I've been here twice and once paid with a credit card and this last time paid with my bank card. The product was 63$ and I was told they round up blah blah (why??) and it was actually as if it was an atm withdrawal so the 63$ item was actually $77.50 (not sure why) plus my bank charged me a $3 fee as if I took cash from a random atm. How is a $63 item almost 20$ more??? They gave me 4$ cash back... didn't get what that was about even after explanation. Beware people! read more

Budtenders are professional. Security guard at entrance through is creepy: has made comments about my appearance on multiple visits. His eyes have lingered on me as well when I'm merely trying to get my stuff. It's made me uncomfortable visiting the otherwise chill dispensary. read more

look at your receipt. every order I have made, when going to pick up they over charge and round every transaction up the the next dollar. they do this with everyone. stealing from your customers is cool. That extra 50--75 cents adds up when you you take it from 100+ people a day. read more

I've spent 3.7k on a bike, this isn't including the repairs i had to pay over the span of a year which amount to at least 1.4k+ after random bolts detaching and motor failing, and as soon as the warranty expired my bike had a random electrical issue where the bike wouldn't accelerate. From the owner Pete: OK, where are you going? (Direct email sent from owner) 1- Last Mile NYC replaces all of the electronics on your bike. The cost of the parts and labor is $2910.54 2- Send your bike back to Super73. They will do their own diagnosis, and determine the issues and fix the problems. Unfortunately your bike is not under warranty, the cost of packing up and freighting your bike to and from Super73 will be around $1200. Plus their diagnostic fee, parts and labor. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

He told me the "Alex" would be a good fit. If I liked it he would hand deliver it for me the next day and then offered a deal I couldnt refuse. Who does that?! So excited for my new bike he arrived on time. Stayed about 30 minutes to explain the features on the bike and I rode it a bit. This has brought me joy. It rides beautifully.
