Well this place was no good. The night check in guy was a total jerk. Do not let the photos fool you, this place is a dump. There is mold in the bathrooms. Hair all over the place. Carpet is stained and coming up. It was so dirty. Also, it was raining when I got there. There was no door mat when you came in the side door. I slipped and almost completely wiped out.

Staff was friendly, location is good, and the cookie they offer upon check in was soooooo good omgoodness, it was one of the best cookies I've had. Do note that they do have both one that has nuts and one that doesn't have so if you have an allergy to nuts, make sure to check first.

Good Doubletree facilities & excellent staff - even for a 0130ish arrival. $18 breakfast buffet a bit pricey. In room coffee machine passed the clean test the first time, but the coffee quality was horrid. Comfy bed with decent shower pressure. Burger King is a short walk.

First, I have to express my disappointment that despite the Omaha mandate on masks and Hilton's mask policy, I didn't see a single employee from the cleaning crew wear a mask the entire five days I stayed here. They walked up and down my hallway every day without even an attempt of putting on a mask. At one point I saw at least six employees in the hallway together and none of them wore a mask. Very nerve wracking and if defeats the purpose of the policy and the extra cleaning protocols if the cleaning crew aren't wearing masks when cleaning the rooms. In addition, I found several things about my room that made my room uncomfortable or unsafe: -The sliding door to the bathroom didn't close all the way. If I was staying with another person we could've watched each other use the bathroom. -I found some dead beetles near the bed (these were not bed bugs, I am very familiar with bedbugs) -The wooden headboard to the bed was covered in dust. Enough that I had to use a cleaning wipe to remove some of it. The wall behind the bed board also had chunks of dust on it. -There was no toilet paper holder. Just a large screw sticking out of the cabinet -Right where the carpet met the tile near the doorway, there were several sharp pieces of metal (like nails but without the fine point) sticking up out of the carpet, all along the edge. Probably whatever was holding the carpet down near the edge. I discovered this by stepping on one of them. -The door handle to the bathroom was rusted -No microwave, no safe, and tiny fridge Last, but definitely not least: the chair looked like it had dried semen all over it Thanks, Hilton

Syringe found in mulch, out walking dog.

Where do I start... Most of the housekeeping staff do not wear a mask. They yell..yes..I mean yell..down the hall at each other. Many cars were broken into..with glass being left in the parking lot. I stayed there for work for a few weeks, and if I asked housekeeping for towels..they seemed put off by it. Party city on the weekends..sprinkled with a prostitute here and there. Several times cops came to the hotel and banged on doors and took people out. Elevators and hallways smelled like weed. Walked my dog out by the parking lot and saw a needle in the mulch. He almost stepped on it. Management was told about it and it was still there when I checked out 2 weeks later. Rude manager..wouldn't ever smile, say hello, or even make eye contact. Beds were comfortable. Room safe, mini fridge, microwave. Cool barn door slide for the bathroom with a rusted handle though. Nice big shower head with good pressure..wasn't always hot though. Towels seemed like they maybe werent clean? Just seemed dingy..with some stains. Didn't have any kind of a smell..good or bad..to them. Make sure you're current on your tetanus shot before staying here. Always wear shoes or socks on the carpet. Socks weren't salvageable by the end of the day. I would stay at a Doubletree again, honestly. Just NEVER at this location. They need to maybe be a little better at picking who they want to manage their hotels.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet- and such a deal!! Around $100 a night. I shudder to think what kind of a sketchy hotel only $100 would get you in a bigger city. Loved the larger-than-most-hotels selection of complimentary toiletries in the bath. My only complaint was that our TV didn't work properly and when we alerted the front desk, they said they'd be right up. They never came. We just watched on iPad instead.

Nails sticking out of the ground in my hotel room!!!!

This is the hotel room I was given while on business. Walked into the bathroom and stepped on nails sticking out of the ground! I almost went to urgent care but I was in an unfamiliar area and had to report to a customer the next day so instead I went downstairs and spoke with Cole the attendant and let him know about the incident. He seemed very uninterested and didn't care I had stepped on the nails. On the contrary he stated that I shouldn't have been walking barefoot inside the room! It was obvious he didn't care one bit about about my injury or the nails. I ask that he create an incident report which he refused to do. Eventually the hotel manager Eric Romero reached out to me and said their insurance company would be contacting me with a report. This was on 11/19/21 it's now 11/27/21 and I have not heard back from anyone. I'll be contacting an attorney because it's a obvious they don't care about their guests safety. To add insult to injury I received no points for my stay. I'm Diamond status but that means nothing to Hilton apparently.

Terrible "pets allowed" policy: you have to call (god luck getting through) to find out whether and how much the extra pet fee is.

Most recently, I was there for a career development and networking event, and it was the perfect setting--creative, vibrant, and welcoming. The owners go above and beyond. They not only allow you to bring in your own food and beverages (a huge plus!) but they also stick around during the event to make sure everything runs smoothly and you have what you need. That kind of support really sets them apart. The space itself is absolutely stunning--full of bold color and personality, but also super versatile. There are a variety of photography backdrops that make it easy to create professional content or just capture fun moments with friends. Whether it's a business gathering, creative workshop, or social celebration, Luli Creative House is a gem in Omaha for hosting something truly memorable.

The space is vibrant, but not overwhelming or overstimulating, all the colors are pleasing and go well together. There really isn't a spot that isn't instagram-able, or cozy. With plenty of seating from the gorgeous green couch, to the white sofa, to sitting chairs, and tables, this is a space sure to spark creativity. It's a great venue to book for really any occasion. From birthdays, to showers, rehearsals, or photo shoots, Luli has really created a space for everyone.

It gives off the modern barn style that is super trendy right now. They had a room for the wedding party to get ready and it was pretty small but still served its purpose. I do like the fact that both the ceremony and the reception were right across from each other so it made it super easy.

I attended an event here (Boomer Radio Sock Hop). The place is very nice. Parking lot would be…read moresuitable for most events, I think, but since there were A LOT of people at this event we weren't able to find a space in the lot. I really liked that there were two separate spaces on this floor, so there was a room where people were dancing to loud music, and another room that was quiet, spacious, and well-lit where people could eat and have conversations. I really appreciated that and it definitely added to my enjoyment of the event. The room where we ate was rather plain (still really nice). The other room was unique and beautiful, and has a patio. A downside is that there is a separate event space downstairs, and if something loud is going on down there you might hear it (and feel the floor vibrate). So that could be really problematic for some events. I also have a complaint about the bathroom. It is quite narrow and cramped. The ladies' room has 5 stalls, which honestly is not enough for a large event, especially since there are only a couple sinks and not a space for a larger mirror. Also - a HUGE peeve of mine - the doors of most of the stalls hang in a closed position, so to see if they are occupied you have to bend over to check if feet are there, in this very narrow space. It's not cool at all, and it's really annoying because the latches are designed in such a way that with a small amount of extra thought put in, they could indicate if the stall is occupied or empty. The building overall has been renovated so nicely and someone really dropped the ball on this aspect. It is a really lovely space, the event was enjoyable. I DEFINITELY appreciated not having to yell to have a conversation; this makes the venue a great place and accessible to groups that include guests who don't want to spend an entire event in a loud room.
