I am beyond satisfied with the professional and exceptional work provided by the Roof Repair Expert…read moreLlc. I was hesitant to call them at first because they did not have one single review on Yelp. However, on Google, they have well over 300-5 star reviews. With that being said, I called them on a Friday morning. They picked up within a couple of rings. They were actually going to send someone out to my place to evaluate my roof damage that day. Unfortunately, I was not available. So they came out on Saturday. They gave me two fair quote options. The first was they could repair it immediately, but the shingles would not 100% match. Option 2, delayed repair but with exact match shingles. I went with option two which was to get an exact match. They told me that they would need a day to find the exact match. Sunday night, I received a text that they would be out Monday afternoon to repair my roof. Unbelievably, I received a text Monday morning, telling me that they would actually be out a little sooner cause they were ahead of schedule. After a short while they sent me a text letting me know the repair was finished. My wife sent me some pictures and their work is flawless. The shingles are perfect match, and that area looks like it was totally unscathed. I am especially thankful for Nathalya who texted me with updates along the way and kept me informed at all times. Alex who gave me a very detailed inspection and professional opinion. And to Wayne for explaining their mission is simple to try to expertly repair your roof correctly, and not just try to sell you a complete roof.

Riley met with the insurance inspector at our home to make sure all the storm damage was discovered and documented. I've heard a lot of nightmare stories of people having to deal with their insurance company alone, so having a knowledgeable and thorough contractor like Riley help me navigate the complicated red tape involved was priceless! The installers communicated constantly throughout the process. Even the guys delivering the product went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Communication over the course of the project was quick and thorough from each person on the team. My home looks better than ever now! I wouldn't hesitate to have anyone from their team work on my home again. Thank you Riley and crew for being amazing!

They sent out a representatives to look at my leak and the first thing he said was thar my roof is 10 years old like that matters because the last time we had an ice storm was when they installed my roof. Google it but the ice shield should last as long as the roof. Last, the ice shield was extra when I purchased the costly engineered shingles. True 30 year shingles if installed properly. If you think about it, your roof is one of the most critical parts of your house. It plays an…read moreessential role in keeping your home safe, dry, and warm. The elements are great for the outside, but once they start to intrude inside, well, now you have a problem. This was the case for the family's home on Leslie Dr. A leak developed in my granddaughters room after a particularly heavy bout of hail and rain. This would not do. My son-in-law, being the proactive and protective father that he is, made the call. He phoned Five Points Roofing, and Darcy immediately took control of the situation. She counseled him on what information the insurance company would need and how to proceed further. Darcy was an angel. She took the worry and angst out of the process. When the day came for the roof replacement, it went off without a hitch. I was asked to be a go-between as the rest of the family were in school and working. The crew showed up bright and early. David, the crew lead man, had those guys moving. It was a well orchestrated operation. I heard them pounding away for a few hours, and then before I knew it, they were done. The pounding had stopped, and I heard them dragging the nail magnet. I walked out of the house and said to myself, "Whoa dude, they're done!" I had expected it to be a lot longer. Their clean-up was immaculate. You wouldn't have known that anyone had been there. This is a top-notch, well run operation. You shouldn't have any reservations on having them put a lid on your house. Now all we need is a good hearty rain to test their work. Quick Tip: With all the pounding and noise going on, you may want to give your pets a chill pill to keep them from going nuts. Better yet, send them to Grandma's house. She'll only have to give them treats.

He belittled me and the situation. He was condescending. At one point he even accused me of lying. He threatened me and hung up on me. He never offered a reason for why my flashing had so many nails just said that I was controlling and that's how my neighbor's house is. Some spots had 2-3 nails right next to each other. They installed a Certainteed roofing system on my house. I contacted Certainteed and received the flashing manual it says a nail every 12". Some roofers I have spoken with said 2 to 3 feet between nails. I was never given the option of replacing the flashing that obviously needed replacing. If you have had a similar situation, please post here. I don't want anyone else to feel the way Kory made me feel. Other things I overlooked during the job. They changed my initial install date without asking or notifying me. They replaced a section of facial board without sealing it or painting the exposed back side. Please review the photos and make your own decision. If I ever replace my roof again, I will make sure that every piece of flashing gets replaced and any if at exposed nails will be at a minimum. The part that bothered me the most is the way Kory treated me.
