The new Vape I purchase was half the price of another vape store which is why I decided to travel further and I'm glad I did. They have very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Although if you're going by car parking is a problem because it is located on a main street of White Plains and everyone knows that all the spots are usually taken. My mission was simple, I want to quit smoking cigarettes, been a smoker for 23 years.... I met DOUG... easy going, knowledge about the products and pretty much everything that goes along with it. To him I didn't have any "dumb questions". I hung out for an hour and a half learning and trying different flavors, strengths, draws.. etc. I found the perfect one for me and again DOUG made this all possibly with his over the top knowledge and customer service as well as his relatability.... hands down one of the best customer service experience I have ever had.
