It also has structural rust to the frame and needs all four tires. The car has cosmetic damages and is missing interior pieces. I notify them to let them know whats going on with their vehicle so that they can be aware. Instead, they were being extremely rude to me. First of all they were being dishonest and that enough was unacceptable. They stated in their ad that it is in amazing condition, False!!! The fact that they were being rude to me was enough. I offered to buy it at a lower price based on the horrific condition its in. But, they laughed at me and made disgusting feedbacks. Please stay away from elite motors and their sister dealership which is called Obo. Beware people! Run if you see their advertisement. Save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere.

My car broke down due to my alternator shutting power off my car completely in the middle of 99 while I was turning onto 44th Ave. It was a nightmare situation with my girlfriend and I and hazards couldn't work and a couple of dicks sharing a brain cell who looked like they got off the set of "The Matrix" started honking repeatedly at us telling us to perform miraculous acts in such an occasion like, "drive to the side, asshole" and "why don't you turn on your hazards?!" Ah, yes. How about I do that after I deposit my check after inventing the cure for cancer, you devilish prick. "Shall I walk on water for you as well, M'lady?" Yikes. They then proceeded to do the correct maneuver and go around me, which trust me, is a very easy thing to do. Anyways, then William from Livengood Motors assesses the situation from across the street alongside his manager. The man is wearing a vest with a tie and a clean white Oxford. I mean, classy doesn't even cover it. They come to my assistance, give me a jump, direct me to their business lot where they proceed to offer their assistance, hook me up with the installation of the alternator, and also they called me a friend (which to be honest, is like the cherry on the sundae). In my opinion, if I wanted to deal with shady practices like that, I'd go buy from a private seller. Corn Motors cajoles you into removing your review of their poor services via threats to stop working on any issues you're having with their cars. This means they are extorting positive reviews and leaving a lot of people they've screwed over pretty much silenced. This is what they attempted to do with me and many others. The story: I bought a car on a Saturday with a check engine light on because they said, "We just got this car in and haven't had a chance to look at it yet. Bring it back Monday. Whatever that is, it will be repaired." No doubt? Okay, cool. Brought it back, left it there. They reset the check engine light, called me and said the car was repaired. I picked it up, and...nope. I groused about this to them and they said bring it back AGAIN and they'd have their off-premises mechanic fix it. They gave me the name and address of that garage, which was Budget Fleet. No doubt another shyster business, if they're working with Corn Motors. "Drop it off and tell them what's going on." So I did. In the meantime I had an actual garage, Conway Motors, give me a thorough inspection. As you can imagine, Corn Motors went back on their word, and didn't fix anything. Even though that was the agreement and they sent me all the way to Budget Fleet, they wouldn't cover the costs to repair anything. Mind you, the car they sold to me is unsafe to drive this entire time. So, yeah, I left a bad review. That's usually what happens when you screw people out of almost 5 grand by selling an unsafe vehicle, with your word that you'll make it right, and then just decide not to. That's what happens when you're a shady bunch. I get back in touch with them about jerking me around on the car, going back on their word, not doing the repair they said they would, telling me they did it when they did not, etc. That's when they tell me they can't work with me anymore because I left a bad review. How that pertained to the problem I do not know. Yes, after they broke their word, and jerked me around, I did leave a review saying the absolute truth. And how quickly they noticed. They must sit there hour after hour refreshing Yelp. Maybe if they spent more time worrying about doing right by their customers and less time sweating about what the internet is saying, they'd have a better reputation. If you don't want bad reviews, my advice is this: instead of blackmailing people to take down their bad reviews, stop earning bad reviews in the first place. I'd start by providing better, more honest service. Another thing that highly bothered me was the push to remove my mask every time I was there. The cutesy jokes about how it isn't needed, and it's hurting their feelings. I just internally rolled my eyes. I was not yet vaccinated and kept it on, thanks. I guess it goes well with how they reset the check engine lights on their cars. A practice which should be illegal in Washington state for used car dealerships. So the car you buy isn't the car you're actually getting. The reviews you read aren't the reviews that people actually left. Fraudulent practices in car business, and plain old liars in personality.  Shady salespeople, and a con of a dealership with what appears to be *a ton* of fake five star reviews. My advice? Dig a little deeper into what the lower rating reviews have to say. It's a pattern. This place is bad juju with a horrid reputation. If the salespeople here can screw you, better believe they will. Avoid at all costs. You deserve far better than their junky jalopies anyway.

I had a really excellent experience with Eastside Auto Care. My check engine light came on a few…read moreweeks ago, but I procrastinated making an appointment. Then my car started leaking a small quantity of oil - maybe 2 or 3 tablespoons. So I decided it was urgent enough, I looked on Yelp, and I chose Eastside Auto Care based on the positive reviews. I called to make an appointment to drop it off on a Thursday afternoon so that they could diagnose the check engine light and the leaking oil on Friday. They said that they would give me a call back between 9-10 AM on Friday. At around 11:30 AM, I called because I hadn't heard anything, and they apologized because they were really busy. No problem with me - I appreciated the apology! They diagnosed the check engine light as a faulty oxygen sensor, said that I needed an oil change rather urgently, and recommended a number of other repairs that I agreed that I needed but wanted to postpone, as I'm in the process of buying a new car. I authorized the oxygen sensor and the oil change. I received another call a few minutes later, apologizing for an error on the quote, and it would be about $20 more than they had originally quoted me. Again, that was totally fine with me because they were apologetic and upfront about it. I told them that if they couldn't finish it by Friday afternoon, it was fine to keep it until Monday. At about 3:30 PM, I called to check on the status of the car and they said that it would be ready Monday morning. Today (Monday), I received a call at about 8:30 AM that my car was ready. I picked it up and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the total was $200 less than the estimate. They double-checked to make sure that they had done the bill correctly, and they had. They also gave me a discount because of the original error in the quote and for being referred by looking at Yelp reviews. What I would like to highlight in my review are that a few things happened that would normally be an indication of poor customer service - not calling when they said that they would, getting the quote wrong initially and having to revise upward - but because Eastside Auto Care was so courteous and apologetic, I didn't mind at all, and it did not lower my opinion of them. Everybody makes mistakes, and all that we can do when we make mistakes is to own up to them and apologize. I look forward to taking my new car to Eastside Auto Care in the near future!

I came to them in 2021, not knowing about the ownership change and happy with previous work because my car losing engine power then turning off for no reason. Turning it back on would fix thr problem for 20 minutes then it would repeat These guys charged me nearly $700 dollars to "replace sensors" and didn't keep the parts they allegedly removed even when I specifically asked them to. Less than a month later the same problem happened on the highway ans the car turned off completely and I needed hundreds to tow it and at that point I had to pay $2k for a new alternator! They refused to return my money. Even worse, when they did their "repairs", they lazily put all the car panels in my back seat rather than under the hood where they belong. Not only completely dishonest work but absolutely sloppy and lazy too.

This business should really be closed due to illegal actions. The car had a clean title, extensive service history, and no accidents. It was time for a test drive! The car performed exceptionally well. After the test drive, Sam (the father) made a great deal even better by offering me the car for a lower price than was listed online. I decided to sleep on it. The next morning, I saw another 2013 ES350 online priced for $2k more WITH a rebuilt title, so I knew I couldn't pass up on the detail. I messaged Ari (the son) to let him know I'd be coming in the buy the car if the offer was still on the table. When I got there, Sam told me he was a man of his word and that he'd honor the killer deal he offered me the day before. As I was filling out the paperwork, Ari told me a local Lexus dealership had tried to buy the car from them that morning so they could get away with selling another 2013 ES350 with a clean title but more miles for $5k above EZ Deals' offer. I don't know how they do it, but Sam and Ari sell exceptional cars for unbeatable prices. Not only that, but they personally drive every car they sell for a few days each to make sure they live up to their standards. Sam previously owned an auto mechanic shop, and Ari worked for 12 years at Toyota, so they understand quality car mechanics and customer service. They won't sell a car they wouldn't trust their family members to drive. Can't wait to buy from them again!

The car was clean and had many upgrades. Once the decision to buy was made, Sam made the purchase process exceptionally smooth. EZ Deals Auto Sales does not have a lot of cars on their lot, but the ones they do have are absolutely top-notch! If you're looking for a reliable used car, without a lot of high pressure, by all means, add EZ to your search.

The owners (brothers) are down to earth, honest, and have low overhead so you get a very fair deal. Last year, we drove around all weekend to 6+ dealerships and other lots, and didn't get as good a vibe as we did here (also, other places had really high prices). Fast forward a year: she loves her car, no problems at all, and I'm back to get one for myself. Today I just picked up a Toyota Matrix XR, and again after looking I could find one in similar condition for the price. Just save yourself some trouble and get a car here! I know that used car dealerships can get a bum rap, but Cars To Go is legit, and I only wish I found them sooner. I don't rate things on Yelp often, but made an exception because I didn't want other people to overlook this place.
