Wow! I can see why this is a 2 star hotel. I would never have chosen this hotel, but my husband was sent here for work, so I tagged along. While the room was clean, I have no problems with that, the water never fully turned off in the shower. Always dripped, and not a small drip. So much wasted water. I took the lightbulb out of the microwave, it was burnt out, took it to the front desk, and they never did replace it. I also had to reprogram the tv remote because it wasn't set up for the tv, only the cable box, so the power button and volume buttons didn't work. After a little goggle search, I learned how to program it, so you're welcome if you get our room. The clientele is a bit sketchy. Some one was arrested when we were there, our next door neighbor. Of course heard and saw all the cops and heard the entire situation happen. People pushing shopping carts going into rooms. The breakfast was ok, although all the bread items were still frozen. -Do Not Stay Here- I incurred $515 in charges as a result of staying here one short night. Hotel says they have no control of $309 pending charges filed in addition to my paid room fee of $130. Management told me to wait 21 days for processing to see if it's fixed then. Meanwhile this mistake caused my account to be overdrawn so bills not payed and incurring additional NSF charges. When I asked that we discuss other options for resolution Manager recomend I call police. I did. Police said they can do nothing. I contacted corporate and they informed me that yes I do have to wait and there will be no compensation for me because police were called. This hotel is rated only 2 stars, but its actually much nicer than that. the lobby is worn and small, it could be updated, but our room was refurbished and quite nice. Room was clean, sheets were soft, shower was good, plenty of hot water, sink area was large and it was quiet! It had a fridge and microwave, like most hotels, tv was small but we don't watch much tv anyway. Pets were allowed, we had the dog with us. Breakfast was the best I've had at any Quality Inn, freshly made, not just warmed up. I'd go back again if I was in the area. read more

Whatever you do, do not stay here. Only reason this gets 1 star is bc I have no option for 0. Around midnight, the ceiling was leaking from the door frame and the light. We went to the front desk & her response was "how bad is it?" as if it wouldn't be a big deal if it was a small leak. She eventually let us know the toilet in the room above us overflowed and there was an inch of standing water. Absolutely disgusting. There were no other clean rooms available, so the front desk lady went and "cleaned" another room. I'd be surprised if she did more than just make the bed. It was late and there were no other rooms available in the county, so we stayed. The next morning around 9 am, I went down to the original room to grab the dirty clothes I forgot in the drawer. I opened the door to a room full of cigarette smoke, a man in the bed, and a woman in lingerie who yelled to me "Heyyyyy baby - you here to join us?" I ran to the front desk and started to explain to the woman who helped us the night before what just happened. Mid-sentence the woman and another assistant started hysterically laughing at me & told her the people in the room won't be long, they don't have bags, and will "probably be out by 1". When I expressed concern that I didn't want my stuff stolen, the front desk assured me it was fine, that the woman in the room was actually the manager and was "a little special right now." Honestly I'd give my experience 0 stars if it were possible. Booked my hotel a few weeks back. Me and my 2 other girlfriends were headed to a wedding and decided it would be a good idea to just call the hotel and make sure everything was gonna be perfect for our stay before we got there. Lo and behold when I called and gave all details I had regarding my soon to be stay, the hotel tells me that with my first and last name, booking number, card payment on file and receipt from the fact that my transaction had been confirmed. They had no information regarding my stay and they had only 1 room to offer me and it was a single bed room that we would have had to share between 3 adults. They didn't offer to refund me but instead told me I could pay more money for the room and dispute the charge with my bank. They also told me twice that they would call me back with a supervisor to figure it out and I had to call them back both times because I had received no call. Very disappointing. Will end up staying at the Oxford across the street. Much better service over there read more

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms smell horrible like cigarettes and when we walked into our room that had just been cleaned it had popcorn on the floor. Our friends room also smelled horrible which was on a different floor: I have a brand new suit case that I took and now still smells of smoke. We had to sleep with the window open to be able to sleep. I notified the assistant manager and she said there was nothing she could do for me. Manager was very rude on the phone and I had to call multiple times to speak to her. read more

This place is a diamond in the ruff. It is quiet, the AC cranks really good and the breakfast is good. I'd recommend anyone staying here.

We stopped by here on our way to Olympic National Park, and ended up having a nice time hanging out in Poulsbo and Silverdale. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, our room had a microwave and refrigerator, and it was the best deal in town. I don't know what else I can ask for in a hotel. But what really pushed me over the 4-5 star edge was their hot breakfast. I really appreciate it when a hotel serves a hot breakfast in the morning, but I usually don't expect much from a free breakfast either. The potatoes here were on point; real, fresh, and buttery goodness. The sausage was a little too addicting for my health, but the eggs and biscuits and gravy made me so comfortably full that I could barely finish the waffle I made for myself, let alone eat more sausages. And yes, I feel a little shame but I can't stop myself from overeating at free, hot breakfast buffets. read more

The worst hotel stay in decades. Choice should be ashamed of themselves. I am a diamond member at Hilton and a Ambassador elite with IHG. I typically stay in 3 star properties on business. This is NOT a three star property. The construction is poor. The maintenance is poor. The floor in the hall way flexes so much under your feet you can feel it flex. They have ear plugs so noisy here available at the front desk as it so noisy here. Go anywhere else. Bad stay, high price. One star strip motel. read more

READ ALL OF THIS! So unfortunately for me, I had to fly out for work about 5 days before what was planned and I was unable to book the Best Western Plus Silverdale Beach Hotel until Saturday although I already had it booked for Monday of that following week. Now picture this, you have been traveling all day and all you could possibly think of is to sleep in your nice hotel bed, which is probably one of the few plus sides of not sleeping in your own bed. So than it happened, I walked into a SUPER small lobby, which has a makeshift front desk and a 'breakfast area that should only sit about 4 people and looks like it was made to sit 20 people (hopefully you're not claustrophobic). So you walk upstairs to your room (no elevator, which I think is actually a lawsuit waiting to happen) and you go through the noisy/dirty hallways to your room and what would you know!?! The bathroom, living room, bed, bathroom are literally all in the same space, it actually looked halfway decent with the very small amount of space they had to work with (I think this was an office building prior to being a hotel). So I wake up, go to work and think to myself, well at least they will make the bed and tidy things up, which is another plus of traveling. Now wait for it.. I came back to my room with my bed looking like the picture I have attached and it also looks like someone took a s*** in my toilet while I was away, lets just say it wasn't too pleasant especially knowing all of the negatives of this place already, So I down to the manager or whomever was at the front desk at the time and the only thing she said was that I will find out who it was and I will talk to them and in regards to the toilet, she said, I will bring up a plunger for you. I think you can see where I am going with this and the best part is when I told my colleagues that I am working with about the hotel I am staying at until I can get into Best Western, the first thing that came out of their mouth was, "oh, the crack head hotel." Now I know why the front reception desk with the 30 video camera feeds look like a prison secrutiy control center. Definitely the last time that myself or anyone from my organisation stays here especially after I talk to the travel coordinators to blacklist this hotel from any future reservations. I normally do not stay at Quality Inns. This one is one I would stay again. The staff addressed any issue so darn fast it was amazing. They care about their guests. Trina, the night auditor, is a champion. She is one of the reasons I stayed a few more nights. Breakfast is consistent and good. Breakfast person is no nice and "on it" to be sure she does not run out of the product. Aptiva yogurt was nice. She is very attentive. FYI Cereal dispensers make a mess ...not me ....the dispensers...lol Clean and comfortable rooms, I chose the king suite which has a kitchen like room. Housekeeping missed some details, like forgetting my shampoo the second day. This is probably due to the housekeeper, the rest of my stay was good. I had a project nearby and this was a good choice for my team and me. There is "No elevator," so if you are physically challenged, book early. The rates are pretty good and restaurants and shops nearby. It was updated, and they say more renovations are coming. WIFI ...is a hit and miss - they need to review that Seriously, the staff handled any issue so well. You can't put a price on that it was great how they seem to care about the guest being COMPLETELY satisfied. You don't see that in limited service hotels normally. Enjoyed the stay! read more

Needed a hotel to stay in last minute close by and stayed here. It's okay. Clean, friendly staff. Accommodating but the walls are paper thin. I woke in the night and heard something strange. As I became more full awake I realized it was someone in the room next to us snoring. It was very annoying and I couldn't get back to sleep. Beware that you hear everything. I like a little more quiet. For over 100$ a night I would expect better. read more

Hotel is very old and outdated. Carpets are very dingy and look unclean. Room only got cleaned on weekdays as they said they were under staffed on the weekends. Also no elevator so if you aren't on the first floor plan on packing everything up the stairs. read more

I honestly have zero complaints about this place except the door #121 rattles back and forth if there's any kind of action in the hallway. I booked a room for 2 nights over the Labor Day weekend (Friday - Saturday). The cost was $150 per night. Wow...This place is so nasty. It looks like the carpet has been there for 30 years. Walked in to room and immediately smelled vomit. I then noticed a spot that looked like it had recently been cleaned. That was the source of the vomit smell. Poor attempt to clean it. Bathroom was not cleaned as toilet had pee and hair on the seat. There was still water in the tub so that was nasty as well.A Motel 6 would have been a better choice. I will never stay here again and would not recommend even if the price was much lower. Don't waste your money or your hygiene for this place. read more

I stayed at the Silverdale Quality Inn on April 3rd 2018. On April 5th I was charged a 272.50 smoking fee for the room. I called the mng Renee Mimms and asked her about this charge. she said we had smoked marijuana in the room. I told her we smoked outside and not inside. I told her we cleaned out the car before we checked out and I had emptied my pipe in the rooms trash, she basically called me a liar and said she would not take off the charge. I asked her to send me this evidence as I am going to dispute this charge. She was extremely rude and said they were not able to rent the room because of this. So if you stayed in room 119 on the 4th or 5th I would love to know if the room smelled??? I highly recommend you do not stay there. Im 57 and know the rules I did not smoke in the room. this place doesnt even deserve the 1 star and I will never go back there or to any Quality Inn Motel. Im so sorry we didnt stay at the Oxford .
