After I backed out they magically found a new loan @ 1.25% less . I don't want to work with a company that hides deals from its customers. This is wrong. This is how veterans loans really work..?.. Even got a call from the VP. Telling me it's a " no brainier" . Politely implying I'd be wrong to not take the loan. She later sent another new agent to complete the inspection after I had already agreed to buy. As a result, I ended up with a 20-year-old HVAC system and water heater -- issues I wasn't made aware of -- and I significantly overpaid for the house. When I posted an honest review about my experience, Redfin blocked me and told me I could no longer use their services. That's fine -- I wouldn't use them again anyway. I lost a lot of money through this process, and I believe Redfin and this agent acted unprofessionally and without integrity.
