The first question was, is this an emergency? It wasn't. I needed to install a w/d where there had never been one. I scheduled a two hour window for the walk through/ estimate. At 1 1/2 hours I called to confirm. There had been a mix up. But they dropped what they were doing, and were there in minutes. But there were unforeseen issues which caused the entire plan to change. Mark just went with flow. With my permission he stayed till 9:00pm one night, and 11:00pm another to complete it. Then the dryer didn't work. All parts were checked and were working. I called and asked him to please rack his brain and see if we missed anything. He did. It was an issue in the breaker box. He came back and fixed it. No extra charge. And I am thrilled to have my w/d working. It was so worth it. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend him.

I signed contract, sent in deposit... and they did all the rest They called me and said they would be there Thursday, and they were there bright and early, They ripped off old shingles, cut out and patched rotted wood, ripped an unused chimney out, renailed deck, membraned the roof and got rough inspection. Friday shingles came and they were done by 2. Roof looks great, they swept everything up and left the house just like they found it... not 1 nail to be found on the ground... got final inspection and passed The real test came on sunday when it rained pretty good... no leaks...perfect.. gutters came on tuesday and went up without a hitch. My 82 year old mom quite frankly did not understand why the company installed a 3 zone system on a 4 zone irrigation sprinkler system already in the ground. Not surprisingly, an entire sprinkler zone was not working. The owner Jake returned the phone call and immediately started yelling, and screaming like an unhinged lunatic. Instead of trying to understand what information I was asking for he started screaming and using foul language. It was a rather frightening experience on the telephone, and Jake the owner seemed to lack any control over his anger. I've read some of the glowing recommendations from other people and it makes me wonder if maybe he's normal when everything goes his way but when confronted with potential problems who knows what this explosive guy is capable of.
