I had two different quotes for solar, and the costs were similar. But the knowledge and professionalism of every one of Legacy's people totally over-shadowed the competition. They were thorough and honest in their presentation, even pointing out a couple of negative points that their competitor had failed to disclose. I appreciated that. Their installation staff was also outstanding. When they scheduled a visit, they were very punctual. If they were going to be more than a few minutes late, they texted or called. If I sent a question by email, I always had an answer within a couple hours, even weekends and evenings. They were neat and efficient in their work. Our panels look great, and they always cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess. Legacy Solar is what a service company should be; the best I have worked with in many years. I highly recommend them with absolutely no reservations. We love our new solar system and Legacy made it so easy. All I had to do was provide a few online signatures, and of course write the checks. If you are interested in solar, you are not likely to find a better installer than Legacy. Luke, Aaron John, Mark, and the rest of their crew are all top notch. Absolute best people to do business with on many levels. Customer service was above and beyond along with professional and polite installation crew that was attentive to detail. Our sales person Aaron Phillips explained the system and process with knowledgeable expertise and multiple points of contact and follow up. When the utility company came out to activate the system I asked the Ameren representative who are the best Solar companies that he is familiar with and he stated that the company out of Bloomington, Legacy Solar is number one.
