Great workers that WORK with you, knowledgeable pharmacists, a better pure product and more choices. The only reason I gave 4/5 instead of 5/5 is 2 reasons. 1. It's because it's not in a great area, and 2. The sides of the top of the dropper at least on one of my bottles leak a little especially after I shake it and go to open the bottle. I do have some product on my hand and I don't know if what's coming out is through the sides of the top of the dropper and if what comes out to be a lot overall, however, there is no way to measure it. Parking is a nightmare!!!!, but they have free valet!! It's ALL CASH, however, they all seem to be that way! They have discounts for various reasons and a rewards system which I think is GREAT considering the prices of the products! From what I have heard, ETAIN (Yonkers) vs. VIERO (White Plains) go back and forth on who is more money for their products. What I suggest is you do your own research at the time you are ready to purchase the product and then compare and see which one is more money in general and then don't forget about discount deals depending on your circumstances that the dispensaries might have. We were at the Westchester Food and Wine Festival this weekend and this store had a booth there. They were giving out samples along with the Drunken Chef. We had a few cocktails with their powder in them and it was just perfect. More importantly, their representative Jess, couldn't have been sweeter, more helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She was so lovely and we are going to definitely become regular customers. The products are excellent, packaged beautifully and give the perfect relaxing feeling. Bought a disposable vape 2 days ago. 1st day it was fine, but then the second day it started leaking. I lost about half of the total oil in the cartridge. When I bought the vape, the employee said to keep the receipt if I have any problems with the vape then they will replace it. I went in today to get the malfunctional vape replaced, but that didn't happen. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the manager to come in and inspect the vape, only to offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Keep in mind, this was after the staff and manager admitted the vape was leaking. After trying to bargain, I was able to get 15% off my next purchase. For comparison, most other dispensaries offer a full exchange in my experience for the defective vape. The whole 5 day warranty the staff pitches is bogus. This will be the last time I give Etain my business. read more

I tried the 4 varieties of their cannabis (Dolce, Mezzo, Balance and Forte) and none worked for me, besides they are TOO EXPENSIVE for the tiny amount of product that just lasted so little time. You have to be very rich to contine buying from them. For example, the vape with the smaller quantity they sell actually finished one day later with no effect. I hope I can find a better place to buy from. I'd like to like them but I don't. Nothing has worked so far. I've tried sprays, vapes, capsules... and nothing. The place is in a very inconvenient location (quite scary back street of Yonkers, NY). Though they have "kind of" a valet parking, they expect good tip. I've seen very sick people there. The staff for the most part are very friendly, if it was for the customer service I'd give it a 4.5 . But for the selection.., I'd give it a 3. Not too much options to go with.., Also they don't tell you what kind of strain you're getting. Cuomo needs to get with the times and give dispensers more options. I have visited Etain's Manhattan and Yonkers locations. Some of their products are better than others. Those I have had a positive experience with include the Forte capsules, which I use for help with sleep, and their ground flower, which I use for help with anxiety. What I don't like about the product is the price. Far too expensive. Not a lot of choice available, especially when it comes to the ground flower, unfortunately. Pro- staff is friendly, knowledgeable on what they're selling, valet parking is a plus. Con- I bought their vape carts which are potent, unfortunately it's lack of quantity and quality, first off I bought 2 XL vape carts forte to be exact mind you a large is about 1000ml so I guess the XL is 1500ml when I open the packaging I noticed that the carts weren't full and measured out to 900-1000ml on top of that the cart stopped working properly and would jam up I was gifted a battery from them but it wouldn't work properly I even set my battery on high I was able to take hits with some issues remaining. I wrote this experience off, fast forward to this past week I decided to give etain another try..... boy was I wrong, i got another cart large this time only because I had a $30 off coupon, and once again I was let down when both quantity and quality the large cart I got the oil was at its half way point and the cart itself was giving me pulling issues. I highly doubt and recommend anyone to come here. And hope that in the near future Etain corrects these issues for the betterment of its patients. read more

I have had the absolute opposite experiences than some of the other reviewers. The folks at the Yonkers Etain are very patient, knowledgeable and reliable. They call back when they say they will, they give thorough and patient answers to my many questions, they honor their delivery time and the one time I actually visited the dispensary...the location was spotless and very nice inside. Everybody that works here is very accommodating. Parking is difficult here. There is a valet service available but I'm not inclined to use that service as it would add time on both ends of the visit. This is very expensive treatment. What you are purchasing is placed in sealed containers that you cannot see through so you cannot see quantity. When you leave and open the container; you see that the quantity is very low. Conversely, in states that have recreational dispensaries, this is far different. You see what you are paying for at the time of purchase and the prices are far lower and the quantity is far greater. This business takes advantage of people who are ill. read more

They are very expensive! And there vape cartridges don't work well. So I bought two 500mml caps they both lasted about 15 pulls then started tasting burnt then just quit. The product however is good just an extremely expensive and wasteful way to dispense. There is a lot of oil left in cap. They got two starts for the product... as far as the place... they are rude and unorganized. Called the main line said they were open till 6 and I could stop by so I did 5:50 ran like hell to get there and they wouldn't take care of me. This is the place to go for sure. Yonkers can be iffy and I'm female so valet parking is definitely a plus, plenty of meter parking also. Before the end of last year I purchased a large forte vape cartridge before my card expired. I started to use it last week and after storing properly as per the instructions found it sticky and almost empty when i went to use it again. This does not happen with the small one. This had happened once before when i used the large one.When I called to relate what happened the person with whom i spoke was sympathetic but offered no restitution. I am now in pain without the money to get a new card right away and unable to purchase another cartridge. When I do, it is dubious i will return to this facility.
