunami and assisted us with local links to receive tsunami updates. She assured us in the event that we needed to evacuate we would be advised way in advance. That was a total relief. We will be staying here again as it was truly a nice place to relax and enjoy the sunsets and ocean views. read more

The wonderful woman who handles the breakfast and kitchen during the week, is a attentive, hard-working lady who made the whole stay five stars!! The breakfast is not a bagel, and some oatmeal. This buffet has everything ; eggs, meat, waffles, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, scones, muffins, juice, coffee, milk, potatoes, MY GOODNESS!!!! You wont regret it. The pool is amazing, the firepit is beautiful, and the gym stays open late. It has state of the art equipment including a few stair steppers, treadmills, weight set, stationary bikes, and free earphones in case you forget yours at home. The rooms are great, breakfast was perfect but what really makes this place one of the best is the people that work at this place. I can't believe how nice everyone was. She refused to honor the price off of expedia and tried to charge me an additional $105 for a single night stating various fees needed to be added on. Very new property! It was great price and good location for overnight stay on route to SF from Seattle. Front desk is friendly, coffee and tea complimentary, small snacks available for purchase. Overall we were very satisfied. Pressurized toilet in our room and big bathroom with shower was amazing! For people who eat only healthy note that there is no healthy options for dinner in that area. We made our reservations online a month or so prior to traveling and while we have never stayed at this property we knew it was built in the past few years and has easy freeway access. We've been trying to stay at Hilton properties exclusively for the last couple of years. We arrived on December 23rd about 5pm and for the first time ever we utilized the check in process via their app. It was nice to get our room number assigned via the app and when we walked in we were able to go straight to the elevators and head up to the fourth floor. The keyless access through the app worked well and we utilized it later to access the ice machine behind locked doors. The facility also has a pool and exercise area but those areas were not accessible due to covid. It appeared the entire property was very clean and well maintained. Our room was quiet, comfortable and clean and was just what we needed. One thing to note, while we love a great flushing toilet that gets rid of everything, we would suggest anything important a safe distance when flushing. We slept very well and would definitely stay here again when traveling through the area. read more

First off, I don't know what they pay Jessica at the front desk, but they should double it immediately! She is the best...so nice and so helpful. Great job hiring, Hampton Inn! As you would expect, the room was affordable, but also large, clean, and comfortable. As far as amenities go, they have everything you need from extra toothbrushes, shampoo, shaving cream, etc. as well as a guest laundry room AND a free breakfast buffet. The location? It is so nice to stay in a new hotel with everything in the building being so new and fresh! 2 Fast elevators, the HVAC is so quiet and efficient you could barely hear it cycle off and on. The king size bed was perfect for catching a lot of Zs and the bathroom is spotless! The towels and washcloths were so soft and absorbent too. I enjoyed my large, spacious room on the 4th floor. My bonus was a comfortable sofa and ottoman that made television viewing a pleasure. Separate bar with coffee pot, microwave and small refrigerator rounded out a great mini suite! Next visit I will be sure to get an even numbered room as that side of the hotel is away from the I-5 off ramp traffic noise and faces the parking lot and the In N Out burger is a few steps away! read more

It's a decent hotel and the rooms are pretty big. My only issue is they have a sign in the bathroom stating you have to schedule housekeeping with the front desk "for your comfort", which is totally fine and understandable except it's not true. You'll have housekeeping waking you up knocking in the mornings yelling "housekeeping" even when you don't schedule it. I'm only in Grants Pass for work and I work very long hours so i certainly don't appreciate being woken up. I called the first time to complain to the front desk but clearly nothing was done about it. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. My partner and I were being recruited to Grants pass for business and stayed at this facility for two nights. On our final night, unfortunately we were kicked out for because of "noise". I communicated this to our recruiter so hopefully he can avoid using this hotels business in the future. Around 9:45pm, we began to shower, and pack up since we had a 5am flight on Tuesday morning. We received a phone call we were being too loud. The woman on the phone never stated anything about quiet hours, or that if we got a second warning that would get us kicked out of the hotel. We did not have music playing, and were not shouting- Just getting ready for bed and packing up belongings. After I got out of the shower, there was a knock at the door. Two women from the front desk showed up, told us they could "hear us from down the hall". Is there a zero noise policy in this facility I was not made aware of? It seemed like the woman was waiting for me to get out of the shower to knock on the door and scold us. In addition, when the door was answered the woman stated "you have 20 minutes until PD arrives." This is the most outrageous and disappointing customer service experience I've ever had. Why was this necessary? Why hire a person like this to work in hospitality management? The people below us could have changed rooms, or we could have moved rooms? Seems like a better idea than kicking someone out when your hotel walls are paper thin. My partner and I were bullied out of the Hampton Inn at Grants Pass. We had to find another place to stay before our 5am flight. Thanks Holiday Inn Grants Pass! I couldn't make this up if I wanted to. PS: the beds were awful- felt like a rock PPS: another review down here states the walls are paper thin. I didn't have that issue but apparently someone else did. I won't be staying here ever again. I was put into room 208 for two nights which is directly above the mechanical room. The mechanical room has a revving engine that is so loud, and constantly going all night. It doesn't just stay at one volume level either. Additionally, you can hear your neighbors really well. I called and asked the front desk to ask the room next door to be more quiet and the front desk gal basically told me no. I then asked her to have the manager call me tomorrow and she replied with when I could call them. When we arrived our room had random trash on the floor, and there was graffiti on the inside of the bathroom door. The room itself is not kid friendly. They have the microwave and the coffee pot stored down low, and the bathroom door is a barn door that doesn't latch. We also didn't like that the bathroom didn't have a fan. read more

We booked several rooms over the Labor Day weekend, was charged a premium rate for 1 star service. We knew the pool would be closed due to Covid, completely understandable, however when I called to see how breakfast was being handled I was told "you'll fill out a slip of what you would like and it's delivered to you door". Again-I completely understood and thought that was acceptable. But...what we got when we arrived was definitely NOT worth nearly $200 for one night! There were bare foot prints on our toilet seat lid, hair in our sink, theair conditioner banged, buzzed and clanked all night long. It was 105 that day so naturally we had the a/c on. I got sick of listening to the noise so we had to turn the air off, the room was hot, we were crabby and didn't sleep well. No breakfast slips given...I called the front desk numerous times, no answer. I even called from my cell phone and it rang at least 30 times before I hung up. Around 5 I called down to check on breakfast and was told we could come down and grab a sacked lunch style bag...when we got back up to the room my mouth literally hit the floor....every, single bag had an orange that looked like it rolled out of a hobo sack and was kicked down 4 flights of stairs, a bottle of Arrowhead water (literally THE worse bottled water on the planet) and a danish...that's it. The danish had 66 grams of sugar in one serving. I'm diabetic. So I very nicely called back down to the front desk and asked if they had anything diabetic friendly and was told "well, there's an orange and a water in the bag". No joke. For what we paid and the room, service and "breakfast" we got was an absolute joke. I will NEVER stay at a Hampton Inn again, much less this Hampton Inn. I wish we could just have the 2 days worth of wages it took me to pay for that room back. What a goddamn joke. read more

This is a newer property and I was impressed with the room and the staff. The place was clean and spacious. It was conveniently located near the highway and plenty of food options. My only cons would be the ease of access to the hotel and the fact that there was an active construction site right outside of my window that ramped up around 7am. Other than that it's a solid Hampton Inn & Suites. You can't beat sharing the parking lot with an In-n-Out either! read more

Wish I had read all the reviews before booking. While the hotel is nice, rooms clean there are a bank of rooms on the second floor (206) directly above an electrical room which runs all night. Don't know if the rooms on the other side of the hotel are any quieter but based on my stay I would. It recommend. read more

I really like this Hotel the clerk in the morning of Feb. 5th 2022 was very helpful. Most hotels I have experienced have people working the front desk in the morning that are no help whatsoever they can barely get you a receipt. Also it was a nice place and clean. Score! A cheaply made hotel at top prices. Sigh. I give it more than one star because they allow dogs (one night - to 3 nights- is seventy-five smackaroos!) I guarantee you will hear doors slamming again and again and again. As if they were your own. We itched in the (cheap, hard as a rock) bed and prayed we wouldn't get bugs. (I did get a back ache though.) The shower door is loud as hell and the toilet flushing was so loud I yelled from fright (and I was in the other room.). Why, just why? The best part though is our door wasn't hung right (or someone had knocked it off it's hinges once?) and there was a 1/3" gap between the door and the frame. Why? Why not fix it? I had to hang a blanket over the space so our dogs wouldn't bark every time they saw someone walk past. So creepy. For the amount of this room we could've stayed in a great spot in Portland or any other big city. This place is only a couple years old and already it seems like an old worn out piece of vintage garbage that needs to be torn down. One sixty plus the dog fee, holy cow, you guys! We expected a great place. Nope. If you like to be disappointed, you'll love staying here. read more

The mattress was as hard as a rock and the linens weren't up to par. Rough sheets and towels and the only blanket was the bedspread which we usually turn back. The thermostat display was unreadable so you couldn't tell what temp you were programing. Everything was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. But a pretty uncomfortable night of try to sleep. DO NOT STAY HERE! Employees are fraudulent. We stayed here May 7 and 8th visiting family and we're charged for four nights instead of two. I have been calling for two months straight including the last four days in a row this week to get our money refunded. First they say they can't find us in the system, then no problem it should have been refunded. then that we checked back in the third night possibly?? Excuses and lies. and every time that a manager will call us back and is not available to come to the phone so I can hold for hours but no point. Yesterday the lady says she has a PILE of these to do with her manager and call tomorrow before three. Now Kobi says she's been off work, there's nothing she can do but I put us on the list. It's a pandemic, people are out of work and they have had $400 of our money for months. I've tried asking for a GM, corporate, I truly believe the employees here have a scam going on they do on customers and it's a disgrace. We travel from So Cal to Blain WA every month, so the location this hotel is perfect, not to mention In n Out right next door! Clean newer hotel, very clean and accommodating. East to reserve rooms on the Hilton App. Super clean room, we always check for bed bugs and this place is bug free and perfect. We'll stay here for all our travels north. Also, employee Mya has helped us several times and she rocks! Professional, kind and super helpful. In times where road travel requires clean and reasonably priced rooms, this hotel is perfect. And update their information. From this hotel "puts you just steps away" is actually over 2 miles or a 44 minute walk one way to the historic downtown/Rogue River--at opposite ends of this town or about 10K steps. You can hear I5 the interstate highway from the room which I mistook for an active runway at an airport. (3 minute walk, .2 miles) The room has one window which does not open. read more

We stayed here recently and really liked it. We found it to be clean and a nice breakfast selection. We didn't have any noise issues, it sounds like there are rooms to avoid so we must have been fine with the one that we got. They have a nice fitness room. The only reason why not a 5 star is that I don't understand why the hotels can't promote recyling for breakfast items used and outside they have a garage by the door but not recycling. They have a water filling station which is more progressive so they need to take the next step. This is Oregon, not Texas! LOL read more

Great experience at check in. The room was nice because the hotel is brand new. I don't think the price is right..too high for the area. The breakfast set up is really organized and a good selection. I just wish there was a rate for no breakfast or one person breakfast. I am a solo traveler and I pay the same rate as a family of 5 staying in one room all eating a big breakfast.
