He finally came out in early October to finish and then complained to us that his crew had to work in cold. fast forward to 2 years and the pavers started to come apart. Talked to him last fall and he said he would come in the spring to fix. Tried to contact him several time spring early summer, nothing. Finally saw him today and all he had was excuses and he had to point out that he wasn't charging us but what he forgets is that he is fixing his poor work. He is very unorganized and a poor communicator. Has been fired or had multiple complaints in our neighborhood. If you do decide to hire him get everything writing and put in completion dates for him to adhere too.
