I'm happy to travel the distance to this vape shop. They have great selection and very competitive prices compared to other vape stores I have been to. The new Vape I purchase was half the price of another vape store which is why I decided to travel further and I'm glad I did. They have very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Although if you're going by car parking is a problem because it is located on a main street of White Plains and everyone knows that all the spots are usually taken. I will be back despite it not being the closest vape store to me. read more

Man, I walked into this place with ZERO knowledge of vaping... no clue on what I was getting into..... A little scared and in someway embarrassed because I had no clue on where to begin. My mission was simple, I want to quit smoking cigarettes, been a smoker for 23 years.... I met DOUG... easy going, knowledge about the products and pretty much everything that goes along with it. To him I didn't have any "dumb questions". I hung out for an hour and a half learning and trying different flavors, strengths, draws.. etc. I found the perfect one for me and again DOUG made this all possibly with his over the top knowledge and customer service as well as his relatability.... hands down one of the best customer service experience I have ever had. THANKS DOUG!!!!! read more

Not too much to say other than that this place is very well-organized and the workers seem to know their stuff. Id recently been to 2 vape shops but neither had all 3 items Id needed to purchase. This store however, had them all! I will 100% return due to their inventory and organization. Only criticism is Id have liked/expected them to sell some sort of CBD products and they do not. Lastly, imho, I think the cost for a pack of coils were just a little on the steep side. As for parking, in WP it has become so difficult... I parked in a municipal lot that was basically right behind the store. Idk the streets name but it is the one that the store is nearest to. read more

I stopped by White Plains Vapors one evening while in lower Westchester/Fairfield looking for a good vapor shop to buy a replacement device for one I bought elsewhere that wasn't working properly. I explained to Doug what happened to my unit and after a brief and thorough explanation, he offered to do some home repair on the unit (after advising me that it may jeopardize a warranty). Within less than 5 seconds, Doug had repaired my unit and did not charge me anything. He simply could have sold me a brand new replacement unit rather than offering to solve my actual issue. This place offers a great selection, very fair prices, and knowledgeable staff. I will be making my purchases from this location, going forward, rather than online. read more

My Westchester friend took me to his vape shop and I loved it. Great people, great service. Also REALLY cheap! I mean for e-liquid. I'm very picky and since my beloved Virgin Vapor quit selling Plum Crazy (the last shipment was the week after 45 elected; it seemed the world really was crashing all over), I've struggled to find "juice" (I've been informed by industry professionals that no one says juice anymore, just e-liquid, but I've been saying it for years and it's hard to break the habit). I found something in Texas called Sublime (by Slam Cakes). I am LOVING the brand new Innokin line of e-liquid (their first foray into liquid): Fruit Crush and Mint Medley. But my friend let me try his Hercules (strawberry-banana milkshake) and I liked it so much I bought 60 ml. And it was 20 bucks! My VV was 30 bucks almost for 30 ML. Organic liquid ain't cheap. It went down a little with new management, which re-branded, and then the plum was gone. Sigh... This is a smooth taste: 70/30 VG PG. And 6 mg nicotine. NB: If you're vaping this indoors, your place will begin to smell of banana. Crack a window if that bugs you.I vaped an hour or two upon returning to the city from White Plains and went to work out When I returned, the whole place did smell like a banana. read more

For al you smokers out there vaping can be the ke to stopping. I smoked 2 to 3 packs a day for several years and without vaping I would still be smoking them Marlboro red cancer sticks. White Plains vapor s probably one of the mot upscale vape shops in the metro area that I have been to. They have comfortable seating and a huge selection of vaporizers and flavored tobacco and non tobacco products. If they had a stock I would invest in them. read more

I quit smoking cigarettes thanks to this place so I owe them this review. It's a prime location with tons of flavors and a cool vibe. They are a little expensive but worth every penny as they teach you how to use everything you buy. You get what you pay for. read more

Great B&M, really nice guys, knowledgable and not trying to "sell you" on anything. It's cool that they just rap with you and whatever you're interested in you can get, no big deal. I see some comments about the pricing, not only is their pricing decent but you have I take into account the location. YOU are a customer paying for a really good location right on mamaroneck ave. The rent is extremely high in that area trust me I know I live here. In order for you to have a great little location that suits all your needs, weather it be education, first time vapers, and right in the heart of the city they have to make some kind of profit. But it's reasonable. I'm just happy there's a shot down the street and I don't have to drive too far or into a sketch area to grab some goodies. I say keep up the good work. read more

This place is a great vape shop . I don't know where to start. I've been to several shops here on the east coast and this is by far the best I've been to. The owner Mike and the staff, Dougie and Allanah( sorry if I miss spelt that), are extremely hospitable. They center their whole business around being a service to the people rather than being about the $$$. The vibe I get from the shop is just super laid back. It is welcoming to both people who have never dabbled in vape and those who have been vaping for years. Being a Socal native this place is up to par with all of my favorite shops from back home. The selection of hardware and juices are the real deal, again catering to both the novices and the veterans. The shop is clean and well organized which just adds to their professional appeal. The staff is knowledgable with great customer service. White Plains Vapor is a model for vape shops here on the east coast. I see great a great future for Mike and his staff. I will definitely becoming back here. I just regret not coming to this shop years ago. I wish White Plains Vapor good luck in everything they do and keep being the best around. read more

Great and knowledgable staff! Learned a lot about vaping and love my new pen!

My experience at White Palins Vapors was just "ok". When my wife and I first walked in we were literally bombarded by clouds of vapor, I was expecting some but not to the point where my eyes started stinging. Investing in a ventilation system would be a good idea for them. The clerks were helpful and knowledgeable, although they seemed to care more for blowing billows of smoke pretty much in our faces more than answering questions. The flavors we tested weren't very flavorful at all, some literally tasted like burnt cotton... maybe their testing coils were no good? From what I have seen and the other 2 vape stores I've been to, along with looking at multiple online sites I will say that WPV's prices are outrageously expensive. For now, I'll stick to smokers cellar in Yonkers. read more

Great selection with unique flavors.... They are very knowledgeable and actually have their own mixologist! A friend of mine travels from CT just for the NuPort flavor. Check it out read more

Went in for the first time on Monday to get new parts for a mod that my dad had given me to start off with since I wanted to ease up on the hookah. Walked in not knowing what the hell I needed or what exactly was good. Jeff set me up with a simple vape kit (eGo one mini in white) and patiently let me try different flavors. For my first time going in a vape shop, filled with all guys, and zero knowledge about the vaping world, I totally felt welcomed and will definitely be returning. Great flavors, amazing customer service, and a clean environment. Love this place!!! read more

Today I visited my vape shop as normal but something was different today my associate was Jeff and Jeff showed me my new favorite vape juice but there was something else about this representative that really stood out then the rest he showed me things about my machine he showed me things about the juice that no one has ever told me before this made a difference he must be a manager because he was so knowledgeable and now I enjoy my Provari more than ever along with my new favorite juice. Definitely visit the White Plains vape shop and ask for Jeff you will be more than satisfied.. read more

I went with my wife a couple of times and have had nothing but great experiences there with Jeff and Lisa. We felt very comfortable and welcome talking and vaping there. The place is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with just about every quality vape product you could need. The vape oils are top shelf as well. We will be returning as well as suggesting White Plains Vapors to friends. This is a shining star on Mamaroneck Ave! read more

Best vape shop very helpful and has a lot of great devices and variety of flavors recommend highly

Hey what's up guys. So this place is great you get to sample and they have a great selection. One problem I'll be honest is pricing... Very overpriced when it comes to certain items but I will admit great items so you are getting what you pay for. The location is great parking sometimes is a hassle. One of the workers is kind of a rude. I asked him a question and he didn't even pay me no mind... The manager/owner is great he is very helpful and friendly didn't mind spending the money when I'm taken care of like this circumstance. read more

It just gets better with every return visit. Their e-liquids are out of this world! OK, they're pricey, as mentioned in other reviews, but a couple of vapes of Drunk Sauce, or Bandit, and you'll gladly pay it. They're also one of the few brick and mortar vape stores still carrying 12 & 18 mg nic. Speaking of pricey, it might be nice of management to offer their loyal customers either reward points, or occasional coupon codes (hint). Brittany and Jesse are always charming. Thanks for a great experience every time. I'd also like to mention, the great relationship of other Vape shops in recommending one another - Urban Vapes in the Bronx, Guardian Vapes, and WPV's sister shop also, all speak highly of one another. Now that's good business! read more

I have been coming to this location since they opened. Pricing and quality is the best you can find. Other vape shops in subsequent areas cannot compare. I have purchased 3 units from this shop and have not been disappointed yet. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. read more

This place has such a welcoming feeling. I walked in there not knowing anything about vape but knowing I want to quit cigarettes. The staff there help me with so many things and also I love the fact that you can sit at the vape bar look on an iPad and pick a flavor you like to try the taste of before just blindly buying anything by the name of it. I highly recommend this place you won't be sorry. read more

Very knowledgeable staff, welcoming and helpful! I love this place because a lot of vape shops have people that are snobbish about vaping and me being someone who does not really know much about this asks a lot of questions, they are very willing to answer all my questions. Also the reward program is cool! read more

Great B&M! Pricing is not as high as I would have thought. Good selection of liquids, owner says they are constantly getting more new flavors in. Very relaxing environment, free wifi! Ill be bringing more friends who seem interested, they can just sit and relax and try out things, maybe find something they like so i don't have to deal with them smoking around me. VAPE ON! read more

Not only does this place have a very nice inventory to pick from, but they stand behind what is sold. Owner is top notch and I enjoy that each time I walk in,, you're in a clean comfortable and relaxed environment. Nothing ghetto, nothing dirty. Its a good place to visit, close to work and right on Mamaroneck Avenue. But after reading and seeing the post from 3/22/14..about prices. One could go elsewhere..one can buy online too..It's your paycheck, but I'd rather support a local business thats about taking care of their clients.-.The owner did just that, not only responsive to my issue but also doing right thing by me. Thats called respect. So for that alone, not only have they gained a customer, but a refering client. ..I've looked at some other local places. (nothing except cheap stuff direct from china, its called look at the brand, take your cell phone..look up the company and read..) So far, any of the stores I've been to before and after ..just checking out what else might be locally around..that happen to be selling vape juice have been more than happy in selling poor tasting, cruddy inventory. Happened to me, and I'm sorry I didn't go here first. Meaning; Quitting smoking ..I'm almost off ...2 months. It's a nice selection. Can't go wrong with the options other than.. try a different one until you find the one you enjoy & Continue to quit.. Depending on your budget, you can find a well rounded decent vaporizer, or you can go all out. Learn learn and re-learn.. The staff is well educated, friendly and have taken the time in suggesting flavors based on preferences. They allow a various exploration of their inventory. I like that there are many choices on offer. Different companys are offered and thats a huge plus in my boo. I learned the hard way with one of the more popular mass manufactured vape juice..not only does it taste ..blech...after getting into the inventory on offer over here..yeah I'll pay the few dollars extra not to have to go back to poorly made juice direct from China. Just started on Space Jam's Andromeda yesterday. Enjoying it very much. read more

Just bought my first vape, juices, etc... from White Plains Vapor. I would highly recommend it. Everyone was super friendly, not pushy and you get to try all the flavors before buying. Will definitely be back whenever I'm in town visiting family. read more

This is a great all around B&M location. The staff are polite and knowledgeable and are eager to help you with your purchase whether its your first time making the switch from analog cigarettes (real cigarettes) or you are a veteran vaper looking into mechanical mods and rebuildables. They have a great selection of personal vaporizers and have a ton of flavors to try in their sample case. They also started carrying high end brands of e-liquid like Suicide Bunny and Five Pawns. I believe they are also making juice in-house as well. The fact that it is located right in WP is awesome. In terms of pricing, I believe the prices are fair given the location of the store and added convenience. read more

I was a vape-virgin before walking in. I bought a 'starter-kit' online and really had no clue. The staff was great. Jay (I think) walked me through setting it up, and do's and don'ts for beginners. He took the time, no rush and didn't make me feel stupid (although I did once I realized how easy everything was.) Suggested a great flavor 'juice' which I purchased at a good rate, although I would have paid double for the customer service alone. Needless to say I won't be going anywhere else. read more

Nice little vape store, the shelf's looked a little bare though, maybe they were just waiting for a delivery?

Went there and they took forever. Very unprofessional. One person works there and loves to take his time

This store helped me quit the cigs! I was a smoker for 5 years and I've now been vapeing for almost a year now, they have all the new vapeing goodies a wide selection of juice and all around good service, but there a lil pricey, but i like to support my local shoppes and don't mind the premium read more

A nice vape shop. I bought my very first vape pen here just about a year ago. I was pretty new to vaping and didn't know much and the guy there was very helpful and kind. He had no problem talking through things with me and explaining different tanks, juices, etc. I tasted a lot of flavors - they have a nice selection. The only reason I haven't been back is because I learned that I could get supplies much cheaper online. However, if you are someone who likes the vape store experience, and I know many people who do, then this is a great spot. They're not any more expensive than other vape stores I've been too and the staff are generally nicer here than other places. read more
