Great Clean room, the location was iffy at first but the staff made us welcome and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. I was booked by my employer for 10-12 nights here and survived, but wouldn't recommend staying here. I certainly wouldn't again, and they're down the street from the jobsite. First off, they certainly do have a bug problem, I saw fumigation taking place during the day one weekday. They were spraying multiple rooms. I didn't encounter many bugs, but woke up with rashes and bites a few days. The bugs are likely there because of housekeeping issues, my next point. Housekeeping doesn't really take place during your stay, even if you beg. I asked 3 separate people and nobody would take my old towels or garbage. I thought about throwing it all on the luggage cart downstairs and letting them deal with it, but ended up arguing with the desk guy instead since he was acting like I hadn't been asking at all - even though he was the first guy I asked and he told me they'd clean my room the next day. Finally after 8 days, 3 polite requests, and one argument, they took out my rotting stinking garbage and took away my molding towels. Why bugs? That's why. Not to mention it's filthy and moldy and all that. The breakfast is really inedible, more so than most cheap hotels. I tried a couple times and gave up quickly. The maid seems to bring her kids to work with her and there's child labor going on as well as they're in the way and running around and it's just weird and awkward and sad. The entire hotel smells like an ashtray. Some days during the week I'd come by and they'd have all the windows of all the empty rooms open airing the place out. The towels, bedding, everything smelled like an ashtray. The vent mesh over the bathroom fan was charred from people smoking something(s) in the bathrooms. I'm sure they fine people, but do they do the deep cleaning to correct the smoke problem? No, or the entire place wouldn't be an ashtray. I was glad to be home and away from this place. I can sleep anywhere, but it just felt dirty and slimy. Reading other reviews I'm concerned about their integrity/honesty. Hopefully the billing is correct, I'm afraid to check after everything else.... read more

I like quality inn. It seems everytime I stop in I can expect the same level of cleanliness and customer service. And no surprise this place delivered. The room was clean. Secure. All the amenities worked. The all around maintenance of the room and hotel corridors were kept up. Free breakfast in the morning and affordable rates. The staff were friendly and got me checked in quickly. Hassle free. Which is perfect after driving 800 miles. 10/10 Would stay here again. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE! We called for a group rate, they quoted us one rate and charged us their retail rate. $40 more a night. Bed bugs are everywhere. we had 12 families stay here for a baseball tournament. 3 rooms had bed bugs. When they asked for a refund and wanted to stay somewhere else they were told they would only give them another room. They called the police on us when we wouldn't accept that. To avoid a Jerry springer episode we called the police as well and when the police showed up they told us they get calls there all the time for similar reasons to include drug use. the place is a legitimate dump. The staff is trashy, the rooms stink and the people are professional swindlers. Save yourself a nightmare. On our way home to disinfect all of our belongings. read more

VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL!! Booked a stay at this hotel as my sister and I were traveling a long roadtrip and was looking for somewhere to crash for a few hours. Upon our arrival there we discovered a group of 20-30 males in the parking lot partying with multiple bottles of alcohol. When we pulled into the parking lot we were APPROACHED by the males coming to our car throwing their hands up!! We immediately turned around and left the parking lot went down the street and called the hotel stating we didn't feel safe as two females and would like to not stay there if we could get a refund please. The desk guy sympathized and said he would have his manager refund. We then talked Hotels.com to try to get a refund they contacted the property and the hotel wanted us to return to the property for a refund!!! They had supposedly talked to the party and it was going to be broken up within 5 minutes. I explained it was unsafe for us and we wouldn't be returning to negotiate refund they could just do it over the phone as we were already on the road headed to Lincoln. The hotel then again explained the party would be broken up and we could come back to stay. We refused stating we felt unsafe and would just like a refund... the manager has yet to be reached by myself nor hotels.com!! Horrible communication, no follow through. GM blasted me at the front desk for a dirty towel that had my period blood on it! Our stay was good for three days until check out to get our deposit... first house cleaning doesn't service the rooms right now and we had one tiny bathroom trash can in the room which being that time of the month I need the trash in the bathroom. And it filled up quickly all our trash was in one pile, all dirty towels in a pile. And the GM still was bitching at me in front of other guests wanting to check in while HOLDING A TOWEL COVERED IN MY PERIOD BLOOD in front of other guests. The other guests looked appalled and made comments about the unprofessional staff. I've never had such a horrible experience with some working in HOSPITALITY. SHAMEFUL! And the GM did NOT RETURN THE CORRECT CASH DESPOSIT. read more

These people tried charging me extra money for my dog and the manager totally discredited the front desk lady and the proof I had of my dog being a LICENSED ESA. They legally cannot charge you for this when she is licensed he tried telling me she isn't "trained" even though she clearly is. Total crap, and the manager seemed lazy and rude as all can be even to his staff. Also, they did this after I told them my apartment burned down and I have no where to stay with very little money. Wish there was a negative rating. Manager is a total jerk. Harassed my nieces 19 y/o and googled,winked and followed my 22 y/o grand daughter around. We were into ou wn for my brothers funeral with family we hadnt seen in 20 years. No place to gather. My husband was told to leave by the manager at 9:30 in the morning, the breakfast area, which is right in the lobby as he was having coffee. We had to sit outside taking up 1 parking space in order to reunite with family. The manager threatened 2x to call the police. No noise, no open bottles, we were just sitting talking. First of all, it's visually underwhelming. For an $80 an hour night hotel, I know it shouldn't be much, but even considering that, it was bad. Secondly, the "hot tub" was freezing. There was no temp control either. Very angering. Customer service was average, but could be better. read more

Clean, affordable, safe! There was a wonderful mother-son team working the night we stayed. They were very accommodating and upbeat. We were traveling to WY, our new home, and we had most of our belongings with us in the car. When we expressed concern, they made sure to go out and check on our car regularly. The building itself was a bit old but certainly very clean. The breakfast selection was surprisingly large and also very clean. Though I'm more of a fruit in the morning person, I added some oatmeal with fresh apples to my banana and tea for breakfast. First of all, it wasn't too bad of a hotel on the surface. The room seemed clean upon arrival. The employees were friendly enough. We chose this place because it had a pool for our kids, but the pool was rather small. It did have a hot tub which was a bonus. The breakfast was a bit lacking. They had something called Raisin Snails, which is the most unappealing name for a food product I have ever heard of. They had waffles, but the syrup container was empty. I asked the receptionist and she said they'd ran out. Nothing like a dry, buttered waffle to get the day started. Ugh. Now for the worst part. My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. The first night we stayed, they came and made the bed, but didn't pick up any of the towels we left on the floor to be cleaned (this is one of the many hotels where they don't launder your towels unless you leave them on the floor). I went down to the lobby and told the receptionist that they didn't launder my towels, and I needed some new towels, which she gave me, and apologized for the maids not picking up the towels. The next morning, I saw the maids down the hall on my way out, working toward my room, and I said "Hi, when you get down to room 220, could we please get some fresh towels?", which he gladly agreed to. I came back later that day, and they DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN MY ROOM! At NO point during my stay did I leave out the Do Not Disturb sign, so I can't say it was a simple mistake. There is NO excuse for the incompetence I experienced here. Cleanliness is pretty much the most important thing in a hotel room. I would hate to whip out a blacklight in this hotel and see what other kind of atrocities could be found. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and I slept like total crap the whole trip. Maybe that was just my body telling me to get the hell off these dirty sheets before I catch some horrible disease. This is the second time I've had a bad experience at a Quality Inn, and the last time I will use this chain. My family and I all refer to them as the Low Quality Inn now. read more

Hotel was very busy during our stay. Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. Our coffee maker was not working in the room. One call to the front desk and five minutes later we had a new one! It started to rain very hard on our way to Wisconsin, and we had to find someplace to spend the night. We arrived around 11 pm and the front desk rep Aaron had occupancy, he offered the 2 queen bed room facing the parking lot. It was quiet throughout the night, the double windows kept the highway sound out. Because we were moving from California, we had our truck loaded with personal items. There was no suspicious activity through out the night, and all our items were still there when we woke up. They had a breakfast bar set up and a free Wifi. The customer service we received from all the employees was exceptional, I would definitely stay here again. read more

We stayed here for the Slump Buster baseball tournament. To begin with our reservation was lost, Talked to Mark about this he was very rude. Save your confirmation number, 2 people had my number! However, they did get us a room. While checking out my mom gave him the wrong room number, and when we found that out and gave him the right number he acted pissed off and inconvenienced. We said we were sorry and didn't mean to cause any problems, he said well you did for them, pointing to the office. WORSE customer service EVER! I will never go back! read more

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Now on our 3rd room - hairs all in the shower and on the toilet, no way it was actually cleaned. Mgr and owner didn't care at all. Actually said you're in a contract and I'm not letting you out. We didn't even want a discount, just wanted to leave 5 minutes after arriving but he wouldn't budge. Pool is tiny, no hot tub even tho it's on the website. Place is nothing like the photos. Absolutely disgusted and hate it! There are at least 5 hotels in a 1/2 mile area so you can figure at least an effort to be competitive. One is very overpriced and not very recognizable as a national chain. Of the two national chains this Quality is clearly the best. Safe and quiet, walking distance to restaurants and fast food unless you just feel like their very complete continental breakfast. If you're staying a few days there is a pool and hot tub as well as a training room. Best feature is the staff. Genuine people who care and not trained autonotrons. If your stay could have been better remember this hotel is as good as it is because it responds to a national chain. This is only my 4th review so not practised at it but know when folks are putting forth an exceptional effort on my behalf. read more
