You get what you pay for, with AAA the rate was cheap. The walls are paper thin, the mini fridge…read morewas noisy and woke me up. We were told the bed was a queen, it is not, it is a double. The breakfast wasn't that good (stayed at another Microtel in Montreal that had sausage and eggs), with hardly ANY healthy options. On the plus side, the place is clean and the staff are friendly.

Absolutely a horrible stay and I'll never be back. The website says they have daily housekeeping…read moreand a fitness center but this is my 3rd night here and housekeeping hasn't come once, I called down for towels and the lady hung up on me so I went down to get them and she said she might not have anything clean and ended up giving me a pool towel. When I asked about housekeeping she said it clearly says every 3 days on the website site and on the mirror in the room. The sticker on the mirror also says "unless otherwise requested", so I called back down and asked for everyday and she said they can't do that because they're short staffed. The fitness center is two treadmills and an elliptical machine. The front door is broken and stays open 24/7 and one of the stairwells has no lights. This place is an absolute dump and not worth the money especially with other options in the area did the same price. The room itself and breakfast were just ok. This specific location needs an overhaul in management it seems as well as staff in general.

Stayed here for one evening in the Blueberry Suite while in the area to watch the Perseids meteor…read moreshower. Absolutely beautiful property, many amenities for guests to enjoy and the two corgis running around was a lovely bonus if you ask my 8 year old daughter. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch of the farmhouse and playing board games while we waited for dusk. Breakfast was delicious - plenty of options to meet every palate. Lots of cute goodies in the gift shop as well. Price was very reasonable, especially for the service provided. We would love to stay again one day!

We came up to northern Pa last month and stayed in this absolutely wonderful bed and breakfast for…read more2 nights, in the cranberry room. It is the most peaceful place and we loved staying there. There is a shared living room, kitchen, and wrap around porch. We spent hours on the porch as we don't have any outdoor space at our home in the city. We met sooo many nice people who were staying there and we all hung out on the porch together each day. We arrived on a Sunday night and learned from other guests that no places are open for dining on Sundays, so we went to the local food store and bought steaks and other side dishes and cooked out on the gas grill area. Like everyone is saying in their reviews, the breakfast is spectacular. We also bought a ton of homemade jam, salsa, and honey in the gift shop. It was quite reasonably priced. In terms of exercising, I didn't really feel safe biking or running from the bnb as the roads have no shoulder and the large trucks speed down the road, but my bf biked from there every day. I walked the steep hilly dirt road across the street and drove to safer places to run/bike. Everything is a pretty far drive away, but I think that is normal life for this part of the state and we just enjoyed the scenery of country life on our drives. I def would stay here again next time if I come back to this area.

Stayed there last week for a couple of nights. The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated…read more The grounds have an overall intimate vibe/feel to them in a warm, rustic sort of way. We stayed in one of the suites as all the cabins had been already booked. But even though you have neighbors, you don't get the feeling that you're crowded. One of my favorite parts was sitting on the balcony at night and in the early morning staring at the creek. Brings a sense of peace and calm. The room was fully stocked with towels, sheets, washcloths. All sorts of kitchen gadgets. There is an AC, fan, fireplace. Pretty much everything you need for your stay is provided. Now cellphone service is spotty to non existent so plan accordingly. The place has wifi but the signal at the suites isn't very strong so it was constantly going in and out. My only complaint is that the gazebo has this giant led light strip that they keep on all night. We wanted to take some photos of the night sky but this bright light that is kept on prevented us from doing that. All in all, great place to spend a few days with some peace and quiet.

Our room was not a suite, not luxury and not spacious as depicted. It was tiny! Our bed was next to the refrigerator. We had to walk one at a time between the bed and kitchen counter. The sofa was so old when we sat down we sank into the floor and had a very hard time getting up out of the hole. We will not return. We got so tired of hearing the truck engines on our short vacation. What a disappointment. Do not recommend.

What a great getaway! Very clean, affordable and accommodating. Definitely going backread more

Stop here. Book this motel. Do yourself a favor. Choose this one…read more While on a recent road trip, I wasn't planning to stop for the night, but around 3:30AM, with the roads a sheet of ice, the sight of this motel up ahead provided an astonishing relief. Here I was in the middle of nowhere, wondering how I was going to calm my nerves and coax my rental car into ice skating the rest of the way to the interstate...and I just happened to be about a tenth of a mile away from a motel! Thank goodness, right? It gets better. I was only hoping for three things: a place to get safely off the road, a bed to sleep in while I waited for better weather, and a place to brush my teeth when I woke up. I was delighted beyond my expectations. Pros * Friendly staff. The manager, Pat, was accommodating, polite, and conversational. If she was bothered that I woke her up in the wee hours of the morning when I needed to rent a room, she certainly didn't show it. She made me feel welcome. She even took a minute to show me how to use the remotes for the heater and the TV. * Safe neighborhood. I locked my car & my room but probably didn't need to lock either. * Clean, comfortable bed. Firm mattress. Sheets were clean--and seemed brand new. Three regular-sized pillows. Warm blankets. * Full bathroom. Want a shower? You got it. Bath? No problem. Water heated quickly and stayed hot. Plenty of towels and washcloths were provided in the bathroom and on the shelf next to it. * The room had a bedside lamp, but unlike other hotels/motels, The Endless Mountains Motel uses overhead lights. * Bonus points: small desk with an office chair, coffee spread (I think there was tea, too,) microwave, minifridge, TV with lots of channel choices, a small dish of candy on the bedside table, magazines and even a couple of novels available on the shelf next to the bathroom. If you like waking up to the morning sun, you can probably leave the blind open--unless you're extremely tall, the height of the window will protect your privacy. The room was decorated with a taste for nature--a painting or print of a deer; bedding decorated with bear, moose, pine trees and pine cones; a star on one wall. If I ever live in a studio apartment again, I hope I furnish it as well as this motel room. * Low price. I paid under $60, but given the quality and my need for a place to wait out the weather, a higher price would still have seemed fair. (Edit: I had forgotten to mention this when I first posted.) Things to be Aware Of * The window has a curtain along the top, and yes, there is a blind behind the curtain! If you're looking to sleep in, you can shut out the light. If you like waking up to the morning sun, you can probably leave the blind open--unless you're extremely tall, the height of the window will protect your privacy. Cons * None. Overall, I'm grateful to the lousy winter weather. If not for the ice and wind, I'd have missed the experience of staying at this lovely motel. Edit: I would like to reposition the order of my photos but am not sure how.
