The new Vape I purchase was half the price of another vape store which is why I decided to travel further and I'm glad I did. They have very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Although if you're going by car parking is a problem because it is located on a main street of White Plains and everyone knows that all the spots are usually taken. Man, I walked into this place with ZERO knowledge of vaping... no clue on what I was getting into..... A little scared and in someway embarrassed because I had no clue on where to begin. My mission was simple, I want to quit smoking cigarettes, been a smoker for 23 years.... I met DOUG... easy going, knowledge about the products and pretty much everything that goes along with it. To him I didn't have any "dumb questions". I hung out for an hour and a half learning and trying different flavors, strengths, draws.. etc. I found the perfect one for me and again DOUG made this all possibly with his over the top knowledge and customer service as well as his relatability.... hands down one of the best customer service experience I have ever had. Not too much to say other than that this place is very well-organized and the workers seem to know their stuff. Id recently been to 2 vape shops but neither had all 3 items Id needed to purchase. This store however, had them all! I will 100% return due to their inventory and organization. Only criticism is Id have liked/expected them to sell some sort of CBD products and they do not. Lastly, imho, I think the cost for a pack of coils were just a little on the steep side. As for parking, in WP it has become so difficult... I stopped by White Plains Vapors one evening while in lower Westchester/Fairfield looking for a good vapor shop to buy a replacement device for one I bought elsewhere that wasn't working properly. I explained to Doug what happened to my unit and after a brief and thorough explanation, he offered to do some home repair on the unit (after advising me that it may jeopardize a warranty). Within less than 5 seconds, Doug had repaired my unit and did not charge me anything. He simply could have sold me a brand new replacement unit rather than offering to solve my actual issue. My Westchester friend took me to his vape shop and I loved it. Great people, great service. Also REALLY cheap! I mean for e-liquid. I'm very picky and since my beloved Virgin Vapor quit selling Plum Crazy (the last shipment was the week after 45 elected; it seemed the world really was crashing all over), I've struggled to find "juice" (I've been informed by industry professionals that no one says juice anymore, just e-liquid, but I've been saying it for years and it's hard to break the habit). I found something in Texas called Sublime (by Slam Cakes). I am LOVING the brand new Innokin line of e-liquid (their first foray into liquid): Fruit Crush and Mint Medley. But my friend let me try his Hercules (strawberry-banana milkshake) and I liked it so much I bought 60 ml. And it was 20 bucks! My VV was 30 bucks almost for 30 ML. Organic liquid ain't cheap. It went down a little with new management, which re-branded, and then the plum was gone. Sigh... This is a smooth taste: 70/30 VG PG. And 6 mg nicotine. NB: If you're vaping this indoors, your place will begin to smell of banana. Crack a window if that bugs you.I vaped an hour or two upon returning to the city from White Plains and went to work out When I returned, the whole place did smell like a banana. read more

For al you smokers out there vaping can be the ke to stopping. I smoked 2 to 3 packs a day for several years and without vaping I would still be smoking them Marlboro red cancer sticks. White Plains vapor s probably one of the mot upscale vape shops in the metro area that I have been to. Great B&M, really nice guys, knowledgable and not trying to "sell you" on anything. It's cool that they just rap with you and whatever you're interested in you can get, no big deal. I see some comments about the pricing, not only is their pricing decent but you have I take into account the location. YOU are a customer paying for a really good location right on mamaroneck ave. The rent is extremely high in that area trust me I know I live here. In order for you to have a great little location that suits all your needs, weather it be education, first time vapers, and right in the heart of the city they have to make some kind of profit. But it's reasonable. I'm just happy there's a shot down the street and I don't have to drive too far or into a sketch area to grab some goodies. I say keep up the good work. read more

This place is a great vape shop . I don't know where to start. I've been to several shops here on the east coast and this is by far the best I've been to. The owner Mike and the staff, Dougie and Allanah( sorry if I miss spelt that), are extremely hospitable. They center their whole business around being a service to the people rather than being about the $$$. The vibe I get from the shop is just super laid back. It is welcoming to both people who have never dabbled in vape and those who have been vaping for years. Being a Socal native this place is up to par with all of my favorite shops from back home. The selection of hardware and juices are the real deal, again catering to both the novices and the veterans. The shop is clean and well organized which just adds to their professional appeal. The staff is knowledgable with great customer service. White Plains Vapor is a model for vape shops here on the east coast. I see great a great future for Mike and his staff. My experience at White Palins Vapors was just "ok". When my wife and I first walked in we were literally bombarded by clouds of vapor, I was expecting some but not to the point where my eyes started stinging. Investing in a ventilation system would be a good idea for them. The clerks were helpful and knowledgeable, although they seemed to care more for blowing billows of smoke pretty much in our faces more than answering questions. The flavors we tested weren't very flavorful at all, some literally tasted like burnt cotton... maybe their testing coils were no good? From what I have seen and the other 2 vape stores I've been to, along with looking at multiple online sites I will say that WPV's prices are outrageously expensive. For now, I'll stick to smokers cellar in Yonkers. read more

Went in for the first time on Monday to get new parts for a mod that my dad had given me to start off with since I wanted to ease up on the hookah. Very overpriced when it comes to certain items but I will admit great items so you are getting what you pay for. The location is great parking sometimes is a hassle. It just gets better with every return visit. Their e-liquids are out of this world! OK, they're pricey, as mentioned in other reviews, but a couple of vapes of Drunk Sauce, or Bandit, and you'll gladly pay it. They're also one of the few brick and mortar vape stores still carrying 12 & 18 mg nic. Speaking of pricey, it might be nice of management to offer their loyal customers either reward points, or occasional coupon codes (hint). Brittany and Jesse are always charming. Not only does this place have a very nice inventory to pick from, but they stand behind what is sold. This is a great all around B&M location. The staff are polite and knowledgeable and are eager to help you with your purchase whether its your first time making the switch from analog cigarettes (real cigarettes) or you are a veteran vaper looking into mechanical mods and rebuildables. They have a great selection of personal vaporizers and have a ton of flavors to try in their sample case. They also started carrying high end brands of e-liquid like Suicide Bunny and Five Pawns. I believe they are also making juice in-house as well. The fact that it is located right in WP is awesome. I was a vape-virgin before walking in. I bought a 'starter-kit' online and really had no clue. The staff was great. Jay (I think) walked me through setting it up, and do's and don'ts for beginners. He took the time, no rush and didn't make me feel stupid (although I did once I realized how easy everything was.)
