The most impressive point was the quietness of this hotel. We honestly thought we were the only ones on the floor! It's located right in Uniontown about 25-30 minutes from Ohipyle and there are plenty of dining and retail options nearby. We had a double queen room for the night and the beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and I liked that it had a bathtub and not just a shower. It was the perfect amount of space for my 2 year old to get cleaned up after a day at the park. The pool and spa area was nice, but we had to visit the front desk for towels. Not a problem, but our keys seemed to not work for the pool and spa area and gave us a difficult time getting into our room, too. We booked our stay through Expedia and got a pretty good deal for our room with breakfast included. The menu for breakfast wasn't comparable to an actual breakfast diner, but it checked all of the boxes for us with the couple options that they had. We got veggie omelettes that came with sausage or bacon, toast, and home fries. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it was free with our stay. Overall, the Hilton Garden Inn was nice and had decent amenities. The fire pit area outside was beautiful and the bar was nice, too. I'd recommend this place if you need a comfortable and affordable place to rest your head for the night.

Ended up booking an extra nite, because we enjoyed it so much. The staff members were extremely sweet and gave us lots of information and how to get around, places to go, and more. Very clean and tidy, amenities were readily available, and they had everything they said they would. My son and DIL had to sleep in their car bc the roaches were so bad in their room. They were able to get a room elsewhere. The hallway carpets are a tripping hazard. The place was just all around extremely dirty. We will never stay at another Ramada Inn.

The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of channels to choose from. The room was very clean. I liked the kitchenette area. It was also quiet, so I was able to get a lot of work done and sleep well. As far as food goes, the "make your own waffle" setup was a fun surprise in the morning. Sheetz is also right next door, so there's plenty of selection there. No doubt, if I'm in town again, this is where I'm staying. Oh yeah, they're super friendly!

When we arrived there was a chemical smelll so strong I could taste it in my mouth. I got to the room and drank water and tried to spit it out, but I had to brush my teeth to get rid of the chemical smell. The room wasn't as bad, but they hadn't cleaned the furniture (see photos). I tried to clean the chair with their washcloth and cold water, but the cloth turned nasty dirty, so we didn't use the chair. There was a snowstorm that was expected to last (indefinitely) and I asked for a late checkout and was told I'd have to pay another day if I stayed after 11am. My husband accompanied me to complain and ask for a late checkout due to the weather. The man at the counter threatened to call the police. Ridiculous! We will never stay here again.

However once we got in our room we were pleasantly surprised! It was a very clean room and pretty modern. I thought being very close to a main road in town our room would be noisy (and our room was right next to the street) it wasn't. Yes some of the parking is parallel parking but not all the parking is. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have a lot of family in the area and will use this Inn in the future. It is very close to shopping, restaurants, and highways.
