This place seemed like the ritz Carlton compared to the hotel I had just come from. I needed to book an emergency stay and Comfort Suites came through for me. The suites are large and the hotel has a more modern feel. The lady at the front desk was a huge help finding me a room such on such spur notice. This hotel is very nice with rooms that anybody would love to stay in, but everything else is absolutely HORRENDOUS. Staff is insufferably rude, retarded, argumentative and just overall PSYCHOTIC. Someone up there is known to spread rumors, and from a couple other reviews here it looks like it's not the first time someone has made up rumors about people. Well, looks like this place had never changed from what many of the latest reviews are saying. A few years ago, someone was here due to unfortunate circumstances. Turns out, even though a couple of mistakes were made due to a very bad and uncontrollable mental illness, someone somehow had connections to the owner or manager here and this owner or manager went and spread rumors about 2 people who ended up here out of desperation, and made it seem like they did something with a couple of the guests that they didn't do. This is unprofessional and absolutely a very shady way to do business. I do not recommend this hotel. If you're able to, take your money elsewhere. read more

This hotel has the worst customer service. If I could give a 0 I would. Booked online in May 2025 then chose to book an extra day in July to extend my stay by one day. I called in July to the Uniontown location added my extra day, but noticed the following day I was charged for $260 for 2 days. I spoke with a male employee who explained, it does happen sometimes, when the pending status ends that extra change would fall off. However, 5 days later both charges fell off, so once again I called the Uniontown location and had to rebook my additional 1 night stay. Now, about 3 weeks later. I go to use my debit card and my card declined to find out the Comfort Suites charged my card 3x for a total of $405.34. Obviously upset, I called Comfort Suites of Uniontown again. To have a female employee be rude and not understanding at all. When I asked to speak with a manager she told me the manager was gone for the day at 4:30pm and to call back the next day. Today, I called back got the same woman as yesterday who was rude, not understanding, yelling over me and then hung up on me 2x. Then just to have her call me back and say they will be cancelling my stay and as I stated to her please do. I did call corporate and will NEVER be staying at this location. All I want is my money back in my account that was not authorized. read more

Two stars only because the gentleman that checked us in was extremely friendly and kind and accommodating - we asked to please not be near the elevator so he moved us at check in. The room itself was very clean and had a great layout - bathroom at the front, sofa and kitchenette in middle and bed at the far end of room, which was great. The reason for the low rating is this hotel has literally zero sound proofing. We heard stomping, doors slamming, employees running up and down stairs, our next door neighbors voices through the walls, elevator sounds (we were in room 322) despite being four spots down from elevator ALL NIGHT LONG. Absolutely one of the most miserable nights we've ever had at a hotel ever. The rate was $96 and we were debating leaving at 1 am to go elsewhere it was that bad! It's a shame as the room was nice but if you want sleep, peace or quiet, you'd be better off sleeping in your car! Side note - the hot water took quite a while to get hot in the shower and our bathroom was shower only, no tub. Air conditioning worked well, we turned it way down to attempt to drown out the ridiculous amount of racket we heard all night. No help. Skip this hotel! read more

when I checked in to the first room the sheets had multiple stains and food crumbs on the ground so I asked for another room and to which there were more stains on the sheets and something that looks like a blood was on the walls And the room smelled like cigarettes. I asked the front desk lady named Susie to ask her manager for a discount off for another stay because I wanted to give them another chance to rectify there mistake but instead they decided that they do not care about the dirt and mess just kicked me out of the hotel. The hotel rooms were unsanitary, linen was stained & soiled, fresh linen wait was 5-6 hours and premises were understaffed. The staff on duty were giving it their all, but it was clear they lack support of senior level management. The front desk staff & housekeeping staff worked diligently, but were facilitating multiple roles because of lack of staff. We were placed in 3 different rooms (the 1st room wasn't cleaned & a pair of worn underwear was in the room, the second room's air conditioner wasn't working and the 3rd room's shower door was held up with zip ties. We would have left immediately, but there was no availability at any other hotel for the duration of our stay. I would never stay at this location again. It was dirty, understaffed and the hotel thought a discount would suffice in lieu of sanitary and safe conditions. At minimum you would think the GM ( Jay Bandaru) would reach out to extend an apology given he's seen the photos attached of his premises, but he hasn't. The customer service & professionalism were lacking based upon the lack of regard or response. We reached out to corporate and they have been responsive and stepped in to assist with a resolution when the location in Uniontown wouldn't do so. We appreciate the diligence and service of the Corporate office, thank you. I would never stay at this location again.​ read more

OMG. Never again. No food, no room cleaners. Had to go get more towels. One bed had nothing but a sheet. Handle falling off bathroom door, pool closed. Questionable clientele. Need I say more. Many more better places. Wish I knew it before I made the reservation. Never had an issue with this hotel brand till now and it is just unacceptable. this was the most horrible experience at this hotel I have ever had. I usually stay here every time I visit, but I will never set one foot back in this place ever again. The first night in our room our AC would not stay on, every time I turned it on within minutes it would completely turn off. it got so hot in the room that we couldn't sleep. That morning I told the front desk about it and one girl said she would go check it herself because there wasn't anyone there to fix it. I went on with my day and came back that evening and continued to have the same problem the second night, I again told the front desk that morning as well about the problem. I was told she'd let the manager know. came back to our room that 3rd evening and still had the same problem. went to the desk yet again at the front desk. There wasn't anyone there. stood there for 15 min and nobody came back. At one point a man in the lobby said he would go find her, he didn't even work there he was a guest himself. He came back with her, and she was nasty with me from the start. but I stayed cordial and asked her if she could please move us to another room, and she said to me with attitude that nobody was moving anywhere. I responded by saying well, I'm going to have to check out early then. She's said to me that I can leave she doesn't care what I do. At that point I was so upset I said that this is just horrible the way I was being treated, that I've been asking for help for days, and she kept saying yo me that well, you didn't talk. to me, and I said no I didn't talk to you I talked to another one of your employees 3 different times. She kept saying over and over to me that I didn't talk to her and would not let me explain. She even came out from behind the counter and came directly up to me and continued to yell at me, telling me that she wasn't going to let me talk to her that way. I said to her that she was the one that came at me all aggressive first and that I wanted to speak to whoever was over her. she told me no, there wasnt anyone else there, she made an aggressive movement toward me, and I said go ahead I will call the police. She told me that she was going to call the police on me if I didn't get out of her hotel, I said you can call them on me that's fine. I knew everything was on surveillance and there were other people in the lobby that saw the whole thing. At that point she walked away from me and told me to leave, I said don't worry I'm leaving, I have to go pack up my son and my 80 year old mother first and we would be out, then I snapped a picture of her to be able to call corporate later and report her since I didn't get her name. so I went and packed everyone up and came back down with all of our belongings where she refunded money for the next two days I was suppose to be there, she the. proceeded to ask my why I took her picture, I said so I can send it to corporate when I reported her. she said I better not see my picture on the internet. I said it's for corporate so they know exactly who you are. she then said it was illegal for me to take her picture, I said back to her that it was not illegal, that I had every right to do it, she said no I don't I said yes I do. She gave me my money and I left. Apparently she was the manger because another guest that was there helped me load everything up in my vehicle, he noticed I was visibly shaken and crying and said he's sorry that this had happened to me that he hadn't had any trouble with her and tried to get me to go back inside and work this all out and I respectfully declined and thanked him for helping us! read more

We were 2 families traveling together and were looking for affordable accommodations near Ohiopyle. Definitely loved this place. Indoor pool, in-room coffee set up, fridge, and free breakfast with eggs, meat, yogurt , cereal and waffles. Kid friendly. Strong and free Wi-fi. Correct bill. Only negative was pillows but we were traveling with enough pillows of our own. Within walking distance of a good Mexican restaurant with $1.50 Margaritas. Very clean and spacious. read more

WARNING!!! MOST TV'S DON'T HAVE HDMI ACCESS! Also, internet is VERY BAD. I wanted to bold that because the hotel owner doesn't seem to care about it. I stay at about 200 choice hotels per year, I've only left a review for a few of them. Most are great. In fact, this one was actually EXCELLENT except for those points. Tiffany, the clerk on duty, was fantastic and tried to help me as best she could. My wife and I wanted to stay near Fallingwater House on vacation (I really only stay in hotels for work, except for last weekend.) The breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and beautiful. HOWEVER: The television was an LG hotel model, and the HDMI couldn't be unlocked. I worked with Tiffany about coming up with a solution but she doesn't have access to the master remote to unlock it. I said heck with it, and we decided to watch our favorite streaming show on my small laptop. Then we discovered that the internet only had one bar on the third floor. She ended up giving us a different room on the first floor. The internet wasn't any better. We just dealt with it and moved on with our lives. I think it's important for these franchise owners get some feedback about these old technology televisions. It's the 21s century, it's time they heard our voice. read more

It is a really convenient location. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond for us. They were absolutely the best part of our stay. Check in was a disaster. The front desk lady had no clue what rooms were clean. She stared at my driver's license for several minutes before she put her glasses on. She wandered off in search of someone to talk to about clean rooms. Never saw her again! Another lady ended up checking us in, berating the first lady, which I felt was unprofessional. The parking lot was just awful. Spaces are too close, and I saw a work truck hit another vehicle and just leave. There were 3 bee nests within striking distance of the door we were told to use for entry. Bad news if you're allergic to them. The exterior was dirty. Trash wasn't changed for 3 days, and it was overflowing. Even the stairwell had trash in it. Room was spacious with lots of outlets and a great mini kitchen. The bed was horrible and left both of us with back and hip pain. The hot water is VERY hot. I actually burned my hand testing the temperature of it. The free breakfast was so disappointing. No waffles since they didn't have working waffle irons, despite being plugged in and "ready." The sausage and bacon were both overcooked. It says free newspapers daily, but we never saw one in 4 days. Even the "Do Not Disturb" sign for our room was broken and didn't fit in the key card slot. All in all, too much money for a terrible hotel. Convenience does not make up for all the issues we experienced. read more

Trust me when I tell you: do not come here. The manager is downright terrible. The website is misleading and you will purchase something that looks one way and when you arrive it is not the room you booked and paid for. When I called to the manager from the room to explain this is not the room I thought I booked on the website I was laughed at, told "bring your receipt down then" and hung up on. The first room had black mold in the heater. So we went downstairs and asked to please be switched rooms. The manager said "ok we will have someone go clean another room over again to meet your standards" What !?!?! We just wanted a room with no mold ???? The second room the shower door was broken off, the tv didn't work, the bed was hard As cement and pillows flat as can be. The pool. Freezing and dirty. Me spouse and I love to swim and we didn't last more than 5 minutes it was terrible. This experience was truly horrible. My spouse took a nap and then left at 2am because the experience was just that terrible. Choose somewhere else. read more

This is the second time we stayed at this location. The first time we stayed at this location, housekeeping did not make up our room after our first night. Nevertheless, we decided to give this location one more try. This time, the beds were made up, but housekeeping only replaced one bath towel, there were 3 people staying in the room. In addition, we discovered 2 used bars of soap placed on top of the shower door. No one in our room had used the soap provided by the hotel. The value is great, but the cleanliness is questionable. read more

I stayed here a couple of years ago. I arrived at some time in the early morning, perhaps 5A-7A. The receptionist told me that check-in time wasn't until 11A or so, but that my room wasn't in use, so that I could check-in early if I'd like. After checking out the next day, I learned that I was charged for two nights... this was an extra $100-$200. I called the manager, who wouldn't refund me. I explained that the receptionist didn't inform me there would be a charge, but she told me that she'd talked to the receptionist, who said that I was indeed informed of the charge. I assure you that I was not, because I would have spent a few hours doing anything else rather than spending that kind of money for an early check-in. After registering a complaint with the BBB, the hotel responded that "Customer was informed of early check-in charge" and the BBB marked the complaint as "resolved". I vow never to stay here again. I'll be Air B&B'ing, HipCamp'ing, or CouchSurfing instead. Corporate parasites have fallen upon Uniontown. Be warned, and don't feed them. read more

This hotel is decent. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, the people are nice. But if you plan on bringing a tablet, laptop, Apple TV, roku, chrome-cast, or Amazon fire stick to enjoy some Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon prime good luck. I walked 2 miles to the nearest target to buy a cable to hook my tablet up to the tv in our room so that my whole family can watch our Netflix show. Once I hooked everything up I noticed the TV wouldn't switch source inputs. I called the front desk and found out that by "owner's request" all the TV's in every room have the HDMI inputs blocked internally. We were not notified of this before booking our stay. Hopefully you will see my review before it too late. If you live in the 21st century I recommend booking anywhere else because apparently the "owner" doesn't. 2 stars. read more

Would not let my family cancel reservations made day before at 5:30 pm that haven't been 24 hours since made. They we're coming in from Va and broke down. Very good place to stay for the night before our visit to Frank Lloyd house Fallingwater, which is about 35 minutes away. Got a good deal for 2 queen beds, and real breakfast. The place is newer (2 years old) very clean and quiet even tho it's on Main St, but sits a bit back from the road. Free Wifi was a little sketchy at night, but ok in the a.m. read more
