This hotel was conveniently located off I 70. It was a good value for the money. We booked through hotel.com. It was cheaper than what the hotel offered. This hotel has been remodeled. The check in was easy. I had booked a king bed room it was on the second floor with no elevator so the guy at check in offered to take up our heavy bag. We ended up taking a room on the first floor. The room was very clean and new. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great water pressure. If I had to improve it would be more lights in the room but overall a great stay. They offer breakfast. read more

Imagine the worst experience, from staff to the room and it's worse. There is no possible reason to need a room bad enough to accept this place. From the rude barely understandable English check in, treating my 21 year old son who was the registered guest like he wasn't 21 even with ID, to acting aggressively suspicious that he was a smoker and was trying to smuggle in a pet (neither of which are true) to the truly unsanitary unacceptable conditions Place doesn't deserve a rating over zero. Better options just a few minutes away. read more

Room was very clean. I was able to get for cheaper rate than in Wentzville. Standard breakfast, but was good and well kept. No issues during our stay. Conveniently located right off I-70. The only thing I didn't care for was it was between two truck stops. Parking lot was decently lit. read more

We weren't planning on staying here but we had to stop for the night on a road trip. For a low cost hotel, this was excellent! Clean, cozy beds and great customer service. Wifi is free as well as complimentary breakfast, which I didn't have time to try, but it smelled good. My only "complaint" is that they didn't have any cribs. But I half expected that. A little overpriced for the experience I had. Didn't like the $25 deposit on my card either. I'm a Choice Diamond member and I feel like that should count. It does in most Choice Hotels. This one didn't care. I can't say it was a bad experience. It just wasn't somewhere I'd go out of my way to stop again,like other properties I've stayed at. A little more love and some more professional service and maybe,if you drop your deposit I'd come back. I stay at Choice about 100 nights a year. First impression was the hallway walking to our first floor room. It smelled. The furniture in the room needed to be dusted on all sides of the furniture not just the top. The TV may of had a clearer picture if it was dusted. Bathroom needed a good cleaning to get the grime off of the TP holder and other things. staff not friendly. Stopped in as we were passing through for a good night's sleep, checked in kinda late and the attendant was very nice and accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean. The pillows were very soft... no firm pillows here. The king sized bed was comfortable. Very quiet on the backside of the building considering it's next door to a truck stop. Was passing through on a road trip and stopped here for some much needed sleep. The prices are very reasonable, the hotel and room was clean, though not necessarily quiet They are a pet friendly hotel--so you hear barking from time to time, at least I did. They offer a simple, free breakfast in the morning and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Served my needs perfectly. read more

Okay called this morning to talk to her the front desk Hannah answers the phone I need a room so I can get some sleep today take a shower get back out on the road she says they have no rooms available until later all motels keep an extra room or two she tells me she sold all of them and I know that's not true because they always keep an extra two or three rooms in case somebody's room blows up could have a bathroom that gets stopped up could have bed break air conditioner doesn't work whatever but they always keep extra rooms so finally I asked her to look someplace else she said you might sounded to me like she was telling me first thing and I'm not interested and helping you in a second thing is we were busy enough last night that I don't need your money today so my opinion is do not stay at this place read more

For a budget minded hotel this is a great option. Very clean hotel. Night attendant was very nice and pleasant when we arrived at 2am and was mopping the floor. Just feels clean and well cared for. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for the price and rooms are bigger than comparable hotels. read more

Rooms are smokey, dirty, with stained curtains and stink. I would never stay here again.

Price was resonable. Put us in a dirty room that was still wet with veey stinky cat pee. We had a reserved laye check out at 1pm but at 11am the house cleaners walked in on us. At 12:15 we started loadind our vehicle. We went back to the room for the remainder of our stuff only to find it in the trash. The cleaners had entered the room again before we checked out. What a nightmare. Thankfully we had taken our valuables in the first trip to the truck. read more

I have stayed here twice since my last review...and it has gone downhill fast. My last experience just took it over the top. Just so many issues...first off I wanted to change my credit card to a different one...and the guy told me since I booked with expedia, I couldn't. Only problem is...I booked directly with the hotel through their website. After he gave me the keys to the room, I brought in my dog and things...he then said that he called Choicehotels and was able to get it fixed. Minor issue...but glad it was resolved. Problem two...I never had a problem with this before, but the room keys get demagnitized very quickly. I must have put the key with my cell phone...and it stopped working. Of course I was outside, and had to walk back in. Not a problem, I got the keys fixed. Then as I went to the room...I accidentally put the hotel key too close to my car keys...also demagnitized it. By this time I was sick and tired...after driving for 12 hours. Third problem...as I was locking the door I realized there was an issue. I couldn't lock the top lock...because the door didn't close all the way. Almost like someone pushed the door in and never fixed it. I had to lean against the door to get it lcosed all the way. And lastly...I went to the bathroom and although I prefer ones that are clean. I really don't want to see toilet bowl cleaner in the toilet bowl. Luckily I doubt that I will ever stop here again. No more long distance driving for me. read more

Yes it's just a quality inn but my wife and I stay here on our anniversary every year cause the winery where we got married at is down the road. We stay in a non smoking room and it's clean and very spacious. Friendly staff, good hot breakfast and great non typical hotel coffee. Other reviews says it smokey and it stinks....um you booked a smoking room. That stuff hangs around no matter how much you clean the room. read more

Warning to all-- I wish I could give a 0. I reserved a hotel room 3 weeks ahead of time. My husband was put in the hospital w/ kidney failure. I called Hotel.com and told them we needed to cancel our trip because my husband wasn't able to travel. I called Hotel.com they told me to have the doctor write a letter. This was Friday night, 10days before our arrival. That Monday I sent a letter from the doctor. Hotel./com blamed Quality Inn. I called and spoke w/ Rhonda and she said the manager just left and said, they don't care what "my excuse" is the reservation stands. Hotel.Com and Quality Inn --from there own month--they don't care what the people go through they just want their money-- regardless of the circumstance. We had airline tickets and car rentals reservations. THey were kind and understanding and graciously canceled our reservations-- t not Hotel.Com and Quality Inn. I just wonder if my husband would have died would they still charge our account. As for me, I will never stay in a Quality Inn again. read more

This hotel and their manager, Jayne Shaw, are in direct violation of the American's with Disabilities Act. I called last month to make a reservation and I was told that unless I provided proof that my service dog was indeed a licensed service dog I would have to pay an additional $10 a night. I offered to provide documentation stating that they are not allowed to ask for this information as it is discrimination and was basically told that "She was the manager and could do whatever she wanted." I just filed a complaint against the hotel so hopefully they will learn they "can't do whatever they want" when it comes to the disabled. read more

Worse hotel we have ever stayed at for travel. Beds and rooms weren't serviced several days, wet towels left on floors, hallways smelt like moth ball senior citizen home, no elevator, food was stale and ants all over the counter tops, dog hair all over tile floors in bathrooms, no bath rug left to use, dirty sinks, coffee maker had mold in it, stained carpet, beds were broken down and lumpy, and double sheeted to use one sheet as insulation for the cheap blankets that were worn out on the beds. Owner and front desk manager were completely rude and lied about housekeeping and overcharged room rates. Spiders in the hallway and the entire downstairs smelt like cigeratte smoke. read more

We really liked this hotel! It was spotless, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great. I had one issue with the hotel, which was that their fitness room was right next to the lobby with large open windows. Anybody in the lobby, including the ever-present front desk clerk, could watch you work up a sweat. However, this is just a small issue. Everything else was perfect. read more
