Brady with Laser answered my call and a technician went to my home the same day and repaired my electrical mast for a very fair rate. it's a shame there's only one other review (from someone who never hired Laser) as I don't think it is a good reflection of this company. my experience was very positive.

I mentioned that's a little high just for a quote and she offered to double check with the service manager. She then said of course and yelled "They're pissing me off already!!" and THEN put me on hold. Once she picked back up I apologized for pissing her off and she laughed and got even more of an attitude. She then hung up on me after I asked to speak with the manager. Overall very poor customer service.

If there was a way to give less stars I would. Their work might be good, I wouldn't know because…read morethey didn't actually complete any for me, but they sure charged me $100 for it and there was no up front conversation about a minimum charge. They receive one star for customer service. Literally, no work was done because they said more demolition was needed, ok fine. He was here for 30 minutes or less, we had a conversation about what would need to happen, and he left. Then a few weeks later I get a bill for $97 for an hour of labor. After a call, they were completely unwilling to adjust, even after I offered to pay half to cover the 30 minutes he was there. This turned into a consultation, for which I offered to pay for the time he was in my home but they don't work that way. They take your money even if they aren't actually providing the value and never tell you up front what the minimum charge is. So glad I found someone else to do this work.

Communicated with Spencer over the phone and by text and email beforehand. His technician came out and did a good job with all the repairs. He was a little late to arrive but they called. He fixed the problem, patiently waited with me to make sure the problem was fully fixed, and even showed me where to go on Ameren to get discounts on certain things should I need them in the future. Very friendly and professional and got the problem fixed for a very good cost! My issue was in trying to book him. I had done some research and found the problem I was experiencing was likely due to my thermostat. So I messaged them asking if if they were able to fix thermostats and left them my number to text me. I got a text saying that it would need to be replaced, not fixed. I said that was fine and proceeded to ask them to come out. I told them I was available everyday after 3:15 as I am a teacher and can't leave class early to get home and let them in. They said They were open from 2:00 to 5:00 and couldn't promise they wouldn't come at 2:00. This baffled me. I told them I couldn't come home early. Wouldn't you just send your worker to take a long lunch or run errands for the company if you had to wait like that? Seemed very odd and made it feel like whoever was in charge of booking appointments didn't care about my schedule.

All the time the technician doesn't even know how to operate the thermostat!! It's too high tech for them but the product came from them which makes it even more hilarious!!! I called to set up an appointment to have Freon added to my air conditioner I let the gal know I hadn't had them out in four years and she booked me a month out then she called and canceled because other people needed Freon even though I was running low myself on freon. I was cool about it and excepted the second appointment, that was probably my biggest mistake she claim the technician had to come at 7:30 AM because I would be the first appointment of the day on that morning when the technician couldn't find his way to my house they sent him to another appointment and screwed me over completely!! Do business with this company at your own risk as they are completely disorganized and very unprofessional!!

We were in a bind and had a tight time frame in order to get this oven up and running. One thing…read morekept happening after the other and as we got ready to install our new oven we realized that the breaker was blown. We had just moved into this house not too long ago so we haven't done any improvements to the breaker box or had to even change any breakers. I just wanted to be done with it and hire an electrician to come in and take care of it for me. I called a few different places but wasn't getting anywhere. When Sean (the owner) answered the phone at pro circuit Electric, that phone call was different! Sean was really polite, heard me out and told me he would talk to his manager Nick to see about getting out here today to get it fixed for me. I tell you what they did not let me down, about 30 minutes later Nick gave me a call and said that he was about 30 minutes away & that he could swing by and take a look at it. I appreciated so much that Nick pushed his next appointment out just a little bit so that he could swing by and switch out my breaker. He had great customer service and was a great conversationalist. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was good to go before he even left. He even answered a question for me after he had left via text. You can also see in the video that he even waved as he was leaving, I felt like I was in a real life commercial. To be honest with you, this is my first time ever having to call an electrician! I'm just very happy to say that it was a great experience and I will be contacting Pro circuit electric the next time I have an electrical need. It was affordable too, we were always told that electricians were so expensive but I didn't mind paying the amount that they were charging me one bit! Thanks a lot guys and keep doing a great job!
