OMG, right under my nose! This shop is only 12 minutes from my house, and I've been going all the way out to White Plains for a long time! I needed supplies, and really didn't want to travel that far, with gas being what it is these days, so I went to Yelp for help and they came through! Jessie is a very nice guy that understands Customer Service, and he gave me great advice. The place is clean, nicely organized, and well stocked. Stopped by, Great selection of smoking gear and hooka, unfortunately no nicotine vape liquids. Uber cool staff, totally welcoming. Im vaping as a nicotine replacement to quit smoking (one step at a time). I went for nic juice, which unfortunately they stopped selling due to lack of demand... but I still whittled away 30 minutes with the helpful, knowledgeable staff! Ive been all over so. NY and NJ trying to find what I want/ need since you cant ship anything, and despite not having what I wanted, it wasnt a wasted trip. taste good but I didn't say that I wanted it and he just grabbed the juices from the back that I sampled and assumed I wanted it and that was like 7 juices I sampled that I said it tasted alright and he grabbed all the bottles I sampled assuming I wanted it all I said no I don't need all I just want one and he's like it's ok I'll give you all discount but damn what I am Gonna do with all the juice laying around in my home... I had to put pressure on them myself and tell them no... So no one shouldn't be pressured into buying things let the customer feel relaxed and have them choose what they like and sample what they like to buy...that's the reason I'm leaving only 1 star... read more

I went by this evening to get some help with a vaporizer I didn't even buy at this store... The gentleman who was working there tonight, his name is Jesse, was super helpful. I was having a problem with my vaporizer and he showed me how to fix it. I did buy some replacement filters from him but it wasn't a big purchase. Even still, he still went out of his way to show me the proper way to fix it the next time I had the same issue. He did tell me they will be selling holy cow juice (pink bunny specifically ) in the future. Then this will be my sole source for vape supplies! Well, I bought a vape (Kangertech Nebox)from this place as a Christmas gift. The guy didn't seem to know much about it, but just said it was a good one. The device leaked a lot. Less than two months later, it broke. I brought it back to try and get it fixed. The guy said he couldn't do anything for me, and that I had to contact the manufacturer. Upon finding out that the office is in China, I called them back for further assistance. I asked about their return policy. Their return policy is only 24 hours for a return. That's hardly enough time to know how well a device works. Now, it may seem like this isn't something to do with the store because it is the product that malfunctioned, but it does. I've spoken to friends who have had problems with their vapes, brought it back to where they bought it, and the owners did everything to help them get the help they need. I even asked a few other owners, because I may have to buy a new device, now, what their policy on this is, and it's been pretty much the same response. This guy basically dismissed me, and didn't offer to help find a solution. read more
