We called Quality Heating & Air to replace our aging HVAC system (new furnace, new condenser, and everything in between). George was friendly, and he gave us diligent communication and competitive rates! Over the last couple years Quality Heating & Air installed new HVAC systems for three different family members' homes. I can say with complete confidence they're all very happy with the service they received, as well. I highly recommend you give them a call! read more

The service was phenomenal. George was great with communication and following up with me. He said he would try and squeeze me in the same day which was Monday and he was absolutely a person of his word he sent out as he called it one of his lead people, Eddie Eddie showed up he was very professional and did a great job. He was barely there as I felt but he did a great job Found out what was wrong in just a little bit of time and was able to replace the part help me find what I needed to do on my side and was very professional. It was well worth the money I couldn't do more than I am now to sing their praises. They were fantastic. Unfortunately, this company, specifically George (aka Jorge Orozco), is not responsive to my communications. I later found out from 3 different companies that the work done by this company is well below industry standard and a safety hazard. I had contracted with this company to remove hazardous asbestos, was assured this was done, and found out this company was dishonest and put the safety of my infant daughter, elderly mother and myself at risk. Had to file complaints with the BBB and the CA contractor board, 6 months later, still no response. We have had no cooling nor heat for 6 months. Very unethical business practices. read more

I thought I had to replace my HVAC system and two contractors gave me quotes, but working with my community was a challenge. I got a referral to Quality Heating & Air Conditioning and they came out to diagnose the issue. Turns out I did not need a new system. Just a thorough cleaning! This saved me thousands of dollars!! They were very professional and I'm very very pleased that I didn't have to break the bank and put in a new system. So pleased I gave them a try! read more

As an Architect/Engineer and recent transplant from Massachusetts, I was looking for the best HVAC contractor to install a central HVAC system in my newly purchased home. I have to say that I hit the jackpot when I retained Quality Heating and Air Conditioning to do the work. They were prompt, efficient and professional in every respect. As in any retrofit job, the work entailed a significant amount of cutting and patching all of which were done neatly and completely matching all existing finishes. I would unhesitatingly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a first-class HVAC installation. A special shout-out for George, who handily managed the whole project from start to finish! read more

I own a rental business and have been searching for a quality HVAC company. I've been very happy with these guys. We've had them replace furnaces, work on ACs, and most recently cleaned all of our gas fireplaces out. Each service has been quick and the tech arrived at the start of the service window. I would recommend this business to anyone who asked for an HVAC company. read more

I highly recommend Quality Heating and Air Conditioning. One of my heating ducts had separated and I could not use my heater. George sent someone out the next day after I called and it was serviced and repaired less than 24 hours later. Very good service, dependable, honest and knowledgeable. Great follow up and great response between setting appointment and finishing the job. I will continue to recommend George to my friends and clients. read more

Fred and his team did a great job. They kept me informed throughout the process and we would definitely use them again!

George helped me to help my neighbor. Another company recommended she get a new heating system for over $11,000 and George said all it needed was a repair that cost less than $300. He repaired it within an hour and it has worked great ever since. He came over quickly, explained everything he found clearly, and is very pleasant and easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their heating or AC system repaired or replaced. Thank you George! read more

These guys are the best! The service person came to my home to do the pre-season maintenance on my unit. I have a mini-split ac/heater which has 3 units inside. I have never seen a mini-split before so I had lots of questions. My apologies for not getting the service person's name because he was great, patient and answered all my questions. He also educated me on how to get the screens in and out, how often to clean them and how to use the remote control. He then checked my outside unit. Thanks so much. I am now ready for summer!! read more

My Contractor recommended Quality Heat and Air when my HVAC system stopped working. George responded very quickly to my call. Turned out the party who installed the system made some serious mistakes. George ordered a part and returned the next day with his assistant. The system was back up that day, and the cost was very reasonable. George is the man I will call for Maintenance and the one I will refer my friends to. read more

Quality Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended to me from my dad in Laguna Woods. George is the "go to" in their community for HVAC service. George and his team do excellent work, their prices are good and are very knowledgeable and respectful. I am a Realtor and I refer George to everyone that asks me about Heating and Air. He recently installed Mini Splits in my Dad's condo and they were exceptionally happy with the work that they did and my Step-mom made a comment to me that the guys doing the work were very nice and considerate while working in their home . Our heater went out during a power surge and we called a couple people to come out and take a look. Only George and his technician figured out the problem and fixed it. Not only that, he made sure to test then heater several times. He's clear and straightforward unlike the others who gave us the run around. He even explained the issues so we could understand too! Very efficient and reliable. We have been using Quality Heating and Air for over 5 years at our workplace. They have fixed our very old units and helped with maintenance on the newer units. Recently our home A/C unit had a leak and they found the problem right away. Response time was quick, especially when the weather was getting so hot. George and his workers are very knowledgeable. Would recommend them for both residential and commercial heating and air conditioning work. read more

BUYER BEWARE: Horrible company. Do not use this company. Owner, George refuses to repair damage caused by his technician while exiting my attic. Quality Heating & Air Conditioning was sent out my home warranty company, Fidelity Home Warranty to repair my duct system yesterday. The technician showed me the areas where the duct system was leaking and sealed the repairs. Then, as I was holding the ladder while he exited the attic, I saw him knock off a piece of drywall mud at the edge of the attic opening. He apologized and said he would report it to the office. I took pictures of the damaged ceiling and the piece of drywall he knocked off while it was on the ladder right after he knocked it off. I called the office that day and the next day, but nobody returned my call. Finally, I called the warranty company to see if they could help me get the ceiling fixed since the Quality Heating & Air Conditioning wasn't returning my calls. Fidelity called and was able to get, George, the owner of the company to return my call. George proceeded to deny responsibility for his technician's damage to my home insisting that his technician said that I had caused the damage. Outrageous! Neither George doesn't care about his clients or their homes and has no integrity. Use another company....any other company as this one will damage your home, then refuse to repair the damage. read more

George is fantastic. I had tried 3 other A/C companies to purchase units for my Mom and myself. After being ripped off by two different companies I was referred to George and I was not sorry. He was reliable, kind, knowledgeable, and great to on time and explained everything. I had just moved to California and it is difficult finding people rely on. I highly recommend him and will be using him again now that I have more family relocating. One important thing, he calls back when he says he will. This company is great. George and his crew are in time, professional, they explain what is going on with your A/C, and really nice guys. They came to the house with masks, gloves and they were quick. I cannot say enough about them I highly recommend George and his company, I had been referred to him by two different places. read more

John came out to my house to review and provide me with a bid on a new HVAC system for my home. John's price was over $2,000.00 less then a matching bid from a competitor who was a family friend. So John gave me a price over 10% better then the bid price from a family friend. When I saw John's bid, and how much more competitive it was I was shocked! I thought for sure my Family Friend has given me an unbeatable deal; however, I was wrong! I have been in sales for over 20-years, so I am very happy when I find an old school business owner who is trustworthy and honest. I decided to go with John and Qualify Heating & AC because he was honest from the start, he didn't try and gouge me, he gave me his best deal from the start, and he won my current business, future business, and my respect! Thank you John! read more

Wow, our experience with George was just perfect. After being sent an incompetent repair person with another company from our home warranty, George gave us a call to take the case. I could tell just from talking to him while making an appointment that this was a person who took their profession seriously and cared about making customers happy. The previous person that was sent by our warranty company missed appointments and then he said we would have to do all of this expensive and time consuming work. Meanwhile we were experiencing record breaking heat and we have a newborn baby and would have no AC. George comes over and fixes the problem within 15 minutes & even gave advice to my husband for maintaining the unit on his own. We would definitely recommend this guy! He is kind, professional & knows his stuff! Hopefully my warranty company will keep using him and not that other company! read more

While it took some time to get started, because this is a very busy company, once the work began, it was quick and very well-done. I had three mini-splits installed. There were no changes to the estimate given - no surprises of added costs. The crew were friendly and efficient and George Orozco, the contact person, explained knowledgeably what needed to be done to go forward (I live in an HOA). He came to check out the work while it was being done and once it was completed. After living with the splits for a few months, I realized one of the units needed to be tweaked and George had someone there to fix it within the week. I highly recommend this company. read more

Quality Heating & Air Conditioning installed a Daikin split system in my condominium 2 years ago. I can't say enough good things about the total experience with Quality Heating and Air Conditioning. George Orozco, the owner recommended the system and took a personal interest in the installation and ensured my complete satisfaction with all aspects of the project: removal of old through the wall Heat Pump, obtaining permits, placement of outdoor unit and installation and follow-up to ensure proper operation of system. I'm sure he takes a personal interest in all their projects. The system has worked perfectly since the installation especially during the recent hot spell when I noticed for the first time a few small drops of water (condensate) accumulating on the exhaust vane of one of the units. The cooling was still working fine but I had never seen any visible amounts of water before so I decided to call Quality Heating to let them know. I had not communicated with them in almost 2 years and even though it was a Sunday I called and left a message. George called me back within an hour and said he would have someone out the following day (Monday). His technician Eddy called ahead on Monday and told me when he would be arriving. On arrival he checked the drainage pipe exit from the unit which connected into the under-sink trap of my bathroom sink. The drain pipe was clear but the sink trap was partially blocked preventing proper drainage. He disassembled the trap, thoroughly cleaned it and then reassembled everything (not really his responsibility). He then made sure everything was in working order before he left. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and have in fact recommended them to many of my neighbors here in Laguna Woods Village. read more

The AC system of our rental property in Anaheim Hills was out of service for two months due to slow responses from AHS, the home insurance company. Quality HVAC Experts was the assigned contractor for repairing the system. Over the course of two months in pushing the home insurance company to fulfill our service request for the AC, George, the owner of Quality HVAC Experts had been very supportive and cooperative, and with his help we were able to get the approval for replacement of the whole new system instead of just repairing it. Besides honesty and reliability, George is also a man of quick action, he and his crew were able to complete installation of a full new system at our property within one day right after having had received our approval of the service contract. We strongly recommend the Quality HVAC Experts should you have a need in heating and air conditioning system. read more

Needed a professional estimate for my unit's heat pump installed in Laguna Woods Village. GEORGE responded the same day and was able to diagnose the problem, including cleaning the filters and coil the very next day! He was professional, friendly, communicated clearly, and fairly priced! We'd been shopping around for a Central Air Unit for weeks because ours was broken. 2 other companies came and charged $200 "assessment" fees, but when we made an appointment to talk about prices for a new unit they never showed up. We couldn't be happier with our new unit, and it was such a hassle free experience! Big thanks to George and his crew! read more

George and his company were a huge life saver! Our A/c unit decided to stop working in the middle of this last heatwave. We had a DIFFERENT company come out to diagnose the issue 1st. The other company said the motor to our A/C unit was toast. They quoted around $4k for parts and labor. We called George for a 2nd opinion who had one of his guys come out the following morning. In a matter of minutes the tech had our system up and running with ice cold air. The issue was a blown capacitor. Quality Heating & Air Conditioning saved us THOUSAND$$ in unnecessary repairs! GEORGE!!!!! He is FANTASTIC!!!! Called him as he & company installed new Amana high end HVAC system during a total remodel of our condo. When cental air stopped cooling, we called him and he had us turn off cooling system b/c coils were frozen when we looked outside. Note this all happened during a brutal SoCal heat wave...and when we saw a drip inside closet where motor is housed--even though he was crazy busy--he came right over between appointments. Fixed it and taught us all about refrigerants and re-balancing needs of new systems. He did this with a smile...such a friendly guy who has managed to keep us cool and beyond happy!! Great customer service and response by George and Eddie. I highly recommend this place.

George Orozco, the owner and CEO, was great! He helped walk me through the process for a full furnace replacement and worked closely with my warranty company. Would use him again! read more
