Don't expect to get two sets of guests and luggage carts in at once! Our king room was nice. The room appeared to have been recently renovated and the furnishings were what you'd expect for a Hampton. The coffee machine was one of the older models and worked well. The room was very clean, no stains on any furnishings and the bathroom was in good condition. Plenty of plugs for our various electronics. Breakfast had many options including make your own waffles, processed egg omelets, sausage, bagels, fruit, cereal, eggs and oatmeal. I took a bagel to go. There was also free bottled water for guests. Overall a good experience at this Hampton good for a quick one night stay while passing through town.

Appreciated the full size pump dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. Cable package was basic and didn't have smart features to allow for streaming your own subscriptions. Buffet breakfast available for $13.99 pp, restaurant on site, open from 5 to 8:30. Considering this is a step up from a Hampton Inn as far as the Hilton line of hotels go, I feel the Hampton Inn line has a better layout and features.

When we arrived there was a chemical smelll so strong I could taste it in my mouth. I got to the room and drank water and tried to spit it out, but I had to brush my teeth to get rid of the chemical smell. The room wasn't as bad, but they hadn't cleaned the furniture (see photos). I tried to clean the chair with their washcloth and cold water, but the cloth turned nasty dirty, so we didn't use the chair. There was a snowstorm that was expected to last (indefinitely) and I asked for a late checkout and was told I'd have to pay another day if I stayed after 11am. My husband accompanied me to complain and ask for a late checkout due to the weather. The man at the counter threatened to call the police. Ridiculous! We will never stay here again.
