Clean your rooms. Before grilling a patron about pets try getting rid of some of your own bugs. You could also do a little maintenance around the place. It was dreadful. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. The breakfast looked so nasty. I wouldn't have eaten it even if I hadn't found a bug after driving for many hours my husband and I just wanted to sleep. I came to town to visit family and friends. After check in....I went to my room to set my stuff down and to use restroom. I look at everything upon arrival anytime I stay at a hotel. I found the room to be pretty clean. The toilet seat however was not and what looked like a dried urine stain on seat. I told the clerk.. She said housekeeping wasn't there but she would look. I called a few seconds later after I left to tell her not to worry about it bc she was by herself....that I would clean it myself when I got back. She said, "Ma'am I just went....the room is clean. " I told her it wasn't the room....it was the toilet. She said I went in the bathroom, it's clean....You washed your face in the sink. I said again...."it was the toilet" not the sink. I had washed my hands. She said it was clean. She stated that if I didn't like the room that I could check out and get refunded. I told her ..." I'm fine, I told you I would clean it" She was being argumentative, so that's why I told her again. Anyway, when I got back....I looked. The shower had hair in it and my Mom said, there is a roach in the shower. This morning, we woke up at 7:30 and went to eat breakfast which started at 6. They were already out of mostly everything. Biscuits, Gravy, Waffle batter, milk for cereal. I told the front desk. She said the girl was working on it. We got tired of waiting and left and went to McDonalds. I have never stayed in a hotel where they didn't keep refilling to make sure they didn't run out. They still had 1.5 hr left. They should've made sure things were getting filled before running out. We waited longer than mins and it still wasn't filled. Overall, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. We have stayed here several times before without any issues, but this time left room for improvement. read more

Do not go here. We were upcharged for a room that was filthy. Everyone deserves a clean room no matter how the front desk employees/owners view customers. We were told we would get a military discount and we didn't. Black grease on all the doors, mold on the shower floor along with the broken showerhead, cracks in the shower surround, frayed carpet with exposed carpet tack strip, curtains were stained and the handles were disgusting, ice holder was unuseable, charging outlets and outlets wouldn't work, two of the towels were so used they were see thru. You could see yellow streaks going down the walls and the hair dryer was covered in yellow sticking stuff. I was floored when the front desk man was like ya, that's what you get. Do better as a business owner. Go look at those room and ask yourself as a business owner would you sleep in those rooms. Would I put my family or guests in those rooms. We will not be back to this motel like place with hotel prices as we visit that area often. I will upload photos when it will let. I have filed a complaint with the Arkansas Department of Health and the Arkansas Attorney General. read more

FIRST TIME EVER LEAVING A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!!!! Was on road doing a business trip, made bookings with them for a night, had change of plans, within 45 mins called Expedia to cancel this booking and made another booking, Sean Patel (Manager of Hotel) wasn't present, other representative couldn't authorize cancellation had to wait until next morning. Expedia called next morning to find out that charges were made and it's non refundable booking. I do understand certain policies, and there was no intention or any action of abusing the policy it was a genuine case and well notified in advance. On requesting multiple times still no consideration by Sean Patel, VERY UPSET and will be leaving as many Feedback!!! Managers should consider situations as well with their policies!! We are in business and understand the need of customers concern that drives us to tweek rules at times!! Thanks Sean Patel & Expedia, will make sure I leave my piece for you!! read more

We were greatly disappointed when we were given a room behind the hotel because we had a very small dog. The room stank... the carpet was worn. Paint was scratched .... And not in areas where an animal could reached. The area outside was trashy.... Yet we still paid top dollar for the room plus the pet fee. If you are desperate for a room... then this is the place..... oh yeah, breakfast is a packed pastry. Just stayed at a Comfort Inn yesterday in Tupelo and they offered a full hot breakfast.... My uncle stayed here and said it was a very nice stay. But I'm giving a five star review to the owners who really helped him out of an ordeal and they were kind enough to use their resources to fax papers back-and-forth. What a great place! My husband and I weren't sure where to stop for the night, but after looking at other reviews, we decided to give Quality Inn & Suites a try. We were not disappointed at all. The room was very clean, the sheets were clean and crisp, which is a major plus for me. We had the complimentary breakfast the next morning, and everything was fresh. There were plenty of options, also. Sherry and Shawn were most kind and helpful. There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant in walking distance, and it was a good experience for us, also. My husband and I highly recommend staying here. We hope to make it up that way again sometime. read more

Clean & decent. Nothing fancy here. Fitness room was nice, though. Lobby & hallways currently undergoing painting & refreshing. Beds were comfortable, bathroom large. Stay in main building with interior doors if you can. Night check-in guy was nice. AC in our room was loud, but effective. Breakfast seemed paltry, so ate next door at Cracker Barrel. I stayed in room 111, right off lobby, and was worried it might be noisy, but it wasn't. read more

Clean, affordable rooms with a fitness room and on-site laundry. Front desk staff was friendly, lobby was clean, hallways are carpeted and perhaps a bit older, but the rooms were comfortable and spacious. In-room microwave and fridge. Whirlpool out of order, as they are soon to be re-built as a Quality Inn. Fabulous for $59/night!! read more

Upon walking into this hotel, I should of went with first instinct. "RUN AWAY" The a.c. Was not on in main lobby. Which in almost 90 degree weather in Arkansas, that makes for a very muggy entrance. Then first night for us was ok, a.c., was not working very good in room. Next day find out that our daughters room had roaches, burn comforter w cigarette holes, some sort of fluid all over the walls . The wall was crumbling. When they requested a different room they were charged an extra $10 to switch rooms. Ok so next night we get back. Do not disturb sign on our door still, but w we enter the a.c. had been turned off. And took all night to cool off. Then our toilet was backing up all night. All of these issues were brought to front desk, they refused to address them and basically called us liars, ... then said to dgtr next time we come order a room inside they are nicer. Well we will never go back. Mgmnt never even would address us, and they were there.(hiding). Staff would not give there last names. Because we wanted to report to corporate. Now I previously was in mgmnt. Before moving on and trust me this place needs serious help. They cannot handle issues in a professional manner. There also is no elevator so if you are disabled, you are forced to stay in the building they said not to. We still haven't heard from mgmnt,and they are being turned into health department amongst other places. read more

Stay in one of the outside rooms that you can park by. Burger King drive thru right there, I thought of it as entertainment. Room was clean enough, most importantly no bugs, other than a pesky fly who eventually met his demise. Even though I was in a no smoking room, bed had burn holes in the blanket. But I didn't really notice cig smell. Free breakfast was just ok. Hosts were more than friendly enough. Would stay again if in the area. Oh, and the bathroom was TINY. read more

Much better than expected for the money.Nice room, was on the ground floor. Traveling with my elderly mother so not having a elevator was no problem. Good wi-fi. A Cracker Barrel was next door so food was easy to get to. read more
